When round table Pizza starts charging $40 for a large combination that's when it's time to jump off the corporate bus and start ordering pizza from local pizzerias. The owners should be ashamed charging this amount of money for breaded cheese. read more

I don't believe the reviews I read were accurate. My experience is the restaurant is clean. I drove from Lodi to Galt for the excellent salad bar and excellent price for an individual salad to go with the pizza I picked up. I really enjoyed the food and will drive to Galt rather than go to the salad bar in my town (not Round Table, Lodi.) The staff were professional, clean and happy hear how much I appreciated their food. read more

Great food and great customer service! There's also a party room and games for the kids. Very family friendly environment!

So today I went here for lunch. I ordered a personal cheese pizza with olives along with six garlic Parmesan twists and a fountain drink all because I have not been to a Round Table in quite a few years mostly after all, the company started selling off individual locations and unfortunately, many new owners don't know anything about the pizza industry. They make a lot of unnecessary changes and they run the restaurants into the ground, but this had nothing to do with that. As I was sitting there after I had finished my lunch, I would say it was around 2 o'clock in the afternoon I had just come back to my table from getting a refill when I sat down, and I realize that there was a cockroach sitting on my table directly in front of me clearly not worried about me and unfortunately, I wasn't able to kill it I tried to take out my phone and get a picture, but I wasn't able to as it ran away which was unfortunate. For my lunch, I paid about $26 so I went up and asked for the manager. I believe it was the assistant manager. I spoke to she was very nice very apologetic and I just explained to them that they should do everything they can to keep the restaurant as clean as possible as it was very dirty when I went in there I believe mostly because the lunch rush just ended along with the buffet. They're probably shortstaffed so a lot of cleaning wasn't getting done, but either way she explained to me that unfortunately it probably came in from outside, which is as the area around the businesses very un unclean the front of the store where I parked smelled heavily of urine probably from homeless people which is another unfortunate situation We spoke for a short time she did offer me a refund. I told her it wasn't what I was asking for, but I did take it anyway just because it's kind of gross. I do believe that this company needs to take care of this. I do believe that if the health department went in there, I'm sure that they would find much more than what I just saw and hopefully either the owner or the corporation would do everything they could to remedy this problem as I don't think any, customer should have to experience bugs on their table while they're eating. As far as the customer service goes, I would say they have pretty good customer service. The quality of the food was just basic Round Table which growing up was always my favorite. After many years of a lot of terrible experiences. They have fallen by the wayside again Inside this restaurant was extremely dirty and then of course cockroaches at your table is nothing that you ever want to experience. The bathroom smelled horribly like urine covered in graffiti and it looks like no one ever cleans it so I do believe a lot of this falls on the restaurant manager probably just not following protocols making sure the employees are cleaning. I believe everybody should take pride in the business that they work at, but unfortunately, this is another location that is just falling short in many areas hopefully they can get it under control, but I definitely would never return to this location and to be completely honest I don't think anyone else should ever order from this location ever again. read more

I would give this place a no star review. Me and my family went in and spent around $120 on 01/02/2025 . Slow service add the fact that we were the only ones there. We waiting longer for a beer of pitcher that never came, the lady upfront was dazing off not doing nothing behind the cash register and when I told her that we hadn't received the pitcher she said she was too busy that she forgot . I asked for money back for the pitcher and walked out of there. Never again supporting business like this read more

Ok, first let me say, I get it, it's Round Table. I've been eating at this location for quite sometime now. It was never 5 Stars but hey it used to be pretty good. The lunch buffet (before Covid) was good and it was reasonably priced. Like all eating establishments Covid did a lot of damage. I continued to visit during the pandemic and it was still good, even the staff was always friendly and helpful. I dropped by today for the lunch special, which consists of a personal size pizza with 4 toppings and a drink, all for under $10! Try that anywhere else. The service was friendly and fast. The pizza was very well made and tasted great. What more could you ask for? Well, the place could use a a good cleaning and an update. It's showing it's age and needs a good scrubbing. Other than that, I will continue to give them my business. read more

Recently I went to round table to get a personal pizza and had John B as my server. It was spectacular service, he made sure my order was exactly as I wanted it, asked how crunchy I liked my crust and if he could do anything to make it more to my liking, and was really attentive to my needs. He really added to the environment and had a chill vibe. 10/10 service and the pizza was great. read more

Been coming to the Galt Roundtable for over 25 years- they are that good. We've tried the other places, and yes they were ok, but they didn't have the whole package of fantastic pizza, friendly service and great seating for dining in when we wanted to dine out. The order is taken with care, your pizza is made as ordered. Love this little pizza joint- always clean & plenty of seating. read more

