I ordered online for pickup, and I see a lot of the reviews mention the long wait times and poor service. I can't speak about the dine-in experience. My takeout experience was great, and the host was very friendly when I arrived and pointed to where my food was ready on the cart. Everything came separated in their own plastic packaging, which was unnecessary. I got the Salted Caramel Banana Stuffed French Toast Slam, which had french toast stuffed with cream cheese. I got scrambled eggs and turkey bacon with it. The french toast was solid and very sweet. The turkey bacon was overcooked and somewhat burnt, so that was not very enjoyable to eat. It was $16 for the meal, which seemed pricey considering how I haven't heard great things about Denny's, but I liked the food. read more

Terrible experience. Waited for almost 1.5 hours for my food.. I checked with my waiter several times to see the status of my food and he'd say "5 minutes, almost ready". Finally the staff asked me what I ordered again to "double check", and then realized they didn't even submit the order. However, we get to the pancake puppies, which were too extra crispy; that took away from the pancake texture. Instead they were like crumbly balls of cookies without much flavor of blueberries. Giving another chance, I ordered their Philly Swiss Cheesesteak Omelette skilleted up with prime rib plus extra sauteed mushrooms, bells, and onions. This sounded flavorsome! The prime rib was exceptionally soft and savourable, blended with Swiss cheese and grilled vegetables... Another plus point! Disappointingly though, the philly was accompanied by a super oily side of Cheddar Cheese Hash Browns which was burnt outside. All of us are capable of having a horrible day so we decided to extend grace to this location today and we are glad we did. We were offered a seat in their crowded dining room and were promptly offered drink choices. We didn't see any of the staff from our last visit I most add at this point. I recently went here again but at this hour it was very busy (it WAS breakfast and I know they get a huge rush) but they were pretty good at servicing everyone. The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars is because there was a quarrel between the workers that ended up exploding while we were eating. It was between our server and the worker who was at the front desk/register. It was so loud and our server was cursing at the other worker. I don't know what happened but I guess you can say that there was some entertainment while we had our meal. Whatever it was that had them two going at it, I hope it's been resolved. It did make our server forget about our order of pancake puppies. We were finished eating when she brought out our pancake puppies, so we had to take it out on the go. read more

The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was polite and efficient however, the food was average and our orange juice was that in name only. It probably had 2 parts juice and 8 parts water. It almost looked like orange juice but it certainly didn't taste like orange juice. As far as I am concerned if they are watering down the juice to make a profit then what else are they doing to stay afloat? Went out for dinner with my significant other. I'll tell you I won't be going back. The lady who greeted us had a not so welcoming attitude and rushed to see if we are ready to order. We than proceeded to get another server who was a lot better. Attended and even noticed when my pancakes came out the wrong ones, she let us keep the first ones that were brought out and got my remake of pancakes. Made sure our drinks were over half filled. Sweeter attitude towards us. I then went to the restroom, 100% grossed out as used pads were over flowing out of the trash can, I then notified staff of it. The lady said she'd attend to it right away, went to the bathroom before leaving and it was still not done over a span of 30 minutes they had time to clean the bathroom. One server was just talking away with another table not doing anything to clean the restrooms. Service could have been so better. So definitely won't be going back. Oh and let me say they basically expected a tip when we paid for our food, if it was me paying I wouldn't have left a tip based off this experience.
