Ordered ahead for 2 boxes at 1pm, our pickup time was 1:30 when we got there it was packed and we werent helped at all. We waited around till someone finally came to register just to be asked my name, the worker then immediately ran back to doing nothing. At 1:55 we asked again just to be told someone else must have taken our order/ they just dont know what happened after having to ask me 50 questions? Finally at 2:08 our food comes out just to still be missing a item, queue another 11 minutes or so. A HOUR FUCKING WAIT BECAUSE THE STAFF HAS NO CLUE HOW TO DO THEIR JOB?? As I've written about on numerous other occasions on Yelp, I am a Taco Bell addict. This is the closest Taco Bell to Yosemite, so I would probably still come here even if it sucked. Fortunately, it doesn't suck too bad. It's exactly what you would normally expect from Taco Bell, but like, thirty percent less of it. The food is prepared correctly. It is hot, and fresh. But the portion sizes are just never quite what they're supposed to be, or what they would be if you ordered them from any other Taco Bell storefront. For example, I recently ordered a Build Your Own Veggie Cravings Box on the app with a Black Bean Crunchwrap Supreme, a Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, a Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, and a Mt. Dew Baja Blast. Both the potatoes and the burrito were so undersized that I was able to open up the burrito, dump all of the potatoes into it, and easily wrap it back up. In fact, I've probably done this the last four times I came here. There was plenty of extra room in the bean burrito for the entire order of potatoes-- and there definitely should not be. The crunchwrap that comes in the box is not advertised as any kind of miniature version, but in reality, it is. If I had paid the menu price of six dollars for the crunchwrap alone, I probably would have been upset, but of course, that's how much I paid for the whole box. Aside from the sometimes comically small portion sizes, this Taco Bell is solid-- the prices, flavor, service, and quality are all still there. read more

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I swear they hate their jobs there. I don't blame them. I'd hate it too. Every time I go, food is always missing. It's like they are hiring homeless people who are starving I'm not sure but I have PTSD from missing food and it never fails cuz it's always missing. Ate there today the taco was as expected. But the chicken nuggets, uhh I got an overpriced 5 piece and for one was over priced for what I got and I know the cook felt the same way because they gave me 6 over cooked micro nuggets instead of 5. I got pulled into the advertisement how good they were and shame on me for falling for it. Taco Bell stay in your lane with just the tacos and nacho fry's. Taco Bell, Oakhurst: 2024 Jan 9 (3.25 of 5) Taco Tuesday sees us getting our dinner at Taco Bell. There was no queue at the drive-through. We got our order of Party Pack in fairly quickly. It took longer to wait for the food than it was to place our order. I opened the box to make sure we were given the correct order. That's when I noticed the sauce packets were sticky when I picked one up. When we got home, I submerged them in cold water to clean the packets out. Thank goodness none of the packets leaked. The food - as usual - was okay. Nothing to write home about. These are tummy-fillers when we get too busy to cook. Overall, I'd say the service was good, but the food was mediocre. read more

not sure why you have 1am as closing time but my car broke down and I tried to get some food and had to go through the drive through and was immediately accused of opening the drive through window by the manager when the employee opened it and I waited to tell them what happened and just wanted to eat at 11pm and was scrutinized by the staff for being without a car when they said they were open and told I had to leave when I just wanted to eat while I was waiting for a tow this is the worst Taco Bell there is don't go here they hate their jobs and hate when you order go to anywhere else in Oakhurst they hate business here and are rude as hell to the people especially if you domt live there sorry I just wanted a damn taco. read more

I ordered the Mexican Pizza when it finally came back on the menu and requested the tortillas be corn (GF) and the "manager" said there would be an extra charge to customize it. Really? I had ordered one that way the week before and didn't receive any static about it. Those don't come frozen or ready-made and have to have tortillas (2) on them so what's the difference to them that they're corn and not flour? I placed the order with it costing more and was charged $3 for the upgrade. I told them that's ok, Corporate would hear about it, and they did and apologized for the manager's mistreatment, giving me 2/$5 coupons to make it right. I was able to use one but 2 or so weeks later when my husband tried to use the last one he was told flatly, "We don't take them." This is the crappiest service we've ever received at TB. Unfortunately the quality of the food did not meet my expectations and here is why: Firstly, the Nacho Fries were a sad sight to behold--limp, cold, and with a cheese dip that had the consistency of glue. As for the Loaded Beef Nachos, I think a more accurate name would be "Unloaded Beef Nachos." The chips were buried under a sparse scattering of beef and a few lonely dabs of cheese sauce, with barely a whisper of the other promised toppings. They looked like they had been through a food drought! Our family dinner night, which was supposed to be a fiesta of flavors, quickly turned into a fiesta of frustration. We spent more time looking at the state of our meal than enjoying it. Even our dog turned up his nose at the Nacho Fries, and he's not known for being picky! I understand that not every meal can be perfect, but this was a far cry from even acceptable. There are valid concerns that the food quality doesn't match the tantalizing images in Taco Bell advertisements. I feel like I went to Taco Hell instead. This recent experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning whether I should continue to patronize Taco Bell ever again. I'm now calling this place Taco Hell. Over the past couple years, I've been going through the drive through often and ordered door dash and the majority of the time I feel discontent. Whether its the quesadilla or the way the customer service has acted. On multiple occasions, I've received un-cut quesadillas and undercooked power bowls. (Which is odd because i assumed the meat is microwaved). When I have went through the drive- through I was greeted with a nonchalant and annoyed voice from the person. I hardly review fast food places but the workers here are so sweet & hard workers! We ordered $40 worth of food and it came out in literally 4/5 minutes. The food was delicious and made correctly! The restaurant was very clean and maintained very well. You could tell the workers were proud to be there. It really showed. Keep it up guys! read more

I order led a burrito and a drink. They had a sign that said there is a national coin shortage. So I paid in coins, the total was $3.01. She counted it out slowly. She said I was $0.25 short. I don't think this location has ever gotten our order correct. We always get the receipt and park after going through the drive through to check if our food is correct. It almost never is. I am vegan and tonight they put beef and cheese in my Crunchwrap that I asked to be beans instead of beef and fresco style (no cheese). That is the last straw.
