I have been here 5 times. Every time has been great, the last 3 times have been PERFECT! I only do pick up, and I usually go between 8 pm and 10 pm. The staff are all polite! Whoever is making the pizza goes above and beyond if you tell them exactly how you want it. In my case, I like my pizza really well done, and they always get it right! I tried to place an order online, but for some reason, the online wasn't working for this particular store. I then had to call and they were able to place the order for me. They offered me the special which was a two large 2 toppings for $21.95. It was a good deal overall because their pizzas are pretty good. The reviews are low here but not sure why. We had a great experience. We ordered the special on a Tuesday 2 mediums- was pepperoni and sausage then pepperoni and chicken. The pizza was ready on time, was hot and fresh and perfect with the garlic crust. The service was nice as the staff were friendly and the ambiance is normal pizza place. I have never tried Dominoes before and decided to give it a go. I ordered online and I have to say it's one of the best food ordering webpage I used. I order the 10" meatzilla. When I got to the location the place was empty. It's not your typical pizzas parlor layout but it was very clean. There was one young lady making pizzas. She greeted me and said to check the monitor to see the progress of my order. Just a couple of minutes later my order was ready. Pizza itself? During this pandemic and period of sheltering at home we wanted to continue to support our local businesses. I have not had Domino's in many years and from what I remember it was about a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. But, on March 21st we wanted pizza and also decided to try something new. I saw that Domino's had a 50% off pizza special going on and very reluctantly I ordered 3 pizzas and 4 salads online (order #094526). As everyone is home, we are a city away from their location and it was a Saturday night, I expected a very long wait for a delivery. Not 40 minutes later the Domino's delivery woman was at our door! I was very impressed with the speed that they got dinner to us, but would it still taste like cardboard? I opened the boxes and was very pleasantly surprised. The pizzas actually looked very tasty...One cheese, one pepperoni/olive and one sausage. The salads also looked fresh and good. The only issue I would have with their menu is they don't tell you the size of the salads so I really had no idea what I was ordering. They came in little plastic bowls with the ingredients in a tray on top similar to what you would buy in the store as a one serving salad. It would be nice if they would have a family size or at least point out online that these are small salads that serve one or maybe two people. Anyway... I have to say that surprisingly Domino's rivaled our favorite local pizza restaurant. The ingredients tasted very fresh and the crust was wonderful; nothing like my experience of many, many years ago. I was so impressed that the next morning I went online to leave a yelp review, but looking at my receipt I realized I was not credited with 50% off on the pizzas. I called the store. Because people are working from home now and not always readily available it took several days for a manager to call me back, but he apologized and credited me immediately for the overcharge. Remember when Domino's was so bad that the homeless wouldn't even it? So bad that the cardboard the pizza came in tasted better? So bad that I haven't ate there in over twenty years? Well, my son wanted it after his friends told him it was good. I was like, "What ev', if you want that stomach ache, I'll get it." So I downloaded the app and was immediately impressed with it. Dude, I've tried other big and we'll known pizza joints and they all suck at the app thing. Someone at Domino's actually must have used the app in development because I could do things like add extra pizza sauce. Ya, are you paying attention, Round Table?! I could also remove items and add others with such simple ease that I felt like I was playing a game. Adding it to the cart and grabbing other pies was super easy. Checkout supported a plethora of payment options that I actually smiled. I opted for Apple Pay and up came my confirmation. Then something amazing happened, it displayed up to the minute status of the pizza. I "saw" it being prepared, thrown in the oven, and boxed and ready for pickup. Sure enough when I pulled in a few minutes later, there it was waiting for me. This all happened in like 10 minutes! When I got home, the kids dug in. I tried a peace of the pepperoni and - dang! - it was tasty! The Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch was freakin awesome. The only one that was alright was its combo ExtravaganZZa and honestly it wasn't bad. Overall, the pizzas were good to amazing. The price was basically the same as what I would pay at Papa Murphy's but fully cooked and the app, well the app I think is the best part. Domino's has redeemed itself with good tasting pizza and hit it out of the ball park with the app. I WILL be returning to my local as well as other Domino's in the