We waited at the hostess stand for at least 3 minutes before any staff came out of the back kitchen to help us, just to tell us we could sit anywhere. No menus were brought to us, so we went back to the hostess stand to get our own menus. After another 5 minute wait our server asked us if we were ready for drinks and of course we placed our order then. One entree came out before the appetizers, it was just a cluster of food coming out at different times. The two servers were not attentive to any of the customers on our side of the room. We wanted ketchup for our fries, but we ate most of them before we could even ask. When we were obviously done eating our food for over 10 minutes a different server asked us if we needed anything and we asked for a box and check, which she brought out quickly.
