You know, I spend a lot of money at this Jack, it's a go to several timrs a week: but I had a coupon for 20% off a ten dollar purchase. Cool, a small Cluck meal is 9.99, plus tax, well over ten. It would not let me use the coupon until I got a medium, which negated the savings I had hoped to have. Total rip off, bait and switch, anything to squeeze a buck out of a guy. Reevaluating my opinion of this location after this betrayal, may go somewhere else. read more

First time having Jack in the box and I was thoroughly disappointed. Others had told me good things but I wouldn't recommend it. I placed a mobile order through the app and it took 36 minutes to get my food despite it being midday on a week day. People in the drive through we're getting there well after me and leaving we'll before me. Only after I asked an employee after ~20 mins of waiting, they said "oh, we'll start working on it". Once the food finally came out, they forgot an order of fries and sauces. I had to remind them two times to get my fries. The food itself was mediocre. Fries were nothing special, chicken sandwich was decent, and the tacos were not good. For the price they're reasonable, but others raved to me about them, but we're just soggy hard shell american tacos. Overall I would not recommend this establishment if you're looking for good, quick food. read more

I normally don't write reviews for fast food establishments, but we stopped here on our road trip and I just need to give a shout out to the staff at this location. Having worked in customer service myself I know it's not easy to be a customer facing employee. In the 25 to 35 minutes that we were in this Jack-in-the-Box we saw multiple people yelling at the staff and just being so rude, and the staff here were just fantastic about not letting any of those situations escalate. Honestly everyone that works at this Jack-in-the-Box deserves a raise. read more

After hiking for 10 hours, we couldn't find any open sit down places to eat so the options were McD and other fats food chains, I was unfamiliar with Jack in the box but decided to try it anyways because it had the best reviews .... Tanner took our order through the box and was awesome, patient with us and even talking to us about their COKE 100 choices machines ours being HI-C Raspberry lime and his being a mellow yellow lemon twist with Gatorade. When paying Tanner let us know the different pay methods, (card/tap/Apple Pay) and his coworkers Adam and Patty had our food ready FAST, WARM, and DELICIOUS ! We just went through the drive thru on our way to Yosemite and Kathy was amazing taking our order , such a delight. Thank you Kathy!!

When on an adventure to watch Thor: Love and Thunder, I realized after watching that exquisite film I had a hankering for some Denny's made grand slam pancakes and dining. But upon, we were hit with an obstacle so obtuse, that I literally shouted from the rooftop's. After returning from defeat, we scavenged the lands of Oakhurst far and wide until a small establishment atop a hill with a glowing red sign. Upon arrival a lovely cashier greets us with the recommendation of the underrated cluck sandwich. My mouth began quiver as the cluck entered my Esophagus it was warm and wet. After my meal I was quite full and satisfied! Due to the unfortunate circumstances that Denny's seemed to provide for us, Jack in the Box, gave me a new perspective on life. Justin the manager was on of the worse at handling a situation. The first time i got chicken and fries instead of chicken and waffles. Second time i had a hair literally wrapped around the waffle. I let him know this would be the 3rd time my order is remade so i just wanted a refund. He decided to argue with me that the hair belonged to my sister when my sister was no where near me. Luckily, I had a bag full of snacks with me (we were road trip adventuring), so I only nibbled on the fries. Friend said his burger was good, not amazing, and I thought the same of the curly fries. I go up to the counter to place my order and the woman at the cash register is coughing directly into my face, like she's hocking up a lung. No attempt to direct it away for me, no attempt to cover her mouth, while her hands are busy opening what she says is "gotta get me a cough lozenge." Glad I was the only person intelligent and patriotic enough inside the "restaurant" to be wearing a mask, but I immediately exited this filthy establishment, never to return. I went to the drive thru around 3:15 pm on 1/12 /23 . I don't get the name of the young man at the 1st window he was extremely kind and considerate.Due to my lack of communication on my order. I have never seen him there before but he deserves some recognition for his kindness, and his helpful behavior. The upside: in October when most of the city had shut down for the season and you are looking for something to eat late on a Sunday night, Jack's open late. The downside: the service is slower than normal. The employees are nice. We wanted a new pumpkin shake, but they had run out of the mix. Looks like management did not plan properly. We stopped here on our way home from visiting our family in Oakhurst. I ordered 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers, a chicken sandwich, fries to share and drinks for kids and I. The Jr bacon came with not the usual bbq type sauce, but they put the thousand island type sauce on it instead. The kids were NOT pleased. My chicken patty looked really dark and over cooked around the edges, and the head lettuce was not crisp, except the thick middle stem part, and the rest was squiggly and gross. The food tasted ok once I removed the lettuce, reason for 2 stars instead of 1. Wish I'd taken pics! Next time I'll pass this place and hold out until we get to our Jack in the Box in Fresno on Clovis/Belmont. They ALWAYS make it top quality and accurate. Consistently good customer svs too. I drove up with my three kids to get them a quick bite as we waited for my laundry to finish up in the town laundromat. There was no one in front of me and one one behind me. I ordered in the drive through. The attendant in charge of receiving payments made me wait almost fifteen minutes because she was TALKING ON HER CELL PHONE!! She even held her finger up at me telling me to wait even longer. Once my clock told me I had been waiting in line for over 13 minutes I left without my food. All she had to do was put her phone down and take my card for payment.... literally the worst service I've ever experienced in a drive through. read more

What in the world is it with this jack in the box?! We have driven through a few times at odd hours... Including once just as they were closing and they are, without fail, happy, outgoing and accurate. Seriously, they should have been total jerks to us when we ruined their closing and ordered a ton of food... Nope! Kind and friendly. Paid for a socially unacceptable amount of my order in pennies? She smiled and joked with me. While I don't particularly care for the menu at jack in the box, these guys are awesome. I've never had "old" tasting food from here either. Had a quick but great experience today! We were headed back home to Fresno after a long day in Yosemite. We made a quick stop for a drink and some fries. We go through the drive through of course. We ordered some tea and fries. So simple right? Yes but this employee took that simplicity to another level, she really went out of her way to make sure we had enough sweetener to add to our tea and the perfect dipping sauce. I really appreciated it because it seems every other drive thru you have to beg for a packet of ketchup!!! Her customer service was amazing and even invited us to stop by again on our next visit.
