Tried to come here 3x, but it's always so packed! Luckily came in during lunch and was seated right away. Also when it's packed they do not do take out orders. Got the pho regular and khao soi regular. Their regular was huge at least 1.5 meal, so idk who the heck is ordering a large. Both were solid and had clean flavors! Service was also great, both waiters extremely friendly and efficient! Learned a lot about hunting dogs!

To be honest, Mammoth doesn't offer that many restaurants with good food however one of our favorite restaurants in Mammoth that is a non-negotiable for us to go to is Noodle-Ly. They are open until they run out and they don't accept reservations...that gives you an idea of how good this Pho is. The soup is made fresh daily and they have plenty of options for all dietary preferences. The service at Noodle-Aly is top notch and always so friendly. You always feel taken care of here! This food is the perfect meal post skiing or hiking!!

Surprisingly authentic pho! Nothing beats a hot bowl of noodles on a chilly night after a hard day of skiing. Menu is simple with a variety of phos and only boiled dumplings for appetizer. They have a wide selection of boba drinks available for take out. I've had to wait as long as an hour so plan ahead. They will take your cell phone number so you're not tethered to the waiting area.

Highlights: - coming from an asian person, you know what? not bad for mammoth lakes area - khao soi was flavorful and full of spices - pho was ok, (7/10) but probably the closest you'll get in the area - soup just hits different after a long day of snowboarding - get the green thai iced tea! - you put down your name and they text you when table is ready

We came here for the 1st time and we were greeted by Taylor the owner. We sat in the bar area and she was pleasant to talk to. Everyone is so friendly, service was amazing and the food was delicious! The broth is soo good, perfect place to go especially when it's chilly out or if you're craving for soup. We will definitely be back when we are back in town.

Quiet environment. The sauce with potstickers taste the fresh ginger so delicious. Phone was amazing! The flavors were on point. The fact that they have a variety of noodle types. Service was great. Highly recommended.

The service is fast and the servings are big! You don't need the large pho to get a fair amount of food. Inside is always busy (in a good way) and lively. You shouldn't have to wait long for a table if you're a group of two. Definitely try #3 if you like spice, but a classic like #2 will never disappoint.

Very mid pho. But it's the only one in mammoth, so here we are still coming to this place. The drinks were overly sweet. The noodle soup was lacking in aroma and flavor. The service was very very slow. There's always a wait because how slow they are. Takes forever for food to come out.

A little too salty otherwise it's good. I didn't expect to find Asian food in Mammoth Lakes so it's a pleasant surprise.

Perfect to stop by for a warm bowl of pho after skiing in the cold afternoon! It's so comforting and warming, and it washes away all the tiredness from a long day on the slopes. The place was busy in the afternoon, which just shows how good their business is. The pho is delicious and authentic with a rich, flavorful broth. I ordered the beef pho, and the meat was fresh and high quality.

This place was so packed and busy after a long mammoth day that we had to wait an hour to be seated but it was so worth it! My friends and I got the khao soi and the pho with beef brisket. Both were delicious in their own way! The khao soi I had never tried before and was deliciously full of that minced meat! The pho was honestly I thought better though because of that fresher and stronger taste! Would recommend coming after a long day, it really hits different!

Was craving noodle soup after snowboarding, and this guy the spot! Luckily we arrived early enough to get a table right away, but there was a wait to be seated later in the evening. I had a boba tea and the khao soi, which was Lao style with rice noodles, and a tomato and pork broth. Interesting dish I had never tried before. The broth was a little on the salty side, and they had extra spice and sauces at the table. The tea was good but the boba was a little old and stuck together.

Was craving some pho on our roadtrip and stopped through mammoth. Super happy to find this pho spot and a place that goes it well! It wasn't very busy when we came for lunch and got seated right away. Plenty of tables and parking which makes it easy. Server did a good job of answering our questions mainly about how spicy the spicy noodles are (not that bad he said) and he was right. I ordered the pho (no spicy) and my boyfriend got the spicy noodles (forgot exactly which one). We both really enjoyed it. Would recommend this place !

I had specifically asked to substitute the rice, but it was still served -- and there was a hair in it, which is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. The kids' burger was overcooked to the point of being dry like a cracker, and the fries looked and tasted like they were cooked in old, repeatedly used oil. This is unsafe and unacceptable, especially for children's food. The steak was ordered medium well, but was served well done -- completely overcooked. The chimichurri sauce was also misleading: instead of the classic green sauce, a red mixture was served that had nothing to do with it. The coleslaw was simply awful. Additionally, the staff showed no proper response -- we were not offered a replacement, a discount, or even a proper apology. This reflects a complete disregard for service standards and customer care. In its current state, this does not meet even basic restaurant standards.

Caesar salad was the other star of the night, very light & refreshing to go with the heavy pizza. Everything else was just alright. Buffalo wings were small and light on sauce. Fettuccine Alfredo was super basic, as if it was a frozen microwaveable dish. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the pizza, salad, and drinks if there's a sporting event to watch that night! Tucked into the Village right next to Gomez's Mexican Restaurant (which is no slouch itself), this place pulls off that rare trick: it actually feels like a legit Italian escape...just with better snow outside. Let's start where all good decisions begin: pizza as an appetizer. Yes, you heard that right. Their authentic pizza oven isn't just for show--it's the real deal. Thin crust, blistered just enough, and gone in about 90 seconds at our table. No regrets. The tricolore salad is a solid opener--fresh, simple, and a nice way to pretend you're pacing yourself. You're not. Because then comes the main event: Voltaggi-O's. Imagine your childhood love affair with Chef Boyardee's Spaghetti-O's...then imagine it went to culinary school, studied abroad in Naples, and came back with confidence, depth, and a killer wine list. That's this dish. It's nostalgic, elevated, and borderline dangerous in how easy it is to keep eating. And honestly? The staff might be the real MVPs. Servers and bartenders here are five-star across the board--attentive without hovering, smiling like they actually enjoy being there, and full of spot-on recommendations (which, let's be honest, we happily followed). Bottom line: If you're in Mammoth and craving Italian that goes beyond the usual ski-town fare, Vulcania is the move. Come hungry, order the pizza "appetizer" (don't overthink it), and don't you dare skip the Voltaggi-O's. You'll leave full, happy... and already planning your next visit.
