He preps other eat-in orders. Eventually, someone comes up to claim one of the two bags on the counter. I asked him if the other was for me. It was. I had been standing there patiently waiting the entire time. If he had the bags rotated 90-degrees I would have seen my order, but I wasted probably seven minutes waiting, having NO IDEA that my order was just sitting there. It was exasperating. The training is insufficient, the order flow terrible. This is a management issue.

I am appreciative of the eagerness to make corrections and commend his earnestness. The little things sometimes mean the most, in the end...especially to me. I don't miss good examples, regarding instances of when Customer Service associates prove to possess above average skill sets. Or when they make unexpected light offerings, that can boost morale/brighten moods.
