1/2023 - I ordered the Chicago stuffed pizza for a Saturday's dinner and that was the best pizza we have had in a long time, even with me going to Papa Murphy's for previous pizzas. I guess this one was better then the rest because I went out doing out "Atmospheric weather" to get it. The Chicago pizza had a variety of Papa Murphy fresh meats & vegetables. My granddaughter said it looked like a lasagna coming out of the oven piping hot!!! It was cheesy and what I liked were the green onions. The juice or oils that come from the meats and veggies gives it its taste where it's not dry. I always bought the Chicago stuffed pizza when my boys were teenagers that way I didn't have to worry about them being hungry and raiding the refrigerator for something. I never stopped going to Papa Murphy's even when I lived by myself, I just bought smaller ones. I have now moved closer to my family and I have two grandsons & a granddaughter I will pick up the tradition again. read more

When Papa Murphys first opened they had a good product at a fair price. They have since reduced their quality and portions and raised their prices dramatically. They have done away with their pan style which was the best option and have came up with a costly crustless glob that is served in a 4" x 8 "carriage for around $20.00. We came here on a Thursday night , the salad bar was nice , the lettuce was fresh , the salad bar was clean. The water was fresh - it didn't taste like tap water . I think the lady who was runs the place shows great customer service ! She showed up and brought us dressing without having to ask for the pizza .the pizza was cooked to perfection , the crust was nice and crunchy and not hard or gooey and my husband enjoyed the honey wings . read more

My husband and I purchased a large pizza last night from this location. Food was good, but there was a Middle-Eastern man who was working there and he was extremely rude. I heard him talking bad about one of the previous customers and it made me super uncomfortable. He also wasn't friendly and it rubbed me the wrong way. I literally busted a fat nut after eating their Hoggiest of heaven pizza. Their pizza is so good I promise, nay, I guarantee that you will spread your cheeks for a chance to taste their cheesy wheels of pure ecstasy. Hey. Picked up 3 pizzas on Saturday eve. Was Greeted by all 3 workers. Service was GREAT. Kayla was fast, yet took the time to chat, and she was also hilarious. She is good for business, was enjoying her work, AND had a marvelous personality. All three workers (Including Robert and Brandon) were on top of their jobs, yet all were positive about their work. We have been getting pizza's from Papa Murphy's since they opened. There have been some mistakes over the years but today's was the most frustrating. My husband ordered a Cowboy with white sauce and a pepperoni with pineapple with red sauce. They switched the sauces on the pizza's and when I called back they appoligized and had my husband drive 10 miles back with the pizza's to get the right ones. I found it interesting they wanted the ones they made back although we would not have eaten them. Those cannot be sold again and the wrapping on one of the pizza's was open. Nothing else was offered. I wouldn't be upset if they had offered a free pizza the next time we came in. That would be logical. Poor customer service. read more

Picked up our garlic chicken pizza and got home. No chicken on it! When I called them they said that they ran out of chicken. I told them they should have notified me. They said they would refund our money to our bank card but I never got the refund. Disappointing. read more

If you have a beard, PLEASE wear a hair net. No problem with facial hair, but it's absolutely repulsive to watch you handle my food without consideration. Why even put the gloves on at that point. Very unprofessional swearing to and in-front of costumers. Delayed order taking time almost considered ignoring customers before taking their order. It wasn't busy whatsoever so there was no reason to ignore and delay getting our order taken. Store was dirty in the dining room and the backroom (dough on the floor). read more

First time I've faced HORRIBLE customer service. No name tag. I asked her name, she replied Kayla. I had placed my order online in the morning. Went to pick up at 5:15. I was told she just sold the last of what I ordered. Pointed at a different item - said take that. I said, I didn't want that item. (If I wanted that, I would've ordered that). The man ringing me up, says... I'll make you another.... of the item I had ordered. Kayla says, no you won't. We don't have time for that.... She was rude. Snarky. She again pointed and says. Remembered they had a tuesday special 10.00 any pizza or 12.00 family size it. I ordered online and sent hubby in store to pick it up. Also bought a cinnamon ring and cookie dough. The pizza was a custom made stuffed pizza. I used garlic white sauce chicken ..bacon..pep for meat..mixed onions. Tomatoes and also sundries tomatoes. The garlic herb sprinkle and reg cheeses. We frequent here a lot now that we live in Galt. We've had nothing but good experiences. The customer service is good and they prepare the food quickly. I also like that they have a gluten free crust so I can enjoy pizza, although its not strictly paleo its still better than nothing. read more

Good pizza, friendly staff, fresh ingredients. Piss is very consistent, always has the same amount of toppings. You always know what you'll get! Sauce is consistently too much, so we always ask for light sauce and it's perfect. Love their gourmet veggie add olives and their new chipotle chicken is really good too! read more

Probably the best and most consistent Papa Murphy's I've been to. I come here every couple weeks and I have never had a bad experience. I bake and BBQ these pizzas and they always turn out great. I have never had a problem with the employees, on the contrary I think they have been very friendly and helpful. Once in a while the owner is there and she ALWAYS asks me if everything is ok. This place consistently assembles some of the best pizza to take home and bake yourself that my family and I have ever eaten, and they do it with smiles and enthusiasm. Our favorite is the family size chicken, bacon, artichoke heart, spinach with white garlic sauce on the De-Lite crust. Simple ingredients to which we add freshly chopped tomatoes. The same pizza is also available in a stuffed version if you're ravenously hungry- it's basically one on top of the other and puffs up like a calzone. Pizza always tastes good, but the staff are not professional, and very unknowledgable in their work - not too helpful. Got my last pizza I purchased home, and there was a long black hair on the pizza. We called consern ing the problem and they asked if the manager could call us back, so we shared our next day availability with them. And, their response was "we will be pretty busy tomorrow, can we call back at a different date?" They were just very unprofessional, and did not want to address the problem. read more

We ordered a large chicken bacon artichoke pizza on a regular crust. When my husband went to pick it up it was a family size. They gave him the family pizza for the price of a large which was fine. When he got home it was on the thin crust. So I called and they said well I gave it to him for the price of a large. The point was that it was on a thin crust after 2 tries. read more

I love Papa Murphys delight pizza (especially the Mediterranian). This store is close and convenient. However, they always seem to mess up my order. I've been missing artichokes on the gourmet veggie, no sauce when asked for extra, ordered a half meat/half veggie and it was more like 1/3 meat and 1/2 veggie. When I asked where the rest of the toppings were, I got major attitude. Once they gave me the wrong pizza altogether and when I called, the mgr gave me the third degree. Of course I brought the pizza back and she examined it carefully to verify I wasn't lying before correcting the mistake, without any apology. If there is another convenient PM near work, hit that one up before you get to Galt. read more

When I came in I was having a rather bad day. The service I received was what flipped my day around. They were fast, friendly, and I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! I enjoy Papa Murphy's pizza and order it almost weekly. What I don't understand is WHY they would separate the artichokes they put on the pizza. All you end up with is hard leaves. Why would you offer a Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pizza if you don't want to put the whole piece of artichoke on it? That is no different then only using Chicken Skin or the fat of the bacon. We pay for it, we should get something other then the leaves. If they are so worried about the cost of the artichoke, raise the price of the pizza or name it a chicken bacon pizza. I guess I will have to stop in Lodi and pick up my pizza from now on. read more

We are frequent Papa Murphy's customers. Lately we have noticed that the pepperoni is sliced very thin, once it is baked the sIces are crisp and a lot of the flavor is lost. Please consider going back to a thicker sliced product, even if that means fewer slices. Thank you Ann and Jerry C read more
