This Denny's location sucks. We ate here after a long day of hiking, and my friend found a hair at the bottom of their drink. Server didn't do anything to rectify the situation, and literally said, "Oh, sorry. That's gross." Why would you say that instead of doing something? We weren't offered any type of compensation after that incident. If anything, we should be offered a refund or at least food to compensate for the hair that we found on my friend's glass. Okay well first off.. this place overall just doesn't complete the needs of it's customers. When we got there we were seated quickly, but there were way too many flies inside the restaurant. The waiter told us they were repairing the door so it was open and the flies entered, which is understandable, but we weren't able to eat in peace. The place also just isn't very clean.. the floors looked pretty dirty and the bathroom as well. Thankfully, our waiter wasn't rude like some of the other reviews have said, and the food was overall pretty well cooked. Go somewhere else. For starters, it is dirty. Female stalls have broken locks, soap dispenser didn't work. Slow service and had to ask multiple times to remind the waitress that we needed creamer. The food was fine. Eggs weren't cooked exactly how we asked, but that isn't too much of a problem. Looking around the filth and broken things were the issue. Filthy front door that surely didn't get that messy after only being open a couple of hours. Claw machine glass was gross. If I could rate no stars, I would. This is the worst Denny's I've ever been to. It was dirty and understaffed. The place was empty when we walked in but still had to wait to be seated. We were served by some lady that looked like she shouldn't even be working there. She was rude and looked like she was on some type of drugs. When she served us our food it was cold. Also, her hands were so filthy dirty that I was disgusted and couldn't even eat my food. When our bill came we saw that we were charged for the kids meal that we ordered after they said it was free. Honestly when we arrived at 11:30am this morning and were told there was only 1 cook and 2 waiters and it would be about a 1/2 wait I definitely didn't think we would have a good experience but we were on our way home and there wasn't another restaurant in sight for awhile so we decided to give it a try! We got seated about 15 minutes after we arrived and the same waiter who took our order then went to help the cook in the back prepare our food! She was excellent and kicked ass! She got our order correct minus the butter on the pancakes....lol but overall had a good experience and family was happy and fully satisfied. They were out of ice cream which was a bummer and the restaurant did need a good sweeping but maybe the morning traffic and short staff prevented that from being done. When I checked the website, they had 2 options. Curb side pick up or pick up. Never did it mention dine-in. We called to get info & no one answered the phone. We were surprised to arrive to pick up dinner & the place had seated customers. Our food was sitting on the counter, getting cold. Why don't they hold the food for pick up under a heat lamp???? Our hotel was literally 3 minute away & sure enough Burger & fries were cold. (There's nothing worse then cold fries with dinner) Burger didn't have onions like I ordered. No condiments except a couple ketchup packs, which wasn't enough. For a $16 veggie burger, at least make sure it's hot when it leaves your restaurant. Perhaps dine in food is better...? I would not recommend this place for pick-up if you want a hot meal. read more

They got our order wrong twice in a row, and when we told them the second time they said "We gave you a free coffee, what else do you want us to do?" They only gave us free coffee because they were too lazy to ring it up... we had our card in our hand attempting to pay. The order was also really incorrect. My girlfriend is a vegan and she ordered a single beyond burger patty on an American burger without cheese. They gave her a double beef cheeseburger. We could also hear the chefs in the back bickering. It wouldn't have been a big deal, we were super nice about it and didn't care because we got a free cheeseburger out of it, but they were so rude the second time. Their excuse for not getting the order right was that, "they had just clocked in and were getting in the tempo of working." We were the only ones there. read more

I've been going to Dennys for about 40 years and this is by far the worst one ever. It's totally understaffed. During the day shift there's only one waiter and one cook. Droves of people are getting turned away because the franchise owner Sanita Sagar and manager Lorenzo Sanchez don't hire enough staff. The air conditioner is broken so you'll be eating in 85 degree heat. The staff have to leave the doors open so you are also swarmed by flies. There were flies in my food and my hair the entire time. This Dennys is the slumlord of all Dennys. It was a nightmare episode of the Living Dead. Oh, and half the menu wasn't available because food deliveries hadn't been made to the restaurant. read more
