Stopped in at 6:45 pm on a Sunday. There seemed to be only three people working there in total. No one came to seat us for at least 5 minutes until I went to find someone. We were seated and no one came to get us drinks for at least 10 minutes so we left. Funny that in total there were only about 10 other customers in the place and still service was terrible. I have been coming to the Denny's restaurant chains since I was a kid. I particularly like this location because the food is consistently good and always hot and fresh ingredients are used. The servers are extra friendly and it's never over crowded so there's no long waiting. It's always clean inside (no food stuck to tables and seats), and the atmosphere is pleasant. Also, they just started taking EBT which I like because now I can afford to come here more often than just once a month. I recommend this Denny's if you're looking for a quiet, nice restaurant with good food. read more

So, I used to come to this Denny's all the time in high school, because we were kids and this is what we could afford-plus they're open 24 hours. However, as an adult, I definitely don't frequent this place anymore. I did stop in last week, and though the staff was extremely nice and polite and helpful, they messed up both mine and my grandma's order. It wasn't sooooo drastic, but I did specify cheddar cheese on my burger, they gave me Swiss. Not a huge deal, but whatever. My grandma ordered some bacon avocado burger, and they gave her an entirely different burger-some bourbon bbq burger or something, I'm not sure. When we told them about the mistakes, they offered to make a new one, but it would take about 15 minutes and my grandma and I were on a time crunch. So we ate the burgers, which were fine, it's just not what we ordered. I also ordered a large side of ranch and they gave me a small little cup. The place was clean and the food came out in a timely manner though. read more

JANET!!! We went to this Denny's last night around midnight. There was only one server working, I believe 2 cooks, and 1 busboy. About 10 tables different parties and 1 table outside with at least 12 people. And still people coming in after us as we were seated. Also people coming in to place to-go orders. This server, JANET was absolutely amazing!!! She handled all the tables with kindness, patience, and a smile on her face. She was running back and forth from the kitchen to putting in orders to delivering food and also being a cashier. Even with all that still remembered to check on us, give us refills, and she kept apologizing for her running around (which was no problem at all). Also she was so kind and patient to our 2 year old who had just gotten out of the ER previous to us going to this Denny's so late. And she kept thanking us for our patience over and over again. This review is for JANET not the Denny's, because that's horrible staffing on their part. The five stars is for JANET who deserves a raise! We will be coming back to this Denny's location because of JANET. Hopefully this location will have more staff helping her out on our next visit! I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries. First of all the hamburger was extra greasy it was oozing with grease. I tried to patted it dry because I didn't have lunch and I was starving so anything at that point would have tasted good. My first bite tasted horrible my second bike tasted hideous by the third bite I spit it out.... What I found it out was that they took Frozen hamburger fruit in the microwave to defrost it and then they threw it on the grill... The meat tasted like microwave hamburger it was not nasty!!! Yup, I made the mistake on a whim. When you think of a Denny's this is the place. The are friendly but sadly they work for tips. The Sante Fe scramble looked great in the picture but Holy shit. The plate of potatoes/eggs/peppers/cheese (without mushroom because they didn't have any in the kitchen) was covered in a oil that would have made an Oil Man refinery owner very happy. Very disappointing. Came here for breakfast/lunch. Asked for strawberry sauce and whipped cream for my pancakes. Mom asked for pico de gallo for her omelette. Hubby ordered lunch. Mom did not get the salsa. They didn't give her the toast that comes with her breakfast. I got pancakes with butter spread. I don't use salt, but my eggs were super salty. Hubby's food never came. We waited to eat with him until our food was getting cold. We still finished eating before hubby's food arrived (40 minutes later) and after multiple requests. Mom had decaffeinated coffee. She asked for a second cup and was told they were making fresh coffee for her. 30 minutes later, and requesting it again, the server brought it. Hash browns were not cooked as requested. I asked to speak to the manager and our server said he was the manager. I asked again and he said he was the assistant manager. He said they didn't have a manager there at the restaurant. When I shared my concerns with him, he denied it. I told him that none of our orders were right and we finished before hubby's meal even came. I asked him, "40 minutes? He explained that chicken required 10 minutes to cook. And that is why it came so late. When I told him again that we finished before his came, he denied it. When I mentioned the 40 minutes he accused me of saying something that wasn't true. He told me, I have the times documented in the cook area. I told him, good. Go look at it. It was 40 minutes. He said, good, whatever. Asked for our military discount. He said I already gave you a discount. The receipt showed no discount. The receipt said he was a server, not a manager. Probably the worst Denny's experience I've ever had. I didn't catch a name nor did the other two I was dining with but he had red hair. I ordered a burger with no cheese nothing crazy. By the time the food got there I had noticed there was cheese. I politely noted to the server that there was cheese and I asked if I could have a new one. Not even 2 minutes later I get the same burger mutilated, my topping and bun were ripped and my burger was in pieces. Lori and Johnny are great spirited people and awesome servers! It maybe busy, but they are consistently on the move helping someone. Last night, we waited awhile to sit... BUT once sat.. was able to order and food came out pretty fast. I'm not an impatient person though (&& I have a 6yr old and 3yr old boys!). If they are short handed, there are other team members that help. I NEVER have bad food at Denny's for my 36+ yrs of eating there. What a surprise when they said they did not have record of my order! I had breakfast here a couple of times and lunch here once. Today I decided to order a hamburger to go, since I had a few places I needed to stop at. I figured it was less expensive than the usual take-out or drive-thru places around and I thought they would make a good burger. Well, I ordered my burger online an hour ahead of time. About 15 minutes before I left to go pick it up I called to ask if they could make my fries extra crispy. Yeah, that's when the Asst Manager told me they did not have my order. Yet I paid for it online and have a receipt that I printed. The Asst. Manager was not helpful at all and I asked "What should I do now?" She said "I don't know." So I hung up and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also called Denny's again a couple hours later, and guess what? They had my order. But by then I had already had lunch elsewhere. Denny's would not cancel my lost then found order and issue a refund, hence I am here with this negative review.
