And when you come for lunch, the aroma from their wood fired grill fills the air. 1 Star. Service - The staff is great. You place your order, get a number, and the food is delivered to you. On my visit, the one lone staffer was taking a long To Go order over the phone. The manager noticed and quickly came to take our order. This is great awareness and service! 1 Star. Food - I love coming here for lunch because of the grill. On this visit, I went with the beef kabobs and brussels sprouts with sweet chili sauce. First, the kabob was some of the most tender beef I've ever had. Is was soft, perfectly grilled, and paired well with the grilled bell peppers and onions. Never underestimate the depth of flavor from a wood fired grill. But the star of my dish was the brussels sprouts with sweet chili sauce. The tender brussels sprouts were great, but oh my that sweet chili sauce was incredible. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. While Kitchen 101 has a huge menu, the items I've ordered have been a hit.
