Toast was burnt black, it took about 45 minutes for our meal to arrive, you can hear the cooks screaming and yelling and the cooks were blasting Mexican music so loud that we couldn't even have a conversation at our table. We spoke with the manager and he pretty much said he couldn't do anything about it. I would go to a mariscos restaurant if I wanted loud music like that. On both occasions that I went to this Denny's with my friend, we received stellar service from Mariah B. She does it all on the late night shift. She's a hostess, a waitress, busses all the tables, and does all the cashier work. All of this is done in a speedy and efficient manner and always with a smile. This young lady deserves a raise and a promotion. She's without a doubt an asset to not only the Denny's Company, but to this particular franchise location. Whoever owns this Denny's off of Baseline Road and the I-10 Freeway needs to take note of Mariah B's unwavering loyalty and impeccable skills toward this chain. Your standard Denny's. The meals are reasonably priced, and service is fast and friendly. They have a special holiday menu which includes gingerbread French toast and pumpkin pancakes. I ordered a build-your-own slam with above mentioned gingerbread French toast, hash browns, turkey bacon, and eggs. I was really looking forward to eating the gingerbread French toast, and I was imagining that it was actual toast made with gingerbread seasoned batter. I was surprised when the meal came out and it was in fact, an actual slice of gingerbread. Unfortunately, it was only very lightly battered and fried, so I didn't really get much of a French toast feeling for me, and it was too crumbly and sweet for me. To add a holiday item to your slam is an extra $.50, which isn't bad in the grand scheme of things, but next time I won't go out of my way and pay extra for the French toast I had. We also split some nachos, which were a huge size, with freshly toasted chips. The ingredients were pretty basic- chili, pico de gallo, and sour cream, but it tasted pretty good. read more

We came into the restaurant and seater was friendly and nice. We sat down at a booth it was quite clean not to dirty but the table next to us however was dirty and still had food and plates on it. We ordered our drinks they came out timely and then we ordered our food it took around 30 minutes or so. Our food came and it was okay. It wasn't awful just okay though definitely could be better than how it was. It was late morning so I cant be super mad about it. My father ordered the T-Bone steak and eggs he is quite unhappy on how it came out. He says it is as hard as a brick and rubbery it was cooked medium but its to tough. My mother got the french toast slam. They gave her all the ends of the bread. She ordered all bacon and they gave her bacon and sausage and BOTH their food was cold. I ordered the original grand slam my food was fine the pancakes was cold but not super cold but they tasted a little funny. My eggs was about the best thing out of everything we have ordered they just needed some salt and pepper. Other than all of that the waiter was nice and sweet. it was okay. the mashed potatoes that come with the sirloin are weird. they tasted a little weird. I'd stick to your home made mashed potatoes. the steak was cooked medium like it asked but it was like a stale piece of meat until u hit the middle. the veggies and potatoes are optional but I got them both thinking that they would be amazing. There's zucchini, yellow squash, and broccoli. it was okay but rather make it at home from fresh and organic veggies. As I kept eating the steak almost tasted the same as the potatoe. I love coming to the restaurant on Broadway and Priest. Today though not so much. There is a young man that works there walking around cleaning the tables and touching his hair to get out of his eyes. He either needs to cut, put in a pony or where a cap that covers his hair. If it weren't for Jasmine and Dajane' this location would get zero stars. 1st I want to thank the two ladies for going above and beyond every time I come in. They not only take extra steps to make sure my order is right, they have exemplary customer service. Very attentive, patience and friendly. Now for the Manager Sarah, she is very dry, rude, attitudinal and condescending. She NEVER apologizes for the mistakes that are constantly made. She hunches her shoulders and twitches her eyes when speaking to her as if she is annoyed. I will be contacting the general manager. The cooks at this location move too fast even when it isn't busy. That is why my order is always messed up. I am allergic to mushroom and they still put mushrooms. Three different occasions they have messed up. I doubt I ever go to this location again read more

I took my granddaughter here for a treat for playing a good game of soccer on Saturday the fifth of November. The waitress that we had was very rude. We placed our order and I asked for a cup of coffee and a glass of water. She brought me the coffee and it was so full that I couldn't even put any cream or sugar in it. I stopped another waitress and asked if I could have something to pour some of the coffee out so I could be able to put some cream and sugar inside. She said she would notify the other waitress and let her know that I needed assistance. Once she did that, the first waitress brought me a half cup of coffee and slammed it on the table and said now you should have a room to put whatever you want in it. I asked to speak to the manager. Once the manager came to the table, I asked him if he served all his customers coffee like this, he made a joke and said what with a spoon in it. I said I don't find it funny and said no half full, he then said oh I thought you had drunk out of it. I told him no that's how your waitress served it to me. He then said oh I can fill it up for you. I said no I don't want the coffee and you can take it off my bill and you can take the cream off the table which she had dropped on the floor and I didn't want that rude waitress serving me. I asked for another server. Then the server that he sent me was just as rude and bad as the first one. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody. We overheard the manager telling the front staff that was seating the patrons just fill up the tables and we will worry about the wait time later , we waited over 30 minutes just to be seated. It took over 45 minutes just to get pancakes and bacon and an omelette and there was another family there that also waited over 45 minutes for their food. This is just unacceptable. Our server, was very pleasant. The tables and restrooms clean. I liked the set up of the tables. It made me feel not so crowded in. This is a very nice Dennys until we got to the food!! The food was as expected, our waiter, Avery, was awesome. Went to pay and my card was declined on their card reader, but Denny's took the money off of my card and I showed them and they said that it didn't finalize on their end, but they clearly took my money, and I said what do you want me to do and they couldn't tell me, so I called for the manager to help, and he didn't do anything but tell me the same thing and I showed him Denny's took my money and he couldn't tell me anything and he gave me an attitude and treated me like a thief, and said get the fuck out and never come back. This was 6-15-22 at 8:55am, not sure the manager's name, but he couldn't manage his way out of anything I imagine. I have been to this Denny's many ,many times over the years. It is close and easy to go to. It is your standard Denny's. The coffee is so so , the staff works hard ,and the food is doable. It has always seemed to be very clean,even the restrooms. There is lots of parking in the lot. The place is always packed,at least most times of the day. Except mid afternoon, that is a much calmer time of day here. Food is very inexspensive so it is always a deal. It is right off the freeway as well, which makes it most convienant for all. read more
