A friend and I went to this Denny's early morning before a midterm. First, it's really affordable if you go with the 2-8 dollar menu and tax is only like 60 cents. I got some hash browns, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausages, and 2 sunnyside eggs. They were decent but not amazing, I mean I've had better at other Denny's. It's probably not known but the waiters here deal with annoying customers. Our waiter Jose was extremely generous and greeted us with a smile on his face. When their was a rude customer my friend wanted to help the waiter deal with the situation. When we came to pay we talked to Jose, the waiter, about the situation and he joked about it saying it was nothing and he's dealt with worse. The evening hostess Ingrid is very rude!! I came for my free birthday grand slam, i took it to go and got home and there was no pancakes in there when i specifically told the lady I wanted pancakes. My fiancé went back to get my food and she was very rude towards him and called us liars, he just walked out. Got home, tried what they gave us, the bacon was burned and the sausages were under cooked. Maybe if we didn't get free food, the service and food would've been a lot better! Worst service! I made an online order and went in to pick up my food. All my orders of pancakes were missing and my egg white omelette was not made with egg whites. The manager proceeds to tell me that they don't have an egg white omelette. So I had to show him the menu on my phone thay shows the Fit Fare liaded veggie omelette is an egg white omelette! I shouldn't have to show you your own menu. It's not the customers responsibility to familiarize you with your menu. I had to drive all the way back there to pick up what I ordered in the first place. The manager didn't care and was not apologetic at all. Next time I'll be going to Ihop or Coco's. read more

Came here the day of the Riverside 5k run. You would think that management would staff accordingly. I know we aren't the only people with a perceived good idea to go to Denny's after the run. Well as I'm writing this it took about 20 minutes to get our server to our table. Another 20 to get water followed by drinks. Still waiting on our food. We will see if they get the order right. Absolutely awful managment. My car was towed within 5 minutes of parking at Dennys while I was AT Dennys. When talking to the manager about getting my car released, he was rude and not helpful. He's gotta be getting a cut of what they make off the towing there, but they're towing their own customers so it doesn't make sense. I came here with a party of 7 around midnight and waited for almost an hour. The waiter kept saying "I'll be right there in 5 minutes" and then totally forgot about our table. We were NOT even given water! I went to ask this said waiter if he could at least give us water and he goes off on a mini-rant saying he has people to serve and that he doesn't have the time for us. Had the chance to eat here with some friends & the service was great! Our waitresses (I don't remember her name unfortunately) was very nice! Worst Denny's ever. Every time we come to this location the service is horrible. There's never anyone at the host desk to take your name. Instead of helping the manager just waits for the busy servers to run over and seat you when they have time. They almost always mess something up on the order or forget something. Today was the last straw though. First they brought us someone elses order, then I received my omelette without cheese (I specifically requested EXTRA cheese, there was none). To top it off when we received our bill we were charged for a coffee that should have been included with the $8 meal my husband ordered. When we asked the manager (big guy with the pony tail) to take the coffee off of our bill he refused and argued about it. After messing up our order multiple times he had the nerve to be rude and argue over a cup of coffee. Yet he told us the server would he written up for messing up the order...so unprofessional to tell a customer. He did eventually take it off the bill but needs some major training in customer service. We won't be back to this location, I'd rather drive an extra 4 miles even though I live down the street. read more

The cleanest, in best shape Denny's I've ever been to. The food is Denny's food like you'd expect, but it seemed the portions were larger here. They close from 1 to 4 am on Thursday through Saturday and have a cop stand guard because of gang problems in the past. read more

On 5/26/15 @10:24 am I was at Denny's with Jen. our server was Miss Vanessa T. she was very kind and polite, she knew her stuff, we didn't have to ask her anything ... "why?" because she could read our minds, the one thing she did that I thought was so very awesome ... jen wanted to try a new berry drink that was on the menu. So she requested a sample. She didn't frown,moan, "uhm let me ask my manager ..." she went and brought her a sample, we ended up ordering the drink. we both ordered the Invisible Woman Slam, it was AWESOME, and severed just the way it looked on the menu ... If I can give less than a 1 star I would've gave less than 1 star. The sad thing is is I've eaten at this place three times and every time I come in the service is completely terrible. We sat for 45 to an hour dining in, my water was not replaced or replenished once. In this time I only saw my server three times once to take our order, and the two times that I had to send him back with the meal that they brought incomplete and cold. They had me waiting for a high chair for like 10 min ...and the waiter was slow and took for ever to take our order...I went today.. We were seated right away.. But again I ask for a high chair .. And again in waiting for like 5min.. And then I notice that the chairs are like 2 tables away.. So I just go and grab one because if I don't I will be waiting again ..
