It prompted me to leave this review here. As a show of gratitude for the courtesy/congeniality he displayed for me. I placed an order and one of the items was out of stock/not available. Had not been baked off yet. I was not glad about it. Kindly, he offered me another baked good selection to swap out for the missing one. He did not have to try much more. I am appreciative of the eagerness to make corrections and commend his earnestness. The little things sometimes mean the most, in the end...especially to me. I don't miss good examples, regarding instances of when Customer Service associates prove to possess above average skill sets. Or when they make unexpected light offerings, that can boost morale/brighten moods.

Prior visit - This is a great little place to be for a meal. Totally unassuming from the street and even when you walk up, as it is in a small strip business center off of 11th Street. I didn't get the bartender's name, but he was just as attentive and super nice, as he came upstairs to my table and described some of the beers he currently has available.
