BEWARE Worst round table we've ever gone to by far!!! We are finally done giving this crap shack any more of our business. This place is a joke, they're super skimpy on the toppings . I don't understand why other Round table restaurants have good pizza, but this one has been consistently bad every time we've been there. It's pretty bad when The Pizza Guys and Papa Murphy's make a better pizza than Round Table, and their customer service is EXTREMELY PATHETIC!!! Never ever again...... read more

I arrived at 11:08am 8 minutes after the place had opened and left at 11:45, when I purchased my buffet there was one pizza in the buffet pizza area and when I left at 11:45 zero pizzas had been added to the pizza buffet area. Who opens a buffet with one pizza and expects to have a buffet with one pizza for the first 45 minutes of a pizza buffet? read more

I called tonight to order a pizza to go I was asked to wait while I was waiting to order I was hung up on. So I ordered from another pizza parlor. read more

The service here is usually good, food is great, I really liked coming here. I gave one star becuase I came here this weekend and the management/employers are awful. I was sitting right up front and some girl started screaming and cussing at another employee right into the dining room! it was unbelievable I couldn't believe what I was seeing/hearing. If my kid was with me I would be calling the store owner right now! This obviously shows poor management to let an employee act that way. I really hope she isn't a manager there talking to her staff like that, I would quit immediately. I didn't get to see the girl who was yelling or I would complain about her to the store, she was yelling some blonde girl who was bringing the food out to us. Will not be coming back to this "family restaurant" with staff like this! read more

Very Disappointed today. I have to work tonight so i PRE ORDERED a pizza for 530pm. I was school picking up kids when i got a call saying pizza is at my door. Delivery guys says sorry we will re deliver at 530... I called store and they seemed confused, an i made sure i get a fresh pizza read more

Wow!! I don't even know what to say. I order pizzas, it's Friday so it's going to be longer than usual, no problem. 30 minutes pass, we ask if our pizza is ready. "We're on 74, your number is 84. About ten more minutes". Eye roll by me and walk out. Ten minutes later... "is our pizza done?" "Let me check, sorry, I don't have a number 84" "WTH, says me. I want my money back" I get my money back with zero offerings of coupons or free breadsticks. Literally nothing!! ZILCH! Zero customer service at this place and a bunch of idiots that work there. Every person in there acted like it was an everyday thing. DONT EAT HERE, EVER!! read more

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Whether I dine in or pick up the food is always consistently good and the service is perfect!!

Good food as always but went Tuesday for the lunch buffet and was greatly disappointed by the front girls attitude and lack of food. One pizza for half an hour no garlic twists and it wasn't insane busy just a couple small groups of ppl. Won't be coming back! read more

Today I ordered a pizza from Elizabeth C. and we weren't satisfied with what we ordered. She accused us of waiting too long and that's why the pizza was dissatisfying. When I called to let them know we were treated most rudely and disrespectfully ad customers. We were told we need it to bring back 20% of the pizza in order for them to remake the pizza or refund our money. I have never been so appalled! I told her we were in the middle of feeding children lunch and I guess I will have to rip the pizza off of their plates to bring them their 20% When I went back to the restaurant she had the unmitigated nerve to smirk and laugh in my face as if something were funny. I told her I don't know what is so funny to her but you don't treat customers in this manner. Spending $40 on pizza and being dissatisfied is no laughing matter. This is not the 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd time or order was wrong only the first and last time I will be disrespected by her. read more