The service- Although we entered the forced and guilted pre-tip where you give a tip when you pay (you don't want to not tip when people are handling your food behind walls) the young woman came out and dropped the pizza on our table so unlovingly it shook the table, dropped off a handful of Parmesan and red pepper packets on the table and was gone. Usually we are asked if we need ranch or anything. We usually leave another 5 dollar bill on the table. Maybe it isn't her fault and she's overwhelmed or unhappy working there because of management but who knows. As far as Round Table themselves the pizza didn't have that great taste that they've always had, that's pretty much always been on par with Mountain Mikes. How can a medium pizza with extra cheese not be good? With the pre tip and taxes we were already close to 40 dollars in, without drinks. To add to what Round Table is doing there is no more real plates, Parmesan or red pepper shakers on the tables. It was like we ordered to go and definitely didn't feel like we went out for lunch. We were starving so we choked it down. It was about as good as Little Caesars but a bit depressing because Round Table is no longer "One of the last Honest Pizzas". Edit*** Please take note that management only interacts with 5 star reviews and ignores all of the unaddressed problems people are concerned about. read more

Went in today with my family today for the first time and the cashier in the front had the worst attitude ever. She was rude from the start, answering questions as if she was forced to, and even forgot to bring out our paid pitcher of beer. We asked for a refund and she claimed she was "busy" but yet 5 minutes before was just walking around the restaurant AFTER we had asked her for our pitcher for the second time. I rarely do any reviews on here but that lady needs to have better training in customer service ASAP! read more

2 medium pizzas (one was 1/2 & 1/2), with extra cheese, priced online at under $10 ea. and $1.25 ea. for extra cheese, came to $69.30. With a small $6.00 delivery fee, we paid $75.30! THEN...had to wait 1-hr for delivery! We should have gone to Red Lobster! read more

Ordered a pizza from this location about a half hour before close, and was HIGHLY SATISFIED. the pizza was a pan kind Arthur supreme, and it was perfect, and for some garlic twist and boneless wings on the side that were very good!! The pricing was a bit high, but I don't mind in the end because we got great food and safe clean service! The girls working were very friendly and I could tell they were taking the procedures to make sure the business was clean and complaint with Covid restrictions! read more

Love this round table location. Staff is so polite on the phone and when you come in. We had an issue in the past with our pizza missing the chicken, and they were nice enough to send us a coupon for another pizza, for next time. We also order from here for our employee meetings or just to feed them on busy days, and the food is always delivered on time, with extra sides. read more

I am here from out of town working and decided to door dash some lunch from round table. First i tried ordering online which for some reason wouldnt go through but i was un sure so i called the store to see if they recieved an online order. The boy that answered the phone couldnt have been any more rude!!! He was being such a jerk for no reason at all . Huffing and puffing after every question i asked him. After calling back and ordering someone else when i got my order it wasnt even correct so again i had to call and of course the little jerk answered the phone and told me i could go pick up my salad because he wasnt going to send it back out again. I told him i wanted a refund so that pissed him off and again with the huffing and puffing. I cant even imagine ever being that rude to anyone but especially a customer. What a jerk and because of that experience i wont be telling anyone to eat here because of the customer service ! read more

Just walked in at noon on a Sunday. Three people in back, othewise completely devoid of humans. Now i know why. Not one person even acknowledged I was standing there. They door buzzer sounded, so I know they know someone walked in. Completely ignored me for the entire 5 minutes I stood there. Guess I'll go to your competitor, Stratton's right down the road. From now on. There pizza is better and they have much better customer service. To be fair, any service would be better than what I got today at your store. Unless it's Monday and your L and XL pizzas are half price after 5p. Then I might come back. Maybe. Really Just wanted everyone to know that little tidbit you don't advertise so they can take advantage of that price, because your pizza is way too expensive. Buh-bye. read more

The own of this roundtable needs to fire everyone that worked on Sunday 1/9/22 at 3pm I ordered a med pizza, bread sticks, pitcher of beer and a small salad the total came to 68 dollars and some change the phone must have rang 15 times all the employee's just let it ring noone answering call everyone is just talking to one another I had to finally go up after 40 minutes ask for my food ended up yelling at the poeple in the back kitchen to give me my food God knows we're there cashier went to finally someone comes out from the kitchen area gives me my pizza and is barley warm at that point what a joke I will never come back to this roundtable again and I will make sure all the poeple I know I will tell to go to somewhere else unless you want cold pizza and shit service read more

Went there tonight, ordered a large pizza and 12 sticks. After watching other family's that ordered after me keep getting their food, I asked where's my order. Their response, they gave it to someone else, told me sorry and to wait another 30 minutes and they would redo my order. Said no thank you got a refund and left. Manager could really care less about them giving my food to another customer. I don't recommend this Round Table in Galt read more

So $25 (including tax) for a medium pizza is a bit ridiculous. But I ordered the original crust Montague's All Meat Marvel, which was pretty tasty but very light meat. More like Montagues all crust and cheese with some meat pizza. It was tasty but again, not much meat. And for the price it's ridiculous, honestly. The photo of the show of the Montague's All Meat Marvel is loaded with different meats. And I've had this pizza at other Round Tables and it has been loaded but not in Galt, CA. read more

It's about taste right? I often find myself coming back here for the lunch, but avoid coming at lunch time on days of the flea market (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) it can get packed. This location has a really great rewards program though something called "Five Stars" you can also download an app to track your rewards progress, at-least once a month I receive a free lunch and/or dinner buffet. My favorite pizza has to be the King Arthur's Supreme but it is EXPENSIVE which is why I like to have my fill when its all you can eat during lunch (or dinner when they have it typically on Tuesday evenings) I have never had bad service here , it just can get busy sometimes, I would really love if the owner did a nice modern refresh/re-design on the interior as it has not changed in the 20+ years I have lived here. This is a nice big location so it is great for groups and large gatherings , always make sure to check online for coupons its very simple and there is always something available somewhere. Best little pizza place ever! The quality is always top notch, the crew is always so nice!

