So I ate here for the first time and ordered online. I indicated on the order I wanted to sandwiches and for them to be cut in half and to add oil and vinegar and oregano and basil ( or whatever that seasoning is) Showed up and the order was ready. These were the most generic sandwiches I've ever eaten. No flavor at all. Bland bland bland. The receipt has my special requests but the sandwiches did not. Plenty of parking at this restaurant, much more than compared to their counterpart in Lakewood. For one, the parking is spaced out much better, and you don't have to fight with the other restaurants and businesses in the plaza for parking, and there's just about the same, if not more in this lot. Service is friendly, and you're always acknowledged as soon as you enter. The workers are very cheerful and happy to assist you, no matter how busy it gets. Make sure if you have the rewards card to take advantage of it. One thing I do have to say is that you need to make sure they hear your order right, since some of their sandwich names sound the same through a mask. You'll order the hunter's club and get a country club instead, and then proceed to get yelled at by a hangry person. What really sucks is that they no longer offer alfalfa sprouts, as those really enhanced the sandwiches. Since the Covid hit , we stopped cold for eating out a lots. Today we tried to wandering out of our comfort zones to help the local businesses which hit very hard recently months. We came in to this place because it partnered with our Church which would donate their percentage for a good cause. It was win-win for both by doing this fund raising. You even smelled of the breads from this restaurant far away. We ordered a new special Cuban sandwich 18 inches and 8 inches roast beef sandwiches. These sandwiches were delicious and awesome. The tastes so riches in flavors , with freshly made. Services here were also fast and friendly, even going extra miles to recommend and help. This is the first time my hubby & I have tried Jimmy johns. We were in search of something different during a Hot California day. I seen the commercial for the summer Chicken wraps. I tried the Thai chicken wrap & asked for extra Tomato ( which Ivan did Not do, instead he added Extra Mayo) seriously.... We ate at home so didn't realize that till we sat to eat & looked at the receipt. That was annoying. Let me say that was the two stars worth. It was different & Good, Not GREAT But JUST Good. Unfortunately the tortilla wrap was much more than the actual filling ( Chicken & Veg/ Lettuce). How ever what I found Gross was the amount of dressing that dripped out the end as I bit through which was Not evenly spread through the wrap. Would I eat it again? Yes with less Mayo or dressing. Also ONE IMPORTANT fact, the Wrap IS SMALL ( length of a Napkin) . But Okay for me , a small eater. It was was $9.25 Second item was the Beach club at $8.25 which I would Never come back for. Unfortunately the size of sandwich is NOT for a Grown Man. Maybe two young kids can share. Price was decent but Again the Bread was much more of this sandwich ingredient than the chinsey amount of thinly sliced meat. So basically my hubby was eating a lot of Bread. The unwich had a sloppy lettuce wrapping that looked almost like a taco holding the contents of my "sandwich," the bacon... oh dear .... looked straight out of a cold pack - no crunch and super salty I tossed it out.... and the "avocado" spread...it's green and watery and appears to have come out of a bag. The guys here are great. They're super fast and they're efficient. This is literally the best sandwich shop I have ever stepped into. The sandwiches are good, my personal favorite is the #16, the Club Lulu. It consists of sliced turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Add salt and pepper to any sandwich and I promise you it changes the whole dynamic of the flavor. Though I am a huge fan of the french bread, I do also love the wheat. Their catch phrase is "subs so fast, you'll freak", and honestly the sandwiches are definitely done very fast. I highly recommend giving Jimmy John's a shot. read more

If you do want pickles they will be on the side for 1.29, not cheap I got the beach club with chips and a drink it was about $13.00 even. I am not really a sub fan but I couldn't resist the free sandwich samples they brought to my work for us to try. They gave us different sandwiches to try. Meats included ham, turkey and beef. They were made into a half palm size and nicely wrapped. Their menu is simple and they deliver for free. All the delivery personnel who have come to the office so far have always greeted us with a smile and are very friendly. The few times that my co-workers have ordered from them, the experiences have always been good. A good size sandwich, chips and drink combo is reasonably priced for anyones budget. The folks at JJ's slice their meats and veggies fresh everyday. Their meats are real and doesn't taste fake or cheap. The veggies are always crisp and never soggy. They use real Hellmann's mayo, real Grey Poupon, real olive oil and red wine vinegar. When you step inside one of their joints you are welcomed with a hello and and a smile. Everything on their menu is good. They even have something for the vegans out there too. Do I need to say any more? Give them a try! You will fall in love with JJ's after the first bite. Covid caused so many changes and this year we were unable to do a Christmas Luncheon for our staff. We decided to provide lunch but had to resort to individual packaged meals. We were able to place a large size order in a short period of time. Each box meal was customized, arrived on time and had everything we requested. Fast and efficient and clean. In addition the portions were a good size. Order was placed online and when we discovered we had it as pick up instead of Delivery the staff helped and corrected it for us. You lost a very loyal customer. I am deeply disappointed in this establishment. I ordered a pick-up from DoorDash. After about 20 minutes I was notified by the app that my food was ready. I walked across the parking lot to pick-up my food. The staff hadn't even started making my food. I asked the cashier what was the status of my order. She read my ticket and said they were making it now. As I moved to the pick-up area I noticed one of the crew members was wearing flip flops which is extremely unsanitary. Regardless I waited another 20 minutes for my food before getting upset. I was then notified that they did not have the ingredients to complete my order. (I only ordered 1 turkey sandwich...) I asked them why would they accept my online order if they did not have the ingredients to complete it. When you order for DoorDash the establishment has to accept it. Regardless they completely wasted my time but it gets WORSE! I told them because it was DoorDash they have to void it or I would be charged for cancelling/voiding if I did it on my end. They had a complete attitude and told me it would get handled later. I am a active duty service member in uniform. I work entirely too hard to have a problem with a sandwich shop. My first job was actually Jimmy Johns. So I know what they can and can't do first hand. It's not even about the money. It's about the lack of customer service, hospitality, and most important the TIME I WILL NEVER GET BACK. Not only will I not be eating there but no one else in my office will be ordering from this location. Your business could have not accepted the ordered.
