Wonderful place to eat or take out very friendly staff and they know me by name large portions and delicious

First time there..... I haven't eaten there but had their fried chicken before so since I've been craving fried chicken I thought I'll go do dine in. Their young male staff at the counter was so nice and sweet. Great customer service is always a plus for me! Food: Fried chicken wings: delicious! It was so crunchy! I LOVE it! Lortcha Noddles: this is tropioca rice noodles stir fry with Chinese broccoli & bean sprouts. Meat are extra charged. I added chicken. This dish is new to me. And wow! It was packed and loaded with flavors! Everything wre trench in the savoury sauce! If you haven't been here, it is a MUST try! I definitely need to return for more wings and try their other dishes. And of course I should bring my family too. read more

We recently dined at Johnny Wokker Southeast Asian Cuisine, and overall, it was a great experience! The Fried Chicken Wings were crispy, flavorful, and arrived at our table piping hot--just the way they should be. The Crab Fried Rice with Shrimp was delicious. They used real crab meat and definitely didn't skimp on it, which made every bite worth it. The Drunken Noodles were another standout. The noodles were cooked perfectly--not overcooked or soggy--and the flavors were spot on. One thing we really appreciated was the generous portion sizes. We had plenty of leftovers to take home, making it an even better value. The dining area is small, simple, neat, and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. My only disappointment was the Thai Tea. It came in a can, which was my fault for not reading the menu carefully. I was expecting freshly made Thai tea, so the canned version just wasn't for me. Overall, I'd give Johnny Wokker Southeast Asian Cuisine a 9/10. Great food, generous portions, friendly service, and definitely a place I'd come back to--I'll just skip the canned Thai Tea next time! read more

6/16/26 - I promised my grandson that I would pick him up if I decided to eat out. I told his sister that I had to go get him; she didn't want me to, she wanted me all to herself!! We decided to eat at Johnny Wokker restaurant. My grandson went to the cashier and asked for the menus. We each picked an item. I wanted to try something new and I picked the pineapple rice w/shrimp, my granddaughter picked the usual crab fried rice and my grandson ordered the six-piece fried chicken wings. The chicken wings came out really fast, and then the pineapple rice. It was about 5-8 minutes before the crab fried rice came. I asked my granddaughter was it me or did she think the crab fried rice tasted different and she said yes. I noticed it last time I got it and brought it home. I think they changed brands because the crab isn't flaky and doesn't have that sweet taste it had when they first opened!!! I am not saying that it isn't good, but it is a noticeable change. The pineapple rice was good, I only wished it had more pineapples in it!! The restaurant was clean and not many patrons, although, you can see that most of their profit is made from delivery services. Dinner for three was $46.00+, that isn't bad at all!!!! read more

This place has nice large portions, Thai food and maybe a mix with other southeast Asian cuisines. They don't have curry just as a heads up. Everything we ate was a large portion and well cooked, some of the noodles were stuck together but nice and saucy and well flavored. The pineapple shrimp fried rice was really well seasoned, sweet and savory. Very nice service, lots of tables inside. We were a large group of close to 20 people and they were very gracious and the food came out pretty quickly. read more

My friend recommended the Crab Fried Rice here, and it was so good! The portion was HUGE, I sat there for 20 minutes and still couldn't finish even 1/3 of the plate. The shrimp had such a nice smoky flavor, I mixed the shrimp with a little lime juice, and it tasted amazing! The crab fried rice was well seasoned and flavorful, and overall it made for a really satisfying lunch. Thanks to the employee working lunch on 6/15 for being so attentive and checking on customers throughout the meal. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm craving fried rice and would absolutely recommend this place to my friends! read more

I went to the one downtown the first day they said they didn't have crab. Which was a disappointment because I wanted the fried rice. So I came back the next day and they still didn't have crab which is ridiculous. So I went to the one on march and they didn't have wings. Smh this is bad service for such a good restaurant. I ordered the pad see ew noodles with chicken, crab fried rice with shrimp, and the 12 pc wings. The three dishes were very flavorful and delicious. A huge plus is that the portion size is humongous! I always get to take home a bunch of leftovers. My personal favorite is the pad see ew noodles. The noodles perfectly soak in the flavor and leave me feeling satisfied. I remember this wonderful food truck that caught my eye years ago. Fast forward now 2 restaurants now and same consistency(yes I tried them both). The fried chicken is as juicy as iI remember with enough breading for the crunch. Now rice, my go to crab fried rice is always amazing. Adding shrimp And beef made it more delicious. The staff is as friendly and thoughtful. All their restaurants are spacious, clean and welcoming. Tok my mom here for the first time, already she is a big fan! Forgot to mention the drunken noodles are amazing! All big portions just right for the buck! read more

Food is amazing and portions are generous. I always get their pad see ew and it never disappoints!