Stay away, stay away, stay away, stay away, stay away.... Now that I've made my point, let me tell you why. Look, I understand that the price of petroleum is creating undue pressure on the pork belly, cheese, beef, ethanol, grain, pop rocks market but $23 for a "large" half pepperoni/half combination pizza? OK I can swallow that but only,ONLY if the damn things edible. 1. Call pizza place order pizza. "It's 5:30, I'm coming in at 6 so I want my pizza READY at 6 got it? Uh yeah. 2. Get there at 6 and there's my pizza under the heat lamp looking like Lindsay Lohans face after a binge at CircusDisco. Damnit man minus 1 star. 3. The tables.......you know I realize my wife is turning into Howard Hughes in later years when he washed his hands 40-50 times a day and is paranoid about dirty stuff, but since when do I have to sit at a table that contains at least 50% of the previous users pizza crumbs? I go to the front counter and ask for a spray bottle and a towel and the dude (THE DUDE) in the back making pizza asks why? I was tempted to say so I could drink it and end my miserable experience here at "Round Table Home of the last honest pizza", but being the nice guy that I am I said "so I could wipe down my table". He looked at me like "what you don't appreciate the fact that we give you free appetizers?" Grrrrrrrr. 4. So the beer was cold (1 star) 5. The 1/2 of the combo pizza contains (I kid you not) 4 slices of mini pepperoni, 5 onion slivers and 5 slivers of bell pepper. Guess they were being generous with their 10 pieces of sausage and 7 slices of mushroom. Bastards. 6. Greasy tile floors, filthy carpets, greasy pepperoni smeared windows (maybe thats where the extra pepperoni went!) 7. 5people in the back one poor dude named Todd up front and maybe, MAYBE 12 people in the restaurant. 8. Their doomed. I'll update this in 6 months when their out of business... 7/11/08 And, to make it even more aggravating, their website doesn't allow you to complain. You fill everything out then get an error message.... Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. read more

0 out of 10 stars. Nasty pizza. Shitty service. Horrible management. Do not go here. Take your money to Stratton's pizza or dominoes. Way better pizza and service. Employees here are always in the parking lot smoking cigarettes. I've personally seen an employee touch is hair while making a pizza. Wouldn't eat this pizza if it was free. read more

Hey round table pizza of Galt. Went to your little pie shop the other night. Fifty dollars for two pizzas. We asked some jerk-off for plates, knives, and forks... He brought out ONE fork and One knife for five people! And here is the kicker, he brought out PAPER plates, thats right, paper plates. Needless to say we got our money back and went for take-out at "Yan's Hot Chinese" in the Galt IGA Market..MUCH.much better!!!!!! read more

The manager was so rude yesterday I rather go to little ceasers then deal with rude people I hope they get a new manger soon to really run the place read more

We will never give this location another chance! Ordered a large combo on 2/8/15, and if we used a magnifying glass, we might have been able to see a couple vegetables. Crust was like cardboard but the best part was while sitting in the dining room waiting for the order, we were treated to a litany of F bombs from a worker talking to the shift supervisor about a beer party he attended and how drunk he got! Not until we asked him to clean up his language did he realize what he was doing. It sure didn't bother the supervisor! Obviously, this is a reflection of poor management at this location. We have given this location numerous chances and the inconsistency in quality, service and cleanliness have made our decision to never give them one more dollar! We will definitely be telling everyone we know to avoid this location. read more

Ordered a 28.00 large king Arthur supreme, worst round table pizza ever!! Toppings were skimpy and hardly any cheese and crust sucked!

Round table has the best pizza! You get what you pay for. Been eating here for a long time and have no problems to date.

I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated at this restaurant by the manager Kelly. I eat at Round Table often its one of my favorite pizza places and this location is the closest to my house. Today 11/30 I bought 3 pizzas, twists and wings for curbside pick up @4:17PM. I arrived at 4:18PM and my order wasn't ready, which was no big deal. I waited until 4:33PM when Kelly brought out our order. She gave us 4 boxes but I couldn't find the wings I ordered. I called to let them know I was missing the wings. That's when she told me that the wings were put in the same box as the twists. I then told her that in the future if they cannot do that because I don't eat meat (the wings are for my sister) and I don't want the wings touching the twists. Instead of apologizing and telling me that they would refrain from doing that again Kelly proceeded to make it seem like it was my fault for not specifying that I don't eat meat and that I didn't want 2 separate orders to be packed in the same box?? We went back and forth over the phone for a bit then she hung up on me mid sentence. I don't think I was asking for too much. I didn't ask for the food to be remade or for a refund. All I wanted was an apology and for them to realize not to package two separate orders in the same box, most people don't like their food touching anyway. I've been eating at Round Table in many different locations for years and this has never happened to me and I've never been treated like this. I will not be returning to this location again. They just lost a very regular customer who would eat here 2 or more times month and spend over $80 every time. read more

