Another visit late night and all cross the board Perfection I give them 11 out for 10 !!!

First time coming to this Denny's location with my family since it was nearby to us. We were first greeted at the door and seated immediately in a booth. Each of us individually had the rewards app as we get a reward for a free original grand slam meal, each of us do. We ordered our food and waited. The meal items come on 2 separate plates. The eggs, bacon, and sausage come separate from the pancakes. Our server brought our plate of eggs, bacon, and sausage first. We waited quite a bit for the pancakes. By the time it came, we had eaten all of our other food. Server should have brought everything out at the same time and not separately. We also were given the wrong check to pay. The place was not busy. How do u make a mistake like that? As we went up to pay, we mentioned to our server whom also handled us paying about us having rewards and free original grand slam meals which we all ordered. She told us to next time let her know from the beginning cause now she would have to make 3 separate checks. We had no idea and nothing was stated in the terms and conditions that we had to do that. The 3 stars unfortunately was due to our customer service. We did tip our server cause the meals where all free and we didn't order anything else, not even drinks. We most likely won't be coming back to this Denny's location though due to the experience we had. read more

Server not too friendly : no smile looks like she was so tired and overworked since we came around 11 pm. She was the only server on that shift and it was quite a busy nite with i think 5 -6 tables she had to serve. Had to flag her down for service . Left the check turned about so quickly , didn't say a word and didn't ask if we needed a to go box for the leftover which was my half sandwich, really??? What could improve? A lot actually. Lol, ordered breakfast for the family and I. Ordered the rudolph slam, it came with no eyes or nose, mom had gotten the new chorizo scrambler that came with toast, no toast. Ordered my kid a mini pancake slam and the pancakes are burnt. As well as my mom being ignored waiting for her food. Worst Denny's experience. No wonder they're considered underperforming. Gonna head back and see if they give us a fair refund. read more

Folks are very friendly and it was 130 in the morning. A large party was served with very good looking food. Another party of 8 was waiting to get seated. I sat for 30 minutes and left because it was clear the one cook was only cooking one ticket at a time. They also served a guy next to me that sat 10 minutes after we sat, but got his food. We went to ihop and got our food in 9 minutes. That's what Dennys is suppose to do. But you should go to ihop. read more

Immediately upon entering this gentleman greeted us he was in a upbeat mood. Loved that ! Adriana was very attentive she made sure we were taken care of. I loved the fact that they have a senior menu for my mother in law. Not many places offer senior plates. I usually don't write reviews, but since I had such an amazing experience today, I had to do it. As soon as my cousin and I stepped into the restaurant, we were both acknowledged and greeted by a very nice gentleman named Ruben. Ruben was also our server. He was very helpful and polite. He made our visit such a pleasant moment. Our food was just on point and so delicious. The restaurant was nicely kept clean. I highly recommend this location. Place clean. Ok welcome service ok but can be better. Only one person serving about seven plus tables. Never came back to our table and ask what more do we need. We had to wave and get her attention when we need anything (even just water refill or more napkins) Patty melt was good. Salad not so ok. Tonight we came to Dennys after the movies and we had one of the nicest servers Tia, she was absolutely amazing made sure to give us some options on the menus they have, our food came out super fast and she made sure we were well taken care of. She was super sweet and helpful, my food was fantastic especially for being so late at night. It's hard to find a good place that is quiet and being able to eat in peace while doing some work on my phone. The service was great considering it was not busy. The food was great! My boyfriend and I went to this location and the ambiance was not great, the 3 women there were talking loud about their business in which we didn't have to hear about it. One of the women were talking to one of the cooks saying that a woman being separated but then a man was trying to steal her away from the cook that she was speaking to, I don't think that was very appropriate. One of the servers was saying that she was dating a man that was already in a relationship with another woman, I don't think that was something we needed to hear. My boyfriend and I felt uncomfortable and we had to finish our meal quickly. I am not saying that they cannot talk to each but please keep it at an inside voice level where the guests including my boyfriend and I have to hear it.
