We weren't even acknowledged upon walking in and a worker or manager(I think) came back from her break and literally told the other workers that they need to acknowledge customers. Thank you to her. I agree! =)~ We went in early and the order wasn't ready yet. We waited and it was ready on time. My mother told the worker multiple times that we wanted garlic sauce instead of ranch on the side. We get back to the apartment and they gave us ranch and didnt listen. That sucked. My mother also asked for extra jalapeños and there was none in there. =( The veggie chicken sandwich was good! If you're craving a really great pizza then you need to visit this place. We ordered a medium sausage and mushroom pizza along with the salad bar. The pizza was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. The salad bar had a variety of items, toppings and dressing. I like the fact that the salad bar had romane, spinach and lettuce leaf combo rather than your basic head lettuce. Disappointed once again. We got here on a Thursday around 4:15. There was only one table with customers and they were about finished, no one had come in for a sit down meal when our Luke warm pizza arrived!!! How can we be the only ones here and the pizza doesn't come out HOT! It's like they forgot about us! Our pizza had to just sit around for at least 10 if not 15 minutes, it was that unhot! Best pizza in the area hands down. Service was great. We are a party of 8 and they handled us very well even during sunday's afternoon buffet rush. Our cashier and server were super friendly. On the first impression, judging from the outside looks old. However, you cannot judge a book by its cover so my wife and I produced into the restaurant because the reviews were the best compared to the other pizza places in Oakhurst. Upon entering, you are great with the ugly 90's decor that desperately needs to be updated. Other then the appearance the customer service was great. All the front people were nice and personable, even the gentleman gathering and handing out orders. My wife and I ordered a medium smokehouse combo think crust, 3 garlic parmesan twist, and 6 bone-in medium buffalo wings. food came out pretty fast. We were told about a 20-minute wait and it felt about that long. The twists were gross. No flavor, chewy, undercooked, and doughy. The wings were cheap. A dollar less than the amount you order, so you know they were not going to be great. However, I wasn't disappointed by the wings. They were small in size but the buffalo was enjoyable. The pizza was not good. It's comparable to the cheap processed fast-food chain like Pizza hut but worse. I also felt like this was undercooked because the dough was too chewy. Maybe that mains don't get the thick crust. The pepperonis tasted like they were bought from the Vons from the deli meat area. My favorite part of a pepperoni pizza is tasting the crunch of the crispy pepperoni, but they were all limp and soggy. What I did like was the sausage, but how do you mess up sausage. Also, I enjoyed the zest red sauce. In conclusion, I would never eat here again, nor would I recommend anyone else to eat here. Came here Saturday night to get some pizza with the family after coming in from out of town to go to Yosemite National Park on Sunday. They had a 1- large 1 topping pizza on sale for $13.99 we ordered two of those and signed up for the rewards online and got free breadstick twists they were bomb. I wish I took pictures of the food, but was too busy and forgot. It was so fresh and good tasting that on our way back home on Sunday we stopped off here again and ate before getting back on the road to home. Only bad thing was the employee used my coupon for the twists but did not upload my purchase amount in which I would have 40 reward points.
