The salad bar is always fresh, well-stocked and has a comparatively wide variety of selection compared to other local pizza eateries. The restrooms, tables and chairs are always clean and the condiments are filled. The Manager, Thomas, knows us by name and we so appreciate that. He regularly goes through his store and connects with customers, asking how their meal was, are they enjoying their meal, etc., listening, giving personal attention to their response and comments. This is what good leaders in various industries do, in part, and it works in making their business a success. There is a pepperoni pizza special going on so we decided to give it a try. The pizza was way too salty because of all the pepperoni on it. However, I'd say that they are pretty generous with the pepperoni and the pizza crust was fine. Chicken wings were fine; salad was fresh and enjoyable - lots of options. The place was dirty. We ordered fountain drinks, but when my husband went to get a refill the machine did not work. He told the worker, but no one came to look at it or fix it. We waited and waited for our pizza's and after 45 min. went up to the counter to see when they would be done. They were sitting on the oven ready, but no called us. In the area on our way to Yosemite. Lil man wanted pizza and it just sounded good. Despite the fact that there was only one person in line and only a couple of patrons, it took about a half hour for our pizza. We waited about 20 minutes for the salad as well. Place was clean however some tables were not bussed and still had dirty plates/leftovers. . They had plenty of seating, a few tv's on and a small gaming area where Mrs.Pac-Man required $1!!! When did this happen??? Sheesh. Bathrooms were clean and employees were wearing masks. Despite the wait...the pizza was bomb and salad was good. COVID-19 phase: My mother called in the order and asked for two veggie sandwiches with grilled chicken added and no dressing except for garlic sauce on the side. Extra jalapeños too! Masks are worn by workers and required by customers. It was funny. We weren't even acknowledged upon walking in and a worker or manager(I think) came back from her break and literally told the other workers that they need to acknowledge customers. Thank you to her.
