It's fine if I want some fries or other assorted fried snack, but there are no beyond chicken strips here like there are at my favorite location in Sacramento. I'm sure there's reasons why they don't, won't, can't carry them, but oh well. Getting used to Lodi being kind of a vegan food desert has been a bit challenging. There just aren't a lot of us veggie people here I guess. If you read my reviews you know I'm vegetarian. I review for people who are looking for veggie friendly food as a priority, and I include vegans wherever I can. Clean, quick service, customer service is adequate, food is made fresh to order, nothing too crazy. There are tvs to watch sports and the bathroom report is a pass with flying colors. It's usually packed full of families. But sorry not sorry, unless I'm not very hungry while out and about with my partner, we're going to pick Buffalo Wild Wings every time because they have cauliflower wings for me. Solid place for wings! I enjoyed all the great flavors they had especially the Peking and other they had with the Asian style. The service was nice and friendly and welcoming. As for the ambiance just your local wing place with good flavors for wings. My only gripe was the size of the wings. They were really small and too small for my liking. I've come here many times over the last 5 years because my husband really enjoys their wings. I brought my best friend once to pick up some food and now practically every time she is in town she comes here. She has also brought her father here and he is a regular now too. It's ok for dining in but it isn't that big and can get loud so I prefer take-out. The food is consistently good. They have lots of favor options and sometimes you can even get a deal. We usually order an assortment of wings, but on today's visit we tried the southern bbq fries because they were bogo. The fries were absolutely delicious. Chicken, fries and lots of sauce. Fire Wings is my go-to for wings in Lodi. The wings are always cooked to order, fresh and crispy. The garlic noodles are fantastic and you can't go wrong with their regular fries. I always get their fresh carrots and celery to try and balance out all of the fried goodness. Came here last night for the 1st time and was pleasantly surprised and would 100% for sure come here over BWW any day! First off the you get guy taking orders amazing so friendly and helpful! Inside even though very busy for a Friday night very clean and kept up this staff was on top of keeping this place spic and span clean. Food was really good tried there extra spicy buffalo wings and will say they do have some extra kick to them and the Louisiana dry rub which also have some kick but very good flavor. Food is always absolutely amazing. They know what I order. Every time I walk in staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the food they sell. The restaurant is always clean and organized and the outside patio is always very enjoyable. They have a good amount of TVs so that you can sit and watch sports or whatever event might be on hands-down this has to be one of the better fast food style restaurants in Lodi when it comes to overall cleanliness quality of food, friendliness of the staff and they have a great amount of parking. All of these things have to be due to the owner being extremely active in the company and really knowing what it takes to run a successful business. I'm not gonna lie the fire fries are my absolute favorite thing to get especially since I come here every single day and being vegetarian there's not a lot I could get on the menu but I'm absolutely happy to come here every day for these fries. read more

Very disappointed. I've been attending this location for quite a while, becoming a regular customer. I've always attended with my service animal (a small dog) and today I was denied service by the manager Drew, with permission given to him by his general manager Vanessa Reyes. I was told I cannot eat in the restaurant with my service animal even though I've been here countless times with my animal before. I had explained that it is my service animal and I do have documentation and was still turned away. It is against California law for a restaurant to deny anyone with a disability service when they are accompanied by a service animal. I explained this to Drew and showed him the written law and was still turned away. Absolutely ridiculous and will be taking this further. read more

We have been going to FIRE WINGS since it opened several years ago. Boy have things gone down hill a bit! Tonight we walked in and ordered our usual, the family 20 pack. When our order arrived there were 18 flats and two drumsticks. When I approached the young man who took our order and asked WHY we had NO drumsticks he told me that they serve "what's available". Really? The flats were small. It looked a little pitiful. Next time you go make sure you ask for a good mix of both! They will give you whatever they can get away with. Oh my gosh I've never been so frustrated as I am right now with a business! Over a week ago I just had a situation with this same restaurant where I wanted to place a to go order for pick up on my way home from work, which was unsuccessful. Now today I'm trying again to place an order and no one is answering the phone again! I go online to try to do an order through that process, and I can't leave any comments about the way I want the chicken to be prepared. So how am I supposed to get an order placed when I need something to be prepared a specific way? I am beyond frustrated right now. I was originally planning to hit In-N-Out when I stumbled upon this wing joint, and I'm so glad I did. I don't usually go for wings, but this place caught my eye, and it didn't disappoint. We ordered a 20-piece with peanut butter, Thai chili, and Louisiana rub flavors--each one was FANTASTIC. So I might've come here two Fridays in a row. Am I ashamed? Definitely not. Would I come back again? Yes. I've never been to any of the other Fire Wings locations, so this review is strictly for the one here in Lodi. But man, I am in love and want to come back to try all the flavors! The only thing is the wings are relatively smaller than Wingstop, but I feel that the quality is much better Flavors tried: - Garlic parmesan: I like the fact that they give real parmesan and not just the crumble. Definitely adds another dimension of flavor - Lemon Pepper: pretty much standard as any other place (which is good. If you mess up lemon pepper...that's a problem) - Saigon: level 1 spicy, but coming from someone who never likes spicy and always gets non-spicy at any place, this isn't that spicy. It has more of a tangy flavor and subtle sweetness afterwards so the spiciness isn't that bad. - Dragon: I like the fact that it comes with green onions which adds a nice crunch. Honestly, it tastes similar to Saigon but is a little more honey-like (in my opinion). It also has a crunchy exterior like mochiko chicken/popcorn chicken from Hawaiian restaurants. ALSO! Always get the garlic noodles. Tastes like Perilla in SF and the price isn't bad for the amount you get, even for the regular size. If you're getting wings and ordering sides without the combo, I'd pass on the seasoned fries (Wingstop is superior -- sorry!) but get the garlic noodles. More worth. There's a lot of Asian fusion going on here, which I love. First time I came, I got the 10 piece combo, added 5 wings and got an order of garlic noodles. That filled me and my friend (two small Asian girls). But second time I came, I got 10 pieces on my own and an order of garlic noodles and demolished it. Size-wise, again, wings are kind of small. Only complaint from friends is the spice level, which isn't that spicy. Apparently when this location was newer, the spice packed a punch, but now it's not that spicy (for Mango Habanero at least). Fire Wings has become one of our favorite places to get wings in the area. While they don't always get them 100% to the Buffalo natives standards they've come closer than most places-he's very particular about his wings! We love getting the hot wings, Buffalo stampede and curry rub wings and the menu makes it easy to try a selection or load up on your favorite. The sides are good, but if you're coming here you know you're after wings more than anything. If you're craving sides the Mac and cheese is solid and the garlic noodles are unique but just ok. Veggies for painting your wings with blue cheese are extra but fresh and crisp. This is a great spot to come out with friends, order family style and enjoy a few beers while catching up. They do have TVs set up, so if you have friends (or a date) that get easily distracted make sure they're facing away from them. read more

So here is the situation. We LOVE the flavors at Firewings. I actually crave it. I eat here as often as my husband mill let me. However, we ordered last Saturday and we got bone in wings....that were the size of a baby's finger. (See attached photo.). So not getting my fill I ordered online to pick up a family order. My husbands 10 piece was an 8 piece and our drinks were not give to us. It's hard because when they get it right there amazing. But they have not got it right for awhile.
