Prep Success Meals is that company, they have healthy ingredients, reasonable prices, and their website is easy to navigate.  I  chose 3 meals  to start with, the cheesy beef pasta,  grass fed beef burger, and the garlic butter chicken. I feel the portions are large, I had to split the cheesy beef pasta into two meals as it was a lot of food for me to consume at once and it was very delicious, lots of flavor, meat was tender and the sauce was generous.  All 3 meals were delicious and filling, I felt full after a small portion of the meals.  The burger was very moist and a generous size and the side potatoes had a nice flavorful kick,  while the garlic butter chicken was tender and the rice was light, moist and fluffy sided with  tender/crisp zucchini and the garlic flavor was subtle, not too light or heavy. I also requested the pounded yam swallow (fufu), because it's what I had before at another Nigerian home kitchen, which was very smooth, soft, and reminded me of creamy mashed potatoes. Egusi (requested no meat): 10/10 - Really flavorful, seasoned well, a little bit of spice, and melts in your mouth.
