It's been awhile but we came back again. I still love all the decor and great service. We sat on the patio this time. It's really cute and really warm! The N/A Pina colada and the pain killer were both tasty. We didn't have food this time but maybe in a couple weeks when we come back.

A lot of Tiki inspired drinks, which tasted pretty good. Everything was quickly made and well made. I wasn't a fan of the vibe. It felt like it was a tiki bar in terms of decor but just a regular sports bar in terms of music and vibe. The music was a bit random, I think they need a new DJ. I thought I could power through it but honestly I couldn't. Had two drinks and then left. There's not many options in the area that stay open this late so I can see why it would get packed lol. Probably would come back if we wanted to party at a bar instead of the hotel room. If you're a tiki fanatic like me, this is NOT a place I'd drive out for through!

Cool spot with tasty basic and tasty drinks. Enjoyed the out door seating, my banana drink and coconut shrimp (not pictured). They also have rotating taps and other small Bites so check it out!

It's a tiki bar that's open late which is rare for mammoth. At least from what I researched there weren't many places open late. The drinks are tasty and strong lol. Came in on a Saturday night and around 10 pm they have a dj and open space for dancing. The menu also has a good variety of items to choose from.

Great food, great drinks. Service was nice even when it was busy -- you just have to be understanding....even when there's a blizzard outside. It can get a little crowded, but if you're patient I think it's an amazing spot. Interior is hip, slightly loud, but can put you in a good mood. Food: Fries are a little lackluster. Coconut shrimp was great + the chipotle aioli was a good add to the lackluster fries. Burgers + Loco Moco was comforting and incredibly filling! Drink: PB Cup hot drink was great Good place to take a break from the harsh outside. Would come back.

So good after a long day on the mountain. I would recommend the banana hammock. It was a 12/10. The coconut shrimp is also super good :)

Oh yes, "Lakanuki". One of the oldest businesses in Mammoth with a history. This place is definitely "home team" vibes as locals and visitors come here for drinks and karaoke The vibes are friendly and festive. Obviously, there's instances where fights do occur but that's more rare and if it does happen, it's mostly on Friday or Saturday nights. Rumor has it that owner is stakeholder in community, cameras are everywhere, and when things get too ugly, that evidence can seemingly vanish bc of ties to the local PD. Ya know, home team type of stuff. That said, it's still a tremendously fun place to go. If you bring good vibes and are respectful, you get the same vibes back. It's that simple. Point is to not let any negative reviews get in the way of having fun. The home team is fun, festive, and full of knowledge. Many of the people you see here, you'll end up seeing and continuing the chat (from the night previously) somewhere else around town, on trails, or at the lakes.

Drinks and the overall vibe were delicious! I had chicken tacos for food, and it was subpar and can be avoided.

Expecting customers to tip before they have evaluated the service or even laid eyes on their food is a highly objectionable business practice. This policy is especially frustrating when the subsequent service and food quality fail to justify that forced investment. As out-of-town visitors, we found the pub completely unaccommodating. There were zero instructions on how to order, making it feel exclusively geared toward locals who already know the routine. We had to flag down a staff member wiping tables outside just to learn we needed to scan a QR code. The service we received after being forced to tip was incredibly disappointing. Our beet salad arrived first, but the runner dropped it off and vanished so quickly that we couldn't ask for a second silverware setting. Since we intended to share the salad, we had to wait. The salmon plate didn't arrive until roughly 15 minutes later. When we finally managed to ask our waiter for the extra silverware, he treated a basic hospitality request as a major inconvenience. Getting a simple fork felt like pulling teeth. The value for the price is simply not there. The grilled salmon plate was remarkably small--well under three ounces of fish. To make matters worse, the accompanying vegetables consisted of literally three skinny asparagus spears and two even thinner carrots. Between the aggressive upfront tipping, the small portion fish size, and the dismissive attitude of the staff, this establishment has massive room for improvement. I am leaving a two-star rating in hopes that management will reconsider their ordering system and address these glaring service deficiencies.

Is phone that requires you to pay with tip when ordering. When did a tip stop being for service? How do you give someone a tip for service before they provide the service? Unfortunately, I've seen this at other places too, just over how ridiculous tipping has become and will avoid these places in the future. Sorry for the rant. Anyway, I was giving 3 stars initially and then the food came out. Both my buddy and I got the hot chicken sandwich, which I had here over a year ago and was good. This time it was over cooked and dry. So dry it was hard to swallow even with slaw in it. The waffle fries were stale, and both the sandwiches and fries were room temperature even though it came out within minutes of ordering. I appreciate fast food delivery, but this seemed like a it was just reheated. The server was friendly and came back and checked in us, so that was good, but we'll be going back to our regular brewery in the future.

The food is decent, it's never going to absolutely wow you but it will be sufficient and well priced. This time I tried their mac and cheese, it was cheesy and I liked the type of pasta noodle they used that allowed it to get extra crispy and crunchy with the spiral texture, however it was a little dry and on the blander side for mac! The ordering system is great and straightforward, you order and pay on your phone and then food appears straight to your table! Genius, convenient and perfect for groups as there's no splitting the bill awkwardly at the end. And the dog friendliness is so clutch, our pups always enjoy the sunshine and rest. Really great spot I would recommend in a sea of terrible touristy Mammoth dining establishments.

Hector the Manager on Duty has no care or concern that we waited almost an hour while our order sat in the heat case. He did not apologize and said there was nothing he could do. Both cashiers just stood there stunned and continued to play on their phones the whole time we were sitting in the waiting area, the only ones in the waiting room.
