These were the best buffalo wings I've had on the west coast so far. They have several sauces to choose from. I had the original buffalo. We also ordered the Korean kick wings. Another winner. I normally love getting wings from fire wings but lately it hasn't been the same. I had a bunch of people over and ordered some wings fries and tater tot's. That teriyaki wings tasted like paste. The mango habanero were not spicy at all. The buffalo one was the only one that came out correct. And they counted a Boner without any meat on it as a wing which I think is ridiculous considering how expensive this place is. The restaurant is clean, the cashiers were all nice. Everything was great except our personal experience with the food. We ordered 4 different flavors of some boneless wings and were surprised to see them when they brought them to our table. The boneless wings are little balls of chicken with what tasted like pancake dough around it with the flavors on the outside. I was disappointed because of the breading and the flavors were not that great in my opinion. I ended up tearing off the breading and dipping the chicken in Ranch. We looked at the menu, talked to workers, and were able to get a few recommendations. We decided to try the Korean Kick wings, the original barbeque wings, garlic noodles, and veggie sticks. The food came out in a timely manner. It was packaged nicely, and portions were decent. The garlic noodles were good! They had lots of garlic and butter, topped with some herbs and cheese, and it was amazing! Definitely worth coming back for. The barbecue wings were good. Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. The flavor was good. Could be better, but better than Wingstop. The Korean Kick was good, but lacked what was desired. The flavor was not amazing, but it wasn't bad. It was a little sweet, and not as "Korean" as we expected. The veggie sticks were as expected. Could have been washed better, but they tasted so good. You can't eat wings without carrots and celery! We ate outside because inside was a little too noisy and crowded. It felt a little claustrophobic. The outside seating was nice, though the outside trash can could have been kept a bit cleaner. That and the hot sun without shade. Would be a really good spot to eat in the later evening, when it's not so hot. Overall, it was an above average experience. Flavor was decent. They do have room to improve (which is good), but until I try some more flavors, my review will stay at a 4 star rating. This place was an absolute shit show. No ice in the ice machine. Line out to the door with one person on the register. HVAC wasn't on or working so it was 80+ inside. If it wasn't for their food being good I might have gone one star. You know how they say judge a places cleanliness by their bathrooms? These bathrooms were a mess with overflowing garbage and just nastiness. The bar that we were sitting at was super sticky from dried beer. The Fire Wings franchise is my GO TO for wings in general. My family and I have frequented the Fire Wings Elk Grove location more times than I can count, for parties and just to grab a meal on a random day. So I knew the Lodi location should be what I've come to expect. We came in here one late evening during the weekend ( a Monday or Thursday because football was on) when we were in the area and the staff at in the restaurant at the time were very friendly. Since there were 4 of us at the time 2 of which were kids, we order two kids wings meal (I believe both the boneless wings). While I ordered a 20 pc meal and my girlfriend I think ordered a 5 or 10, and we all got our own drinks. The meals were as expected and the dinning area was just quieter than normal, but I think that's only because we stopped in around 8 pm. But as expected the food was good as usual so we didn't leave disappointed in our fire dinning experience at this location. read more

Before wine tasting, you have to get food and this is where we decided go stop by. We didn't know there was a Fire Wings in Lodi, so this was quite a surprise. When we got there, there wasn't a line so we got to take our time to decide however there were a few people waiting at tables for their food. We were greeted by a very friendly, patient employee at the register. After a few minutes of debate, we were ready to order. We ended up getting the 40 piece with 2 sides. We got the louisiana rub, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, and the peanut butter, bone-in. For our sides, we ended up getting fries and garlic noodles. After we ordered, they gave us a number and we seated ourselves. There were a couple people at tables still waiting for their food so it took awhile for our food to come out. And, we were staaaaarving. But, once we got our food, we were happy campers and it was definitely worth the wait. Everything was hot and super fresh! I highly recommend trying their garlic noodles and their peanut butter wings. To be honest, I've never had their peanut butter wings until yesterday but maaaan they were good. I ordered the 8 wing combo (Cali Rub and garlic Parmesan) that came with seasoned fries, ranch, and a soda. One plus off the bat is the Pepsi machine! I'm not a fan of Coke and this is the first place I've seen with the multi flavor Pepsi machine. As for the wings, I liked that they were both dry rubs. I don't like that garlic Parmesan sauce crap at BWW. The Cali Rub was pretty good. Not sweet and a very slight tang. The garlic Parmesan was good and reminded me a little of Wingstop but it's been a while for me to do a real comparison. The wing size was good and they gave me all drums. Not sure if that was by accident or I just got lucky. Their seasoned fries were nice and hot and decent on flavor. The ranch was a plus and that's always necessary for a good wing place. My new favorite place for wings!! The menu was very great & easy to read! They have a TON of flavors to choose from! The have sauced, dry rubs & fusions. Which includes one with peanut butter & a mango spicy one! You can choose a combo meal, or just wings! They have lots of sides.. fries, seasoned fries which were REALLY good, veggies, and even mozzarella sticks! I enjoyed the entire meal! The have a Pepsi machine, like the new coke machine with all the different flavors, It is awesome! The only thing I can say they can improve on, is the seating in the restaurant! Today, my buddy told me about Fire Wings if Lodi and we decided to give it a try for lunch at around 3PM. The store was pretty quiet around then. To start of, customer service was great. We were greeted by a kind and helpful lady who answered my questions about the 60cent Wings and also let me taste test one of the flavors. I ordered mango habanero flavored and Korean flavored boneless wings (5 each) with a side of the Parmesan noodles (regular size). The seasoning and flavors were balanced and met my standard for good wings. Since the mango flavored ones did get a bit spicy, the noodles helped diminish that spice, along with water. The Korean flavored wings were mildly spicy and sweet, which sort of reminded me of teriyaki sauce. Some of the noodles were a bit hard but overall the Parmesan cheese on top mixed in very well. The tables, floors, and restrooms were pretty clean too. If I ever am in the mood for wings, I'd pick this place over Bdubs or Wingstop because of its speed and how good it tasted. read more
