This is the only Chinese restaurant I would recommend in the Oakhurst/Yosemite area. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was satisfying overall. We ordered seven dishes, and everything arrived freshly cooked and flavorful. Most of the dishes were well-prepared and delicious. My only problem are that the steamed rice was slightly undercooked, the walnut shrimp had a breading that was a bit too hard and seemed over-fried, and the Mongolian beef was cut into very small pieces, making it difficult to appreciate the beef since the onions were more prominent. Our favorite dishes were the seafood tofu soup and the sweet and sour fish fillet. Both were perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. Despite a few minor issues, the overall dining experience was very good. We started with the wonton soup, which was really nice with ginger forward wontons that were full of flavor. For our mains, we ordered the combo plates. Stopped in Oakhurst while visiting Yosemite and was so glad to give China Delight a chance. I was a bit skeptical upon walking in. We were seated right away and within 10 minutes we ordered and got our food. I was surprised how fast it came out! It was hot and fresh too so it was cooked as soon as we ordered. id start by saying the best Chinese you'll get in Oakhurst. they have a great chow main recipe and the fried rice is awesome as well (wish they would add bacon and make it chefs kiss but as is is good) the best dishes ive had so fat are Mongolian beef, orange chicken and as mentioned above. My least favorite was the chicken salad im sorry to say that the sauce was horrid!
