I always stop here in the morning on my way to charge my car. The place seems clean and the staff are friendly. I usually order ahead for breakfast. It's always ready quickly, they have no problem giving me an ice water to go. And even if it's a weekend and busy, it's never a difficult pick up process.

Be warned: the plain omelette only comes with coffee rolls. They do not have side orders of wheat toast event though they make sandwiches. What you have to do is our the number 2. Tell the wisecracking waitress to hold the mayo, butter and lettuce. And then tell her to hold the chicken. When she asks "You want me to hold the chicken?" You tell her to hold it between her legs! Hahahaha! Great place. Stringent rules though. 5 stars.

dennys.... where have you been dennys. we ordered the for delivery so i can't rate the service or interior. but one thing i can rate is the food. and god damn. good golly miss molly! i got the grand slam which. what the fuck. who told someone to make this. this was an experience. i had never eaten anything like it before. the ammount of flavor, the ammount of everything. this seems like a good you should eat only once every three years. next time i eat this it is alone in a soundproof room. the cheese, the eggs, the sweetness of the bread, the MEAT, it's indescribable. it's $17 with a side of hash browns and some would say that is a steep price. i say worth it. next time it's getting late and you have a taste for something excellent, i recommend the grand slamwich.

It's true

Good food and all customer service is pretty slow. I've been going to the exact same one since I was seven, and they always had slow service and really rude waiters and waitresses since I've been going here it's been unpleasant don't go here go to IHOP instead way better service. And way better employees.

I ordered an omelet, plain, and a chicken salad sandwich on wheat toast, no mayonnaise, no butter, no lettuce, hold the chicken and a cup of coffee....It didn't break any rules.

Cielo is a great waitress. She's prompt with taking our food order and she keeps up with making sure the coffee cup doesn't go empty.

Went to the goth night (ghost something?) tonight and it was a blast. The bar is gothic style too…read moreso it's marvelous. I heard it's usually an alternative / low key queer bar, more like mixed to me, which is nice. I know they recently made a change about free events turning into free with a drink purchase, which is reasonable! I've been low to no income, to where $10 is a splurge for me. I never got to go to a free event, but if I can't afford it I just don't go! Gotta keep the lights on, and $5 for a goth night was perfect for me. I had so much fun, the music was sweet and the outdoor area was nice too. The dance floor is small- kinda as big as their bathroom- but very accommodating, everyone seemed to have space to do their own thing. The one thing that did puzzle me is that they had a sign on the bathroom that said woman and then said it was all genders. I feel like maybe just taking the woman sign off would be simple enough. The message seems to just be "no urinal". The bathrooms are clean and plenty of stalls though!! I can't say anything about the drinks or food this time around, just the vibes which are great :) Lots of variety of events here, I'm sure I'll be back!

Some of the other reviews were negative on their food...but our food was fantastic. The burgers were moist and not greasy. The waffle cut fries were hot and crispy. The bartenders work non stop to get your drinks and food out quickly. My daughter loved the churro style donuts (but they are messy). The decor is a D&D dive bar scene....so many things to look at as you wait for bingo to start. They just changed the rules and you do have to pay $1.00 per person to play bingo...but where else can you get that type of entertainment for a dollar. We can't wait to return.

Really great fresh food with some interesting combinations. We came here on a whim (no…read morereservations) while visiting my wife's niece at UofO at around noon on a Saturday. Busy but they had a table for us. Very nice decor, rotating menu. We had the buckwheat pancakes with caramelized bananas, dates, and pineapple syrup which was sweet but not overly so since the pancakes underneath were not touched by the syrup ended up being a really nice balance. Bacon was like a cross between pork belly and bacon (very thick) but really tasty. Breakfast Sando was good with in-house ground pork and a nice aioli. We also tried the savory macarons (Brie and truffle) which are delicious. Creamy and a tad sweet. Not too much truffle. Coffee was a bright tangy pour over-not my favorite type but some people really like that style. Oh, and we had a blood orange mimosa which was really good Overall an excellent experience! Definitely going to again when we are in town!

We had the goat cheese appetizer, veggie Mac and cheese, and Nashville hot sandwich, and everything was amazing. I also really appreciated that everything is made in-house, even the potato chips! On our first morning in our new town, we went to The Original Pancake House for breakfast. It was a simple meal, but one we were grateful we could afford. When we asked for the check, our server smiled and told us someone had already paid for it. That small act of kindness made me feel like I truly belonged in our new home. It reminded me that even in an unfamiliar place, there were good people who cared about others. Since that day, every time we visit The Original Pancake House, we make it a point to pay it forward whenever we can. It's our way of honoring the kindness that meant so much to us and has stuck with me. Beyond the beautiful memory, the food is incredible. It's hands down the best breakfast I've ever had. Comfort food that tastes like it's made with love. You must try the Dutch baby! The ladies who work there are always so warm and welcoming, making every visit feel like coming home. The Original Pancake House in Eugene is a charming, family-friendly spot with genuine warmth and stellar coffee. The casual, lively vibe makes it feel like the proper brunch destination you'd hope for from a legendary breakfast joint. We ordered their hero dish--a side of buttermilk pancakes--and the Irish Omelette. The pancakes delivered real flavor: fluffy, tender, with classic buttermilk tang. My only critique? They arrived cool, likely from sitting in the warmth window a bit too long. Off the griddle, these would shine. The Irish Omelette was more disappointing. Designed to be airy and light with corned beef and potatoes inside, ours was overcooked and rubbery--far from the delightful, pillowy texture it should be. For a restaurant with this history, execution should be consistent. The coffee and service were warm and attentive, which goes a long way. 3/5 stars. Worth visiting for atmosphere, especially if your pancakes arrive hot. Try during slower service to avoid the window-sit fate. The Portland location executes at a higher level.
