Ordered a #2 animal style burger, and fries,with a coke. Waited over 10 min after paying in the drive-through. Cashier "Samantha Ma" made multiple mistakes prior to my order and apologized accordingly. And when it came to me she forgot my drink, I kindly reminded her about my soda and she got irritated and stated " I didn't charge you for that, whatever and handed me a soda that had been sitting out for a while. First time trying In-N-Out as they are not on the East Coast. It was a drive thru area (no indoor dining) but there are a few outside patio tables for dining. No bathrooms. We placed our orders and was excited to try. I think its the Animal Sauce that makes it good. Other than that, it was a decent burger but nothing that amazing to rave other. My husband always go for the double and I go for the single. Best hamburger, and that crispy French fries, for the price! This particular store has been around a long time. I've seen so much change around it. But the quality of the food has maintained %. The staff always smiles and greets you nicely. The person taking orders in the drive-thru skipped our turn and took three orders before us--two of those cars were ahead of us, but one was behind. To keep traffic and orders running smoothly, they should take orders one-by-one from each of the two lines. Now we have to wait extra time for our order to be ready, which just creates more traffic. We were already by the pickup window, and our order wasn't taken until about 30 seconds beforehand. read more

I come here all the time for late-night dinners with my family. It's an extremely busy spot though, the drive-thru line is almost always out to the streets and is so busy it takes quite a long time to get through. The employees are always so friendly plus efficient at what they do. It's always a good experience here (other than the long waits!). read more

I've come to this location for many years, but today was a HUGE disappointment. I ordered a #1 and #2 with shakes. The #1 with grilled onions looked like a slider or a Big Mac with soggy Sally fries. #2Cheeseburger with no onions and had a tiny amount of lettuce. The meat was half of what used to be served on both sandwiches. Sorry, but they do not deserve the title of Cheeseburger. The cups for the shakes also have been downsized. Anthony Bourdain would be turning in his grave as to how disappointing In-N-Out has become. I hate to say this, but after all these years of this being my favorite and I'm 60 now. This is the last time because it's not worth the cost. I can make a much better burger at home with a THICK patty, not a sliver, a nice wedge of lettuce, a decent looking bun, and nice fries with the right amount of crunch. read more

Find a different In N Out this one takes FOREVER to serve. The whole time all they did was prioritize drive through & there was people all around saying "where's my food?" "I ordered a long time ago where's my food?!" I know this chain on restaurants usually takes a while especially in drive through but I started my lunch when I got there & I ended my lunch before I got my food. i love this in n out but honestly this interaction needed to be spoken about. the lady that gave me my food was in a very bad mood and gave me and my partner attitude. I understand people have their days , we then asked if we can have 5 spread and she continues to give us 3 so we wait and ask for 2 more and she scoffs and gets us two more.
