Every time I go I get slow service and ignored. This last time 3/15 the lady took forever to sit us. Not only that but sat the menus on the table and walked off before we even got there. We sat there for 10 minutes without any attention. No drinks no be right with you, nothing. She walked by us and gave us a dirty look each time. I have a 1 yr old and my sister has a special needs. So yes they were a little loud but what kid isn't?! Even other guests were looking annoyed like god forbid we have young kids! So if having kids is that much of a deal breaker then maybe you should put a sign, no kids please, on the door. This was a second chance for this place. The last problem I had with this place they're good made me sick and I had to run to their restroom to throw up. I do think I'm done with this place and won't be back. The staff is still very rude and the service is still slow. read more

While the server is moderately attentive, it's 3:00am and there's no manager here. There are two drunk, obnoxious women screaming obscenities and discussing drugs and sexual matters, disturbing everyone else here. The only server on duty doesn't speak English well and won't tell them anything. The restaurant smells as if there's a raw sewage leak on top of everything. First it took a while to get our drinks ordered. We sat here for 30 minutes before our food order was even taken, and others who got here after us got their food before we did. Our server kept walking past us with no sign of our food yet. When we got our food we were missing something and come to find out they were out but the server did not let us know. Had a late dinner here last night during a snowstorm. The place was comfortable enough we could sit in a booth and take off our coats. There is nothing nicer than sitting in a cozy restaurant with a view of falling snow and cars sliding on icy roads!!!! The food was satisfying and tasty(no complaints) The best part was our waitress who was very attentive and courteous. She kept checking on us and spoke to my grandson like an adult-which he was trying to behave as-in fact, when she walked off he said, "best waitress in the world". I hate to mention servers name in a review-they deserve privacy on a public site, especially if they have a very unusual name. But at the risk of embarrassing her, and hoping she will forgive me, here is a big compliment for Israel and the good job she did. I told my husband to leave her a nice tip..... we never feel we over spend here and get what we pay for. .The booths, unlike some places I have eaten at are wide enough to fit "fluffy folk" comfortably. I am giving 4 stars simply because of our server Marlena W . For a Sunday morning it is always slammed. Marlena was so on top things it was impressive to watch. She was cleaning the tables seating the tables and still made sure our drinks were never empty. She was also helping other staff to stay on track. Would have given five stars but our food was way over cooked. I get that it is busy in the kitchen but I would really doubt if the chef would have eaten their own fries that they sent out to my wife and I. Horrible service the waiter we had was dead set to argue from the gate. The diner was nasty and looks as if the owners don't care for hazardous conditions for customers or staff. I have been coming here for 20 plus years and the new manager that has takin over this store is a joke all the people that made this place a great environment has been let go because of the there age he says they can't do the job but yet they have been there since I have started going here back in the late 80s early 90s I will not be returning to this establishment until this joke of a manager is gone he is disrespectful and don t know how to run a business bring back all the old waitress and servers that deserve to be there until then I will not be returning to this he'll hold until then food quality went down customer service went down bring back Tom he knew what he was doing in running a good business read more

If I can give them a "0" star rating I would for the rude unprofessional staff that was there today at the 104th Ave. in Thornton. I went to pick up an UberEats order and they said it would take 10 minutes so I parked the car and waited. I came in about 10 minutes later and still the order was not done. I asked the little girl about 16 years old or so behind the counter with the cute little braces and she said it would take a little more time. Rudely, she said it's going to take a while, HUN!" Really you call your customers HUN??? Train your servers and hostess to treat customers with respect. I told her that "please don't call me 'hun' because you don't know me". I was a party of 15 and they told us that it was possible.They continued to let other guests in before us and after about 30 minutes we asked if our table was ready and they said another 15 minutes. People were leaving and telling us to leave because of how bad the service was. We talked to the hostess and she gave us an attitude. Had a good late night brunch. Nothing too special, service was okay. We ended up waiting 15 minutes to be sested and our server took about 10 minutes to find us which wasnt the best of course. We did get good service however, and the food was cooked well. We waited about 30 minutes to get our food. I ordered the grand slam. What a joke, I just stood there for twenty minutes while they tried to put my to go order in. First they told me six eggs would be $18..... umm no! The. They said they input it in wrong, the new total was $17.63. So I said I wouldn't pay that and I'd order one of there pre selected meals. After five minutes of the guy fumbling to input it, he then has to walk away to ask how to make the eggs over medium in the system.... A few other people were complementing the cooks on their way out and after having our meal I completely understood why. Our family of 6 went in tonight and ordered 6 beyond burgers.  They were suppose to be free.  For this one day promotion the waitress said you must purchase a beverage so each of us ordered a beverage.  We also ordered 5 fries to go with these burgers.  When the bill came, we couldn't figure out why we were charged for one of the burgers, so we talked to our  waitress, who had us talk to the manager.  The manager couldn't figure out why the bill had charged us the $8.95 either.  She didn't even know that we had to pay for the fries.  We asked her to just split up the bill, she couldn't do that either.  After 30 minutes of trying to figure this out, we ended up paying for one of the burgers, fries and all the drinks which came to $50.  Had a great waitress and the burgers were liked by all.  Didn't like the fact that the manager couldn't fix the bill. read more

Just left there and the service was terrible!! We waited before just standing up and going to the counter to place a order. We got a half order of nachos and it was not worth the money! Came here August 11, 2019 around 11pm. Was with two others and I ordered a blt with fries, one friend ordered the Cali club and the other a Santa for skillet. First off the fries with the sandwiches were overdone. Secondly the skillet was overdone as well. Wasn't eaten. The eggs weren't cooked to order. Also didn't get celery with our boneless chicken, but it comes with every order. Was told they were out. Server asked how everything was once and we complained about the skillet only. He didn't offer to take it off the bill or anything. He clearly didn't know what he was doing or how to handle anything of that nature. Definitely won't be back to this location. read more

Cheese steak Skillet....forget about it. They cover the miniscule amount of "steak" with sooooo much cheese you will be looking for your heart pills before you even leave. Greasy!! Not all that flavorful unless you really like cheese. It was disgusting and I left half the meal on the plate. I have come to this Denny's a couple of times late at night. I crave their Moons Over My Hammy sandwich. Overall, the cooking is pretty decent. You go in expecting a quick meal and that is what you get. I only gave it two stars because of the service. Every- and I mean every- time I have been in after 11:00pm, there are two servers that should not be on duty. They do not get along with one another and literally shout at each other and have an ongoing verbal fight. It gives me anxiety because I imagine while I am stuffing my face, one or the other is going to get stabbed and then hold the restaurant hostage. I joke, but only to a certain extent. OK, let's start with this - it's a Denny's ok so expectations shouldn't EVER be high. But the girl who waited on us was really great. I ordered just French Toast even though it's not actually on the menu and she made sure that I got it as a "side" so that was nice and then 3 times they had to cook it because it was mush in the back (the cook was obviously in a hurry) the manager appologized and didn't charge me for any of my food or my drink.
