We were told our options were to either wait an hour between placing our meals or drive to the Stockton location. What made the situation even worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of trying to help or offering any kind of solution, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like we were inconveniencing them just by asking a question. Customer service goes a long way, and this was one of the worst interactions I've had. If you're going to advertise online promotions, they should either be honored or clearly communicated as unavailable before customers place their orders not after. Very disappointing experience. To make matters worse, we ended up going into the store anyway to place my husband's order. Unfortunately, the poor customer service didn't stop there. The same rude attitude continued, not only toward me but toward several other customers while we were there. It was disappointing to watch people simply asking questions or trying to place orders be treated with such disrespect. Being busy is understandable but there's no excuse for treating customers poorly. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and sadly, that was completely lacking during our visit.