This place is my fav hangout in galt. The ppl are really nice. The pizzas always good and the beer is cheap:) can't get better than that

Worst customer service ever! Were remodeling the kitchen no stove no microwave no sink. We needed food called them placed an order. She took our money and said 45 min were totally starving 2 hrs goes by i call she said im out of their service area. I Google mapped it and im 2.4 miles away! What kind of business doesnt deliver 2.4 miles away! They have delivered to my house 4 times before with no problems. Why would she take my money and tell me 45 min. Why would nobody call me! No message no nothing! No wander why they have such horrible reviews! I even told her where i lived before hand and she said ok. They said someone came out here and complained about going way out to Acampo didnt knock didnt call nothing. He complained about driving 2.4 miles and this is a delivery service! 2.4 miles it is a joke how this lady was talking to me after i just placed a $60 order! read more

Had great pizza at the round table in Lodi so decided to give Galt a try again. This order just refreshed my memory as to why you should never waste your hard earned money here. Pizza has minimal toppings for one. I requested a delivered Well done pizza which I made sure on my order it said Well done and of course it arrived...NOT well done. When I called they were short with me and tried to tell me I didnt put it on the order. I offered to just accept the pizza they delivered if they wanted to give me a discount or coupon for our next visit...but they refused. This place needs an overhaul from its dingy interior to its employees. read more

I was craving for pizza today and I must tell you the round table in Galt is the best pizza joint in town. the lady at the Reg was very helpful and she asked what kind of pizza I wanted for Buffet within 5 minutes I was eating fresh hot pizza the twist we're soft and fresh and when I had a question the manager Stacey was super professional in answering my questions this is a place that I would come every Tuesday when I come into town . I can't believe the cleanness of this restaurant too. I'm so happy to have gotten a chance to come eat at this restaurant. Stacey was amazing in answering all my questions about pizzas and literally they made my pizza as I was ordering. I am amazed on their customer service. Also, I wanted to add in I saw someone cleaning and bussing and making pizzas and working really hard and I wanted to let the manager know that employee was working really hard and I was surprised that it was the manager. I believe his name was Stacey. I will def let all my friends and family know to come eat at this restaurant. You have gained a forever customer thanks to your employees and managers. I just wanted to say a job well done. read more

Love this place. Pizza is the best around. Delivered as promised. Great prices, best deals

Poor service. We were told 15 minutes and it took more than 45 minutes. The restaurant was nearly empty. I would blame management for not staffing correctly but server had shitty attitude as well. You can get Pizza everywhere avoid this place. read more

The pizza here I love, but the pizza CAN take a while to come. The pizza is greasy but who doesn't love that! It wasn't packed... but maybe because the pizza took awhile. Oh well, I will be back bad service or not. I've been here so many times I kind of expect the service to be bad but at least the pizza is decent. The location is a bit shabby and could stand a remodel, but I don't think It's anything to complain about. read more

Terrible!!!! Walked in and all the tables were dirty. Service was terrible. Got our pizza before our wings and breadsticks. Ate the pizza and still didn't have the wings and bread. They only checked on us once we got up and asked what happen with the rest of our food. Told us it would take ten Minutes. Waited a little longer and still nothing. Don't recommend it. It's work the drive to Elk Grove to go eat there. read more