future. Thankfully this isn't the Domino's of years ago- they have really stepped up their game. With Covid19 & the new "shelter in place" that is our new normal, Domino's has made it quick & easy to get a delicious meal- delivered piping hot to our door. This is the worst pizza I've ever had!! I'm 65-years young, and haven't bought a Domino's pizza in over 30-years, due to poor quality. I decided to give them another chance since it is a different location and many years have past. OMGoodness...what a huge mistake that was!!! Some reasons: - size - crust appeared to be that of a small size pizza which they stretched as far as they could to call it a large - scant toppings - crust, though extremely thin, was soggy when we picked it up from the box - they advertise "$5.99, $6.99, and $7:99, then charged us 17.99 for a nothing "custom or special" pizza - told us they couldn't make it a "1/2 and 1/2" pizza ...THOSE are just SOME of the issues! - read more

If I was able to give 0 starts I would. We ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and pasta and it arrived in a timely fashion. The order was completely wrong and when we called to let them know they completely messed up our order we were met with nothing but attitude and were told "they couldn't find record of our order" even when we told them the number multiple times and gave them the name of the delivery driver. We were told "well, I don't know..." when I asked to speak with the manager Joshua he was cutting me off before I was able to let him know what was going on and told me he would just remake the pizza- how is he going to remake the pizza if he can't find my order? I told him I would like a refund at this point due to the sheer rude behavior- he again cut me off and told me it would be refunded in 48-72 hours and hung up-He told us he is the general manager and when we called back to make sure he was able to refund the card that made the order (because they couldn't find the order initially) he let us know he was trying to get off the phone because he was on lunch- which frankly is not an excuse to be rude to paying customers. Went in about 2 weeks ago to pick up an order I placed over the phone. It took the employee over the phone a while to get my order down as she kept wanting to verify she had it correctly. I thought, "that's fine by me" because I don't live near the city and would have to drive into town I had no problem with it even if she had difficulty writing it all down. Once I get there I ask for my orders and was given my 3 boxes. I quickly check inside to make sure my order is correct (since I live no where near the city of Galt) and the first pizza is made incorrectly so I let her know it's wrong to which she puffs and takes the box, I check the second box to find I did not get wings as I had ordered and same with my other box and I let her know again, my order is wrong to which I push these boxes back to her and she says "okay great so they are all wrong" and she slams them on the counter. I tell her maybe the person over the phone got my order wrong to which she replies it was her who was on the phone and she did not get it wrong but that she would change my order anyway. She tells me to wait about 20 min the whole time giving me a very bad attitude. I had been feeling under the weather a few weeks back so I chose not to bring this up to a manager but she was very rude and had a terrible attitude and there was no need to slam those boxes my direction. They're always fast on delivery, I've never had an issue with my orders. The driver's are always friendly and courteous. I find it funny in one of the reviews someone complained about the parking which isn't their fault because they didn't design how the shopping center parking lot was to be set up. Since I live down the street I frequently order from this Dominos and I can honestly say I've never had a problem. Orders are always timely, the food is always good, the drivers are friendly and most of all they are economical but quality. I have ordered from this dominos many times because its quick,easy and very affordable but i will never order from there again. Last night i made an order and when it got here 3 out of 4 items had the wrong sauce. I called and they said they would fix it. I ordered 2 pizzas, a stuffed cheese bread and a bread bowl pasta. When they arrived the second time they brought 2 bread bowl no pizzas. I refused the new items and the driver said ok we ill be back. I called a second time and was told by the manager Josh they made my order correct. I informed him of my order and he said well we can credit you for a later date but that they are to busy to fix my order. Thats not what i wanted and I did not agree so he said he would just refund my money which doesnt feed my family because by now its already to late to order something else. I went down to the store to ask for it to be made and was met with a locked door. He told me to go away and have a nice night and that the police were called. I waited outside for the police they didnt show up but Josh the manager came out screaming at me across the parking lot he has the right to refuse service and i must be a libtard.
