Ordered the super slam. Meal came out sad looking with cold eggs and no pancakes. Hash browns undercooked and bacon and sausage that have been precooked that are soggy and chewy, not crispy. I love Dennys. Just not this one today. First time I ever sent food back and actually not want a replacement! read more

Ordered a tbone steak medium rare to go not sure if i what i got is a pork chop but it sure wasnt medium rare. Steak was too tough, it put up a good fight before it gave in. Jaw almost gave up but momma didnt raise a quitter so i had to power thru using my calcium packed teeth(Thats why you drink your milk kids) by the time i finish gnawing the heck outta this rubbery substance i achieved a jaw chiseled to perfection like hercules himself rocked at one point of time. read more

This place lacks so many things but the server that helped me and my husband. Her name fit her personality. However I found a green bug that look like a piece of lettuce with black legs. I informed the server and she apologized and took the plate right away. We didn't RECIEVE a discount or the meal free. It seemed the Manager Caesar did not really care. He blamed the lettuce company. Took my wife out for breakfast this morning and were seriously disappointed. Overlooking the police presence in the parking lot, the quality of food has seriously gone down. My wife had a healthy spinach omelette in which the spinach was not cooked well. We asked that our hash browns be well cooked (crispy). Instead got crispy and very greasy. My grandslam consisted of greasy hash browns and bacon, cold sausage, and something crunchy in my dry scrambled eggs (assuming it was bits of egg shell). Good coffee though. (Sigh) Only reason we didn't send the meals back was we were hungry and on a tight schedule. My wife only ate a few bites and decided against eating the rest. Greasy food not good for her stomach. Service was great the food not so much. Whoever is cooking omelets doesn't know how to cook. They didn't dice the vegetables and ham in the omelet. I asked for jalapenos and avocado and they just dumped a whole avocado on the outside and threw some jalapenos on top. If I wanted the stuff on the outside of my omelet, I would have stated that. To top it off the food was cold. I got another omelet that was just as bad. It tastes like they use egg substitute instead of real eggs. They don't serve sourdough bread anymore as well. Also looks like they use cheese whiz as their form of American cheese Not a good place to eat very disappointed. read more

The service was terrible. It took over 30 minutes to receive our meal. The quarter-pounder hamburger was smaller than McDonald's quarter ponder. The male server never came back to give me my bill. I needed to go to the hostesses to get my bill and pay. I was looking forward to a good meal with my son but was extremely disappointed with the food and service. Usually Denny's is just meh, so it's one of my last choices. But I've been to this one once before and it was pretty good, so I stopped here again. Was not disappointed. I ordered my food online an hour in advance and when I get there to pickup it wasn't even ready and have to wait for another 40 minutes I decided to cancel my order and now have to wait 6 days for my refund. They should have given me a courtesy call and inform me that I have to wait for another 40 minutes or not take my order at all. Respect for other people's time can get you repeat customers. I understand you are busy but please stop taking orders that you can't fulfill on time. This is the second time I had this experience. read more

The food here today tasted amazing, the food was a great temperature, came out very fast, the coffee was amazing and there was nothing left on my order my kids plates! Worst service ever!!!! Wait time was about 30min ... I kept noticing the hostess, a young girl (white in ethnicity and on the chubby side) kept sitting people down before us who just arrived. When one of her counterparts told her, hey that party just arrived and we skipped three groups, she was who cares! That's when I asked to speak with the manager Maria! Maria is just as bad as her employees! No wonder they treat customers the way they do. Maria the manager was oh okay ... we will sit you next! 10min laters, I am still waiting for a table.