About 6 months ago I ordered a pizza for delivery from this Round Table and had no real issues..In my opinion the pizza itself was just ok, not great, so I haven't had it for a while. Today I have no car so I figured I'd have them deliver a pizza. I was told they don't deliver to my " location". What? I told the girl on the phone that I've had delivery at this house by them before and she confirmed with her manager they don't deliver here. No joke..I am literally a 3 min drive away!!! I hung up the phone, and called Mountain Mikes who is way further away from us off of Twin Cities Rd and guess what? Pizza is on the way! Just has me shaking my head..a place 3 min away won't deliver but a place 12 min away will?? I find it absurd these people are advertising a delivery option but would not deliver 2 miles away! Especially since they have before!! Ridiculous and lame customer service. read more

Worst thing ever no service but I did win an mp3 player but that place was trash they were playing hide and seek in the roof and finger blasting each other and one got caught so they fell through the roof and said did someone order dominos I said no and wanted my cinnamon twists but it took forever and I was about to throw the left haymaker on them read more

Ordered an extra large half combo half pepperoni - to go. Pizza was hot and delicious. No complaints, only comments about how yummy the pizza was. Best in Galt. Taking away one star because the time previously, my hubby had to wait forever for our pick up order - he said people in line were not getting taken care of in a timely manner, but once he got our pizza home, all was good. I've read the other comments, and I can't speak to the in house experience because we always order to go, but for yummy pizza, this is our go to spot in Galt. read more

Went April 8th 2014. Pizza is always good. But the place is so run down it almost keeps you from eating it their. Seats you almost fall through. Carpet with so much ground in food and dirt you could easily use it for foot sliding. The salad bar was filthy dirty from old dried up produce and dressing all over the other lettuce, tomatoes etc etc. The counter service is real bad. Eight people waiting to place orders and one person working the counter all the while as she was yelling at the people making the pizza. If they have passed a health inspection lately I'm Santa Claus. read more

The most overpriced pizza in a City with 11+ options. Food is as expected. Recently did away with weekend buffet... Probably won't be returning since that was decent value for any budget-minded consumer. That's when our family could eat there. With plenty of other options, go anywhere else, as we will. Bring back the weekend buffet, or die a slow, fiscally irresponsible death. Good luck! read more

Their Pizza is really good I personally like the pepperoni and bacon pizza but the only bad thing about this place is they take too long to deliver you the pizza and I know they also do a lot for you to answer their phones so it is indeed a really good place I'll give it three stars for their horrible service read more

I hate to agree with everyone else on here, but there are some things you should stay away from. Now granted if you actually get a pizza on time then it can be good but more than once my family and I have gone in to this particular Round Table and sat waiting for fresh food during their so-called buffet. I don't really expect much of a restaurant in Galt, most places here are rather run down as it is, but I do expect for tables to be bussed more than once every hour or so. It feels dirty, the bathrooms are usually dingy and gross, and what's more, you have to stalk everything in order to actually get food, or wait a year and a half when you ask for a certain pizza. More than once we have left dissatisfied, but seeing as it is the most decently priced pizza buffet nearby, then that is all you really can get. I would recommend trying to find somewhere else if you can, but if you do happen to go I recommend coming far earlier than you wanted just so you can leave by the time you want to and have food that is half way decent. read more

I went to eat with my family and this old woman was on the register she was helping me out as if I was in her way trying to rush me and be rude to me. After I placed my order I asked to speak with the manager and she stated it was her so I asked if she was always was this rude and all she said was that she had better things to do and called someone else to deal with me because she said she didn't have time to be helping me I believe her name was Rosemary I used to always come in during the buffet in the morning this nice young man would always help me and make sure that everything was perfect I don't remember his name it was hard to pronounce but he did say he was a supervisor I don't understand why he isn't in charge. That old woman is bad news she treats customers like baggage. I'm very disappointed I expected much better I have made a yelp account just so I could tell everyone how bad the service is when the manager is there I'm incredibly dissatisfied. read more
