I just left the Wendy's in Norwalk on Imperial. After they tried to pass off a six piece chicken nuggets as a four piece chicken tenders in the drive thru. Parked and went in and then had to wait 30 minutes for the chicken tenders they were shady about in the first place. Left with the chicken tenders and found they had taken all the sauces out of the bag that were in there. Placed a simple order. Two Dave single cheeseburgers with ketchup only on the cheeseburgers. My bad for not checking my order, but I didn't think I had to open up the burger to see if it was correct. One cheeseburger had mayonnaise only on it and the second cheeseburger had everything on it. Not even close to how I ordered it and I don't know how that is even possible. My guess it was a language barrier because I noticed that some of the employees only spoke Spanish. I Called the store when I got home. No answer. Called about 20 times on my way to the store. Went for the Wednesday event at 8:00 pm hoping to enjoy the event and food but we were turned away along with many others. The website claimed that the event started at 10:00 am and ended at 10:00 pm but in reality it ended at 12:00 pm. Wendy's really needs to plan their events better considering that they spent so much time building the tunnel, and it would only last for one day. It looks cool from the outside but I'm not sure it's worth three hours of waiting time some people mentioned. They almost refused a make a wish kid btw. I really don't recommend going to Wendy's for any special events they're having. read more

The ranch isn't good here. I feel like the ranch isn't house-made. I understand this is a quick service restaurant but your sauce needs to be the boss. My Jr. bacon cheeseburger was decent. Surprised that there was lettuce and tomato. Bacon want too crispy. The patties were a tad dry. Fresh and hot fries. Crispy and fluffy. I'm 24 years old and I couldn't take it here and started smoking cigarettes again because of the incompetency of the workers and managers too. Yikes, don't expect to get fast service here because you'll find yourself waiting awhile before someone addresses you. I walk in for a pick up order, no one in line and two customers dining in. I greet the girl employee who is bagging stuff up and a guy with a headset on is slowly sweeping behind the counter. No response. They both continue doing what they're doing and go around the corner without saying a word -- no "we'll be right with you", nothing. Awhile later, another customer walks in and stands behind me. Another couple minutes pass and he asks me if I'd been helped at all and I tell him not yet, been standing here and the employees saw me but didn't say a word. He starts to speak louder to me so that the workers knew we were waiting there. Finally someone walks out to the front and the customer is like "hey we're here for a pick up order" and ask for the restroom key. The employee tells him to give him a second because they have a lot of orders... rightt... one star for the terrible customer service. read more

Came here today and ordered a ton of food via the online ordering. When you arrive you just park and click "I'm here" and go inside to pick up. The food was ready within minutes of me arriving and all of it was perfect and hot. I am always pleased at this Wendy's because they never mess up my order no matter how complicated it is. My two favorites are the spicy nuggets and the apple pecan salad which I highly recommend. I also recommend ordering online and skipping the massive drive thru line this location always has. read more

Just ordered from Wendy's in Norwalk. I ordered the so called biggie bag but it was anything but that. Sure the nuggets were tender but it lacked the sauce, it's nothing like the commercial, the hamburger was a kids hamburger compared to other fast food places very small but not was very tasty, fries were ok but there were lacking some seasoning. read more

However, upon arrival, they were closed for in person order and only open for drive through. The sign outside says they were closed at 10 pm and we checked their hours before coming. We got there at 8 pm but did not drive so we couldn't order from drive through. The workers saw us standing outside but ignored us. We then decided to place a phone order and wait at their mobile order parking for pick up. About 30 minutes came by and we never got our order. Wendy also never refunded us. Ordered food through doordash pickup, got to restaurant at pickup time and upon arrival my food was sitting on the counter ready and frostys were done upon arrival so that was a plus. Checked food before leaving and was missing spicy nuggets was given them but not without a well they are in there no ma'am they were not. This Wendy's is decent. I would give it 3.5 for the drive through. Sometimes the fries aren't great but usually the burgers are pretty good. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes they're friendly and keeps up a good pace, other times they're slow and a bit moody. I'll definitely be back. I've always enjoyed this Wendy's and eat from here often since I live nearby. Today I got a large chili to go when I was on my way to work. When I got to work I began eating it and on my 2nd bite in, I bit into something hard. I thought it was a dried onion or something and I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a glittery fake fingernail!! I was repulsed!! Ugh!!! I tried calling Wendy's several times today and nobody answered. At this point I don't even wanna deal with it because the more I think of it the more grossed out I get.