Amazing food with enormous portions and service was very hospitable. Ended up getting the crab fried rice. They fill your plate from end to end and it's also stacked to the top. On top of that, crab meat portion was VERY generous. This HAS to be the best crab fried rice there is. Great quality as far as taste and made fresh to order. The wings were delicious as well. Cooked perfectly and very crispy. Our waiter was on top of everything. He was very accommodating, respectful, and also attentive. Knowledgeable of the items on the menu. Everything came out quick and was piping hot as it got to our table. Will always come back whenever I'm in the area. Keep up the great work, Johnny Wokker Team! read more

What a great find! We came in last night for dinner. They are in the shopping center where Walmart is so there is a large parking lot. We were greeted by Jacob. They have regular tables and also high tables (Bar type) We ordered the Lao Mein (like chow mein) noodles with Chicken and the Pad See Ewe noodles with tofu. Both dishes were delicious, althought we would order the Lao mein with shrimp next time. Large portions. We also ordered the crab fried rice. WOW! Crazy amount of fresh crab, not imitation. Very good. Jacob was very freindly and professional. We will definitely be coming back read more

Johnny Wokker is genuinely one of the best thai places I have eaten in the area. The food tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. The portion sizes are solid. I had enough to stretch my meal into three separate sittings, and it still tasted just as good each time. It is such a great value, especially when the food is this flavorful. I got the Pad See Ew and the noodles were perfectly cooked, slightly chewy with a nice bite, and they soaked up all that savory sauce. The combination of the tender meat, crisp vegetables, and deep flavor made it one of the best versions of Pad See Ew I have ever had. The service was friendly and the establishment was clean. read more

Food here was VERY good, a decent price, and A LOT! * (1) Combo: rice +pork belly, chicken wings: pork belly was crunchy but not overcooked, great flavor; chicken wings were NOT those tiny ones, cooked to perfection - not heavy but super crispy and great flavor * (2) Crab rice: real crab; great flavor * extra 6pc fried chicken wings * (3) sodas The food came in shifts bc everything is made fresh. The service was okay - I was a bit frustrated with our server: Here's our convo: Me: May I have a Coke please? Her: We have Pepsi products. It's there on the menu. Me: Oh, I don't care for Pepsi. Can I have a Sprite or whatever ... (I intended to say, "Or whatever is the equivalent of Sprite.") Her: (interrupts) Sprite is a Coke product. We only have Pepsi product. Me: Fine. Give me whatever is the same as a Sprite. (Yes, with attitude bc at that point I was working hard to control my words and it was already written all over my face) Overall, the food is very good. You can definitely share a plate!! We will most likely be back. (I forgot to take pics when food came so these are more of the aftermath) read more

Nice casual restaurant. We had stopped into town to run errands so I convinced hubby to try this place. I had been here back in April to attend a reception after the passing of a friend of the family. All of the food was delicious back then, I'm not quite sure why we never returned. The staff is really nice and accommodating. When we first arrived they didn't look busy, there was only one other table with patrons. We figured it would be quick to pick up and go. We didn't realize there must have been quite a few orders before us, anyway, we waited almost a half hour for our food. With that said, we ordered the fried wings, crab fried rice (so so much crab) drunken noodles with Fried Pork Belly, love that you could have the noodles with your meat of choice Everything had tons of flavor. Definitely another go to place for us read more

I usually like Johnny Wokker but it's been a while since I've ate here. The salt and pepper wings were really good! The crispiness, size, and juiciness is unmatched. I do wish there was a bit more flavor, whether it be a little bit more salt or more pepper. The flavor is a bit subtle. Some pieces were a bit more flavorful than others, so perhaps it wasn't seasoned evenly. I did go home to add a bit more pepper and it was delicious! The crispiness still lasted even through a 20-25 minute drive home, and that's saying a lot! Most places tend to lose its crispiness if it's a long drive. I appreciate that they keep it an open container, because closing the container definitely makes crunchy food soggy. I also ordered the garlic chicken fried rice. I am a bit disappointed that there were no greens in it, not even green onions. The rice was pretty soggy, drenched with sauce. The flavor was also a bit sweet, which is not my preference for food. I couldn't taste the garlic very much. This dish was okay to me, but the portion size and amount of chicken was good. I also re-cooked this dish in a pan to make it less saucy, added more seasoning and some fish sauce to balance the sweetness, and even got a bottom layer of crispy rice when recooking it! It tasted much better after. If you like sweet food, then this dish would be good for you. I'm not sure if this was a one off thing that the food was on the sweeter side, but I'm not sure I would get this dish again. It was fine since I recooked it to my taste, but I don't think I would have enjoyed it if I was eating it on the go and didn't have access to a kitchen and other spices. Their prices and portions are really good! It's great for families or can last you for a few meals if you're eating it by yourself. I would give them another try, but perhaps order something different next time. Service was good. I know sometimes it can get quite busy, but I lucked out and went during a slow time. There are many tables and seating in the restaurant so can accommodate many people! read more

Food here is great and you get large portions for a decent price. The vegetables could be cooked better for a softer chew, but the drunken noodle and crab fried rice is a hit! Good quality service and food comes out quickly. We eat here at least once a month. read more

Food was just okay. it was abundant and ample, but not as tasty as I would have liked.

Not from out here so I just search to see whats near by and go by the ratings. This place was near where I was and it had almost 5 stars so it was a go for me. We walked in and not sure how to order, do we sit down and they come for our order or do we go to the front to order? They told us to take a seat they came to take our order. The server was a young fella very polite and helpful. Customer service was good but you could tell they were shorthand. Order a rice, noddle and broccoli beef dish. The noodles were my fav the fried garlic rice wasnt too good and the broccoli beef was way salty. It was overwhelmingly salty. The table was kinda sticky and the whole restaurant was hot af! Like there was no AC we were eating and sweating. Honestly I wish I could give this place a higher rating due to the service but the food and the whole spot being really hot just didn't do it for me. If I lived out in stockton I would had ordered it to go. Check them out, your experience might be better than mine. Almost forgot, I didnt take a pic of the noodle dish because they brought it out way after the rice and the broccoli beef dish. read more

They have a unique text to order system that is cool, but unfortunately we missed the cutoff one evening by one minute and couldn't order. The food is good.
