Highly do not recommend this location. I came in to simply place an order. I already knew what I wanted. I was ignored for over 20 minutes and was not greeted or told " we will be right with you... " meanwhile the workers worked on one Togo order and ignored everyone else too that was seated. No one had food at their tables. The workers there even made eye contact with me and still didn't greet me. They went to bust tables instead of serving! What in the helly?! Then I started to think maybe this is a contactless location and I should just help myself and go back there and cook my own damn food. During my duration here I did not receive any service at all and left hungry. Horrible way to manage a restaurant. I hope the manager reads this too. read more

The food was good (it's Denny's). The ambiance was not bad (it's Denny's). The person that waited on me was excellent. I didn't want a Slam or any of the other combinations on the menu. I asked if I could just say what I wanted - two eggs over medium, hash browns, pancakes and an English muffin . Took my order, brought me coffee and about 10 minutes later I had my dinner, cooked just as requested. It's been a good long while since I went to Denny's. So me and my friends went to this newly opened location not too far from my neighborhood. Right off the bat we got fast and friendly service despite the busy lunch rush. I myself ordered the Mac N Brisket Sizzlin' Skillet. While it took a bit long for the food to arrive, it was worth the wait and every bite. The food was hot and fresh. In short, Denny's as a company has not lost their touch. What a horrible experience! I arrived to place an order for take out. Upon entering, I asked for a menu and waited for the front counter attendant to finish with her customers. She was scrolling through her phone, I asked if I could order through her, she said, "Sure" without looking up. She finally looked up and took my order. I waited 45 minutes - 1 hour until my food finally came out. The waitress who brought my food apologized for the wait. I told her no problem and wished her a good day, to which she said, "I am trying my best, but not looking good." I went a head and left the building. I live about 5 minutes from this Denny's. When I got home, my food was already cold and to top it all off, my order was wrong. I was so frustrated and not wanting to drive back (on Christmas Day), I didn't bother requesting a correction. 10 minutes after eating, both myself and my wife, were sick to our stomachs, with my wife actually throwing up everything. Well the staff was nice, and the restaurant was well kept up. Thought I tried to order two different things and they were out of those items ... no salad and no chicken... So I ended up just getting a side of fries while my friends ended up with full meals. We'll give them another shot down the line but hopefully we will be able to catch them another time when the supply issues are better for them. read more

I walked and was immediately seated with coffee within a minute of sitting down. I ordered an omelets I can't remember the name but it was so delicious. It had mushrooms, cheese, and of course eggs. The food was great and the atmosphere outstanding. The Manager on Duty was a young Hispanic Male. I can't remember his name, but I remember the wonderful service. He had a short staff but he did not let that get in the way of a Great Grand Slam! I recommend this location to you for Family Dinners, late-night business meetings, or a great place to have breakfast after Church or a concert. I go in late Sunday night. Slow.. which mates sense. I sit down by myself (party of 1) ask for a glass of water (which took 15mins) then after waiting and hearing they were out of gravy which was a bummer planned on ordering country fried steak and eggs so I switched my order to mozzarella sticks (which they also didn't have) I walked out. Here's what happened. I ordered my food online and even ordered dessert. I arrived at the pickup time. Guy put my entree in the bag and handed it to me. I told him I had ordered fruit. While he was getting the fruit I told him that I ordered apple crisp. He said it'll be a moment. He then searched the refrigerator for apple crisp. The cook then went to get the apple crisp and put it in the oven. I waited 45 minutes for the apple crisp to finish baking, had already eaten my "to go" food, but while waiting I observed the host eat food and serve himself beverages. A customer requested a milkshake, so without washing his hands from eating he got the blender cup barely rinsing it and a dirty spoon barely rinsing it. In my view the ware was dirty but he made the milkshake. After seeing all that I lost my appetite for the apple crisp. I requested a refund for it. He said he couldn't refund me. I asked for a Manager. He gave me the Manager's telephone number. Next day I called the manager and explained to him what happened. He told me to text him the receipt. I text him a copy of the receipt. A week later no refund. I paid for something I didn't want and refused to receive. read more