Very courteous Staff and Management. Seems like a local favorite or maybe just the night we stopped in.

Fast service, very friendly staff. Always fast delivery too. The best round table I've had ever.

I am currently sitting at this round table, after waiting an hour for my pizza, and then receiving the wrong pizza. You know, round table pizza is good, though a little pricey. But this location is just awful. They said 15 minutes, and at an hour I went up to the cash register to check on my pizza, to find it sitting under the heat lamp. I asked if I could grab it, and the cashier reluctantly agreed to let me have the pizza that I paid $30 for. Then, wrong toppings. She said "sorry about that" and turned away. I asked for either a refund or the correct pizza, and she reluctantly agreed to make a new pizza. Hopefully it won't take another hour, but honestly I will be surprised if it comes out at all. Come on, galt, get it together. I'm tired of driving to elk grove for pizza. Avoid this round table, unless you have money to burn, a few hours to kill, and feel like testing your patience. read more

New review. After 6 years I tried this round table again. This time I needed a gluten free pizza and wasn't sure how it would be. I have to say. It was the BEST TASTING GF pizza. I have ever had. The crust was so good. I questioned if it was actually GF. The employee was nice and the food came out quick. My order and my husbands order was correct too. I'm giving 4 stars since food was good. But this restaurant is OLD and run down. read more

The absolute worst pizza joint I've ever been too! We waited for over an hour for 2 pizzas and a breadstick. The place was fairly empty and a complete disaster inside. The salad bar had lettuce frozen to the bottom of the container and when it was brought to their attention they just poured more lettuce on top of it! After waiting forever we decided to tell them we wanted the food to go. Got home and the breadsticks are raw and our thin crust was completed cold and soggy! Save yourself the time and money just go to little cesars down the street! read more

This is our third time ordering and every time there is an issue. The last time we ordered we waited an hour and a half then called and apparently they forgot about us! Today we ordered a "heart shaped pizza" which looks nothing like a heart and looks like its missing pieces. No napkins, no plates even though I specifically asked. Will not be going back! read more

We have tried pizza from literally every place in Galt. Not that other pizza parlors are not good-but they just arent as good as Round Table. The manager told me one time that every pizza place orders their ingredients from Saladinos including round table. However round tables crusts and sauces are exclusive to them and patented. Maybe that is what sets them apart. You may pay a bit more but if u join the rewards program - really great coupons! I like the staff they always treat us well. I would give 5 stars but i agree that their interior is in dire need of a facelift. read more

Was looking forward to dinner out with family. Yet, another reminder why we stopped going to, and will not return to Round Table in town. Ordered 2 pizzas, salad bar and drinks for 4. 25 min. later pepperoni pizza comes out. 10 min. later the other pizza has yet to come out. Go up and ask about missing pizza as 1st pizza has already been eaten, and those who were waiting for 2nd would have liked to had dinner with rest of family. 2nd pizza seems to have been forgotten about, said it will be out soon. Few min. later, notice that a family that came in and ordered after us, have already received their pizzas. Go back up, they said it will be another 7 min. or so. 15 min. later, still no pizza. Go back and request refund. Guy at front counter very apologetic, and super nice. It doesn't appear to be his fault. BUT, rest of family still needs to have dinner. Son, sends online order while sitting in Round Table, to pick up pizza at Mountain Mike's for less than 20 min. later. Disappointed. VERY disappointed. read more

Yesterday I order 3 pizzas to be delivered to my home. I really wanted them to get here in time so that my grandson could eat before he went to work. I ordered on line and requested that the food be delivered as close to 3 p.m. as possible not having any idea if that would happen, just hoping. Well the very nice young man showed up at the door with my order, I knew it was close to 3 but hadn't checked the clock. I told him that he'd done a great job knowing it was close to 3. He told me that he had tried really hard and had a lot of deliveries, I thanked him (had already included a tip), carried the pizzas in, set them down and looked at my watch just out of curiosity, and it was exactly 3 p.m.! Good job, oh and the pizza was good also! read more

"The last honest pizza". What a load of B.S. I've seen more toppings on a Little Ceasers pizza! Should be "the LEAST honest pizza" MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS to have the owner/manager contact me. I was marveled alright, at how little toppings were on this pizza! A $20 pizza shouldn't look like a $5 pizza. If you love pizza and you're willing to call Galt's version of Round Table acceptable, we need to talk. Go to Lodi....go to Elk Grove....but don't waste your money at the Galt one.
