The uncooked burnt hash browns
Chantel R.

Was highly disappointed in today's Visit to Denny's on East 104th Ave. In Thornton Colorado. Our Server was the only good experience. We ordered Breakfast. My mother order a Sirloin breakfast. She asked for her steak to be rare it came almost completely well done. I ordered a Denver omelette. It was supposably a three egg omelette, but was barely larger than a Hot Pocket. The hash browns that came with both males were burnt on the outside and the potatoes on the inside were not cooked. And when we said something to him they brought us out a new order and the hash browns were then burnt to a crisp inside and out. Let alone the toast that came with meals were dry barely any better. I ordered a side of pancakes and the pancakes were undercooked. Would I recommend going to this Denny's absolutely not the server Andreas amazing kid the food a complete and utter let down not worth the 54 dollar price tag and I'll leave you with a picture of the poorly cooked hash browns as an example of one of the items that was received today.

It a good services, I love visiting dennys is my favorite restaurant good attending , and I feel confort and fantastically ambient

The order I finally received a little after 10:30 pm from the "Burger Den" 350 east 104th Ave

One hour after the order was scheduled for pick up and thrown together, JUST LIKE THAT. No "burger" no mushrooms, just a thin sausage patty and NO respect for food, or the people who paid for it. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. That's a promise.

It's easy to see why Bob's Diner is a favorite of locals in Louisville, CO. The day we were there,…read morethe wait was about 20 minutes for our group of six to be comfortably seated in a corner booth. Waiting wasn't a chore because there are quirky shops in the corridor outside the entrance, including a used bookshop. Our waitress was lively and very quick to get our order in and out on the table. I had an English muffin, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, two eggs, swiss, with a side of potatoes. On the menu it's called Louisville Muffin. I really liked it with the stack of veggies under the eggs. Bookguy had Carol's Potatoes: chorizo gravy-covered potatoes topped with two eggs, and a side of toast. He especially liked the chorizo gravy. A third member of our group ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything came out just the way she liked it. It's a bit noisy when it's packed with diners as it was this day, but the food is great so no doubt we will be back when in Louisville.

Better than typical diner experience with good food, great portions, and decent prices, but the…read moreservice could definitely be better. We had the pancake combination breakfasts, one special and one slam. They were both very good and the pancakes are big and fluffy! I must also note that they actually know how to cook bacon here! You're not just served a limp piece of fat; it's actually cooked and close to crispy! The down side... We waited almost an hour for a table since we requested a table only, not the bar. The unfortunate thing about this place is that it is very small. There's a total of about 7 or 8 tables and it is very popular so it gets crowded with wait lines quick. The big complaint I have about this place is that even though it's a small place, and has 2-3 waitresses that we noticed serving tables, the service is slow and inattentive. The staff are all very nice, but we had to catch someone and ask any time we needed a coffee or water refill, and the check; things you should never have to ask for. I've seen staff at bigger restaurants handle way more tables more efficiently.

I wanted a burger he wanted to sit down meal and we ended up at the Moonlight Diner. Walking into the diner is like a step back in time. The decor is 1950s memorabilia with chrome touches and leather wrapped seating. It's everything you would think a diner would be but the food is so much more. They have a full bar as well as dairy treats, including shakes and malts. They also have breakfast all day and love their pancakes. They also serve barbecue. But I went for the patty melt. And my other half went for breakfast. His breakfast was the mountain man breakfast and was full of meats, eggs hashbrowns, and Ken with pancakes, but he opted for English buffet instead. It also came with a side of toast. It was a very ample breakfast. My patty melt sure did hit the spot. It was a perfectly medium cooked hamburger on rye with cheddar, and Swiss melted with grilled onions and thousand island dressing. Instead of fries, I went for the mashed potatoes and gravy. It was comfort food to the max. My date also got the peanut butter shake. He slurped that down in a hot minute. He said it was wonderful. He offered me a taste at least twice before I noticed it was gone. There's also meatloaf on the menu as well as a pulled pork barbecue Frito pie and they have a Frito pie burger. They also serve meatloaf. They have several classics and several twists. I recommend going there. There's something for everyone.

We put ourselves on the waitlist and once we sat down outside, the totally amazing technology took over. We were able to watch the waitlist on the Yelp app and we received our "table is ready" text on our mobile as well as thru the app. Pretty sweet! The cakes here are definitely a safe go to. Slightly sweet and fluffy and taste good with syrup, jam or alone. The restrooms could use a little attention. The floors were wet and the towel dispenser not working properly. Nothing a little makeover couldn't help.

The diner itself is clean and it's bright inside, with lots of decorations, and it's a fun 50s/60s themed diner. The server was fine, she checked in on us periodically. We ordered our food and asked if we could order our milkshakes. They said that they had just cleaned up the milkshake machine and that it's out for the night. They close at 9 and nowhere online does it say that they close the machine done around 6. We mainly came here for a milkshake, so it was a bit disappointing. I overheard the waitresses playing a would you rather game. They asked would you rather make milkshakes all night or work on silverware? They all laughed and decided silverware would be the way to go. I get that making milkshakes may be time consuming and annoying, but it's a diner. I'm wondering if they just didn't want us to order any milkshakes and told us it was closed for the night. We decided that we would order a different dessert at the end of our meal. But before we were even finished eating, a check was put on our table. I do not plan on coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
