LOVE THE BREAKFAST CLUB!!! BC is a warm welcoming spot to get your breakfast going before hitting the slopes in Mammoth. The service is super friendly and helpful. So great that your coffee cup is never empty! BC offers a huge variety of breakfast, brunch and lunch options. Yep, a little bit of everything for everyone. I recommend the machaca breakfast burrito. Loaded with beefy goodness and covered in sauce n cheese! Get it with a side of hash browns too, they do em right IMO. Id also like to point out the ambiance too...it's super cozy and I'm a fan of the decor inside. Just cows and more cows on the walls. In a tasteful way too! Overall: Actually ate here twice while on our family trip. Honestly, I would come again and again in future trips too. The Breakfast Club has your cravings covered and served up with genuine friendly service. Highly recommended!!!

Came for weekend breakfast around 8:30, and luckily so since the line got crazy long afterwards. Ordered their french toast combo, pancake combo (comes with egg, and choice of sausage or bacon), and chicken fried steak. Everything was actually delicious, and not just because we were in the mountains. Service was prompt. The decor was actually super cute with cows literally everywhere! The place is not that big so do come early or prepare to wait.

Country Benedict with hash browns(crispy). Would have been a "5" but the biscuit was on the dry side.

Wanted to get hot breakfast and coffee while waiting for the kids to come back from the mountain. Snowing like crazy!!! The service was excellent! Good food but the home made biscuits were on the dry side. Had a great meal!

Found this cool little breakfast cafe with eclectic decor and was impressed with their variety of menu items and super friendly service. But what really blew me away was their sneaky good chorizo breakfast burrito. This is my goto breakfast item of choice and I've had many different kinds. Their version was among the best ones that I've had. This is a solid spot for anything breakfast related but don't sleep on that breakfast burrito.

Where's the toppings? Where's the blueberries?

I stopped here this morning to grab a pastry since I was trying to get up the mtn quickly. I've had cooked food here before and was impressed a few years ago. Today I stopped for a pastry and went inside to get a blueberry muffin and I have to say that it is the poorest excuse for a blueberry muffin that I've ever seen besides at a gas station. I'm including the pic of it so people can see how tiny, how few blueberries it has and to let you know that it is the blandest and driest blueberry muffin, I've ever tasted. This was not worth $3.27 at all, it wasn't even worth .99....

Another great breakfast spot around. The food was tasty and service was fast. I especially enjoyed their orange juice. It's tastes as if it's freshly squeezed. There is ample parking around and plenty of space

Wow, just wow, I'm not fibbing when I say this is the best breakfast place I've ever eaten at. In the last couple years this place has gotten better and better. Everything that I have tried on the menu has been fantastic! Recently I had the eggs Benedict, except for I had it on a fresh made daily from scratch homemade croissant and instead of ham I added avocado and it was phenomenal to say the least. The hollandaise sauce is the best I've ever had, and I'm pretty picky when it comes to my hollandaise sauce. Another thing, the other day I tried the bear claw. I've been coming here for years & always get breakfast so I had never tried the pastries, that was a big mistake on my part because the pastries are made in-house from scratch, it was so good, I couldn't stop thinking about that bear claw. Next time I went in for breakfast I got two of them to go . They cover all the bases with the menu & even have breakfast burritos and sandwiches that you can order in advance and grab for the road, trail, fishing or chairlift. If you want a mimosa, quality espresso or fancy coffee drink, they got you covered. And if you love hot sauce, no worries, they've got em all. Honestly, I can't say a bad thing about this place, the staff is amazing, service is great & speedy and the place is clean. If you ask me, this is the only place to get breakfast in Mammoth. Bon appétit my friends Annabella

    Ham steak covers the plate!

Best breakfast in Mammoth for locals and tourists! The place is always busy, as most quality restaurants are. Even so, service is personal and friendly, always on the mark. I've never seen a mistake made, imagine that. Food is from the old days, when food was good. Made from scratch, big portions, absolutely delicious. Good coffee. Not many places like this left. I encourage you to enjoy The Breakfast Club. Sit next to the local skiers, farmers, construction workers, cops and firemen. Enjoy.

After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. Came in around 12:30pm on a Sunday and there was no wait at all. Decided to go with the Club Burrito with bacon ($2 additional). The food came out in no time and first thoughts were the hash browns were burnt and definitely sitting around from the breakfast rush and they just re-heated it on the flat top. It did not look appetizing at all. it was soggy and not crispy at all. Then I took a bite of the burrito that had Ranchero sauce all over it. The tartness was the first thing that hit me. I was not expecting the sauce to be that tart. Usually the green sauce is supposed to be the tart one. There was a lot of eggs inside of it, which I absolutely appreciate. However, the bacon that I paid $2 as an added protein was soft and not crispy at all. It's a thicker cut but definitely been sitting around and just re-heated. I'm starting to notice a pattern here. I don't know if that's how they serve their bacon, but it was not good. Back to the sauce, I decided to just taste it to figure out what it's made of. To me, it tasted like they just took Tajin and added water. The customer service was great and I love that they fresh baked goods in the front. Overall, I was a little disappointed with my meal. I might give them another chance, but I think I'll stick with Good Life Cafe.

We came here on the 4th of July and they were slammed. The food was good but some of the servers seemed a little on edge, probably from the increased guests on the busy holiday. Still everything came out in a timely manner. They cooked my over-medium eggs and hash browns perfectly and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The interior is also cute and very homey. I would dine here again while visiting Mammoth.

Friendly atmosphere, service was great. After we sat down & ordered the food took about 15 mins to come out.

    The coffee is excellent.

This long standing breakfast joint in Mammoth is fantastic. The service is excellent. And the food is really good. It's a great place to fill up before a morning of skiing or fishing. One of my favorite breakfast joints in the Eastern Sierra!

Loved the hash browns - crispy on the outside, tender inside. The ham steak was delicious, and the french toast is a must-try. The coffee was always hot and the service was fast and friendly, even when busy. nice location for a relaxing brunch here at mammoth lakes

No other business does this on Reddit. First, service is very slow and pretty haughty. I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple pesto chicken crepe. It tasted disgusting. I got the apple dessert crepe. It was full of little cubes of raw apple that just fell out of the crepe. There was barely any cinnamon or sugar in it. I also got the pesto crepe. There was a splash of pesto and a couple little pieces of chicken. 90% of the crepe is the bread or galette or whatever. The rest (which isn't much) is just thrown in there. At $16 each, this was a complete ripoff, even worse than the usual Mammoth ripoff. The ambiance is pretty good though and they have a nice wine bar area. I could see this place being good for breakfast, but it's not worth spending any more of my money there.

We hardly saw our server. She came once to take our order, someone else brought our drinks and food, then that was it. All other tables, including next to us, had their servers checked in on them. Ours disappeared. There were only 8 other tables filled up. After finishing our food and drinks, another server came up to us to ask if we needed anything else. This took another 10-15 minutes for the check to arrive...from our original server. The bill came out to $99.44. We left a $15 tip. We probably should have just left the tip blank due to the poor service and not knowing the trouble this would cause. A few days later, a $1,599.44 bill posted to my credit card. Yes, over a thousand dollars charged for a $100 meal. They took the $15 tip as a $1500 tip. I don't even know how someone could make that mistake since we only wrote $15 in the tip line. The service certainly does not deserve a $1000 tip. I still have the original receipt and we only signed for $114.44 marked in the total. How that was changed to $1,599.44 is just bonkers and just plain robbery. Now I have to dispute this with Chase. So save those receipts, and watch out for this business.
