I will not be returning to this restaurant. Service was slow...slow to be seated, hostess unsmiling, no drink order until meal order was taken 15 minutes after we were seated. We had to request our check. The food took forever and was barely edible. My salmon was not fresh (not obvious until I reached the middle of the piece), the mashed potatoes and broccoli were barely warm. Not one person asked if we enjoyed our meal, I guess they knew the answer. At checkout, the same hostess that seated us rang us up without ever making eye contact, let alone a smile! Went on a Sunday evening. Not crowded at all so got a booth right away. The manager greeted us, got us sodas, waiter was prompt and friendly. The food took over 30 minutes to come out. We ordered a senior dinner and a grand slam. Both were delicious. The kitchen made a mistake on the senior dinner and gave my partner 2 pieces of chicken fried steak instead of one. They didn't charge us extra, cool. The server was attentive. Our complaint was how long it took the kitchen to make our food. The menu seemed limited. Well, came in with a party of 6. The table still had sugar and jelly on it and the chairs. She made us pass down our drinks instead of delivering them to their owners. Same thing happend with our meals. My girlfriends orange juice tasted like flavored water. I found a hair in my omelette. We never got straws. Considered picking up one from the all the trash on the floor below us. There was no sugar in our caddys. No silverware at our table, so once we got our sugar from a different table we had nothing to stir with. Over all very upset. Don't plan to return. Fantastic food! Affordable pricing for kids and seniors. We stayed at Red Roof in which is right next to this place. So is Motel 6. Customer service was great also. Clean and friendly we saved a bundle sharing food between family. The fact they were open 24 7 meant we were all over there all hours of the day and night. Some of my family work graves and this was fantastic for them b/c they weren't hungry during traditional 9-5 hours. Always open, always friendly, veteran, senior, minority, family and kids friendly. 5 stars all the way. If they can make all my family happy then they rate the 5 easily. read more

I stayed at the Wyndham right next to this Denny's. AS the internet was out at our hotel, I came to Denny's to utilize the Wifi. The wait to get a table (on every account) was long. They had MANY open tables....yet a waiting list to get seated. I had the Chicken sandwich (Fit fare). This was the worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. The bread was not fresh, the chicken small, and it came with vegetables that were not fresh. I then ordered a salad as I did not finish my lunch. The lettuce was not fresh. The waitress never came to check and see if I needed another drink, water, anything and I was there for over an hour. Poor service and poor food. I had to visit three times (only restaurant near the hotel with Wife) and service and food was bad or mediocre at best on all 3 accounts. Horrible Denny's! read more

First time at a DENNYS YAAAAAAAS!!! I loved it! The food is delicious, the staff is soooo nice, it feels like talking to your cousins and aunts, they were very warm and because my sister brought baby Jordan ( 1 month old) they change the temperature so the service itself was beyond, the portions are great and also the food, I'm starving just to think of it ahhaa plus if you're having an early flight it's 5m away from airport and there's a hotel next to it :) read more

We waited an hour for our food and only got after I went to a manager. Our server didn't check in with us while waiting for the food. We thought that maybe they were short or backed up in the kitchen, but when the food came, things that were supposed to be hot were barely warm. Following arrival to my hotel, an airline colleague and myself decided to visit this location for a very late night meal. At first glance the place seemed to be an average Denny's location. After waiting for more than 10 minutes we noticed that the waitress for our section was taking orders for three separate tables seated well after our arrival. As she passed our table I queried her as to why later arrivals were being served ahead of us. She commented that "white people have too much privilege" and how "that shit don't work up in here!" as she bustled past and continued grumbling into the kitchen. This is where I should have made a prompt exit, but I was hungry, and not in the mood to be run off because of my race (the only two white people in the place). The food did arrive eventually but took far longer than it should have which I'm sure was directly linked to the waitresses earlier comments. Both orders were incorrect but we decided that it wouldn't be worth the drama, or garnish of saliva, to request the order be corrected. As we were finishing our meal one of the tables nearby who appeared to know the waitresses started to heckle us, being professionals we ignored them which seemed to agitate the the mostly male group. The comments were racial in nature and while the waitress didn't directly join in she was laughing off to the side and had obviously instigated the situation. After paying the bill, we had the pleasure of being heckled by various individuals from a second table, and the waitress herself as we made our exit. This is an experience I'll be sure to share with the hotel front desk staff as well as thousands of airline employees via an internal system we use to rate hotels and restaurants on our various overnights. read more

We ordered and our waitress, Kathy, was nice and attentive. Another waitress came and said she was taking over for Kathy and brought us our food. My kids food was missing the bananas ( which after asking and them going to the kitchen to check they came back and said they were out of bananas, fine okay) also missing bacon which we had to ask for. Then my California club sandwich was missing avocados, which they said they were out of (HELLO, could you have mentioned that when we ordered??!). I think a solid two is very fitting of this Denny's. This review is based more on the service than anything, which makes up a large part of dining out. On this particular day, the service or lack there of was basically appalling for a Denny's. I ended up here on a Friday afternoon for a relatively quick bite while in between meetings in the area...well, mistake on my end. I first walk in to a line formed and a hostess that seemed to have too much going on from talking with the other waitresses behind the counter to checking her cell phone. Once I finally put my name down I was able to be sat in about 15 minutes. Once I got sat the issues continued. While my waitress was nice, she was inefficient and not very attentive. I saw her two times the entire meal, once to take my whole order and once to deliver my food. I had to chase my check down once I was finished. To wrap up, I head to the counter to pay and leave only to be met with a 10 minute wait to pay my tab. Overall, it was a sad display of service from a chain that doesn't have the bar set all that high, so for me to give this location a 2 is in terms, sad. When in the area again for whatever reason, I may just opt for a hot dog from the nearby gas station rather than eating here. read more

I've been here many times over the past 5 years. It is pretty much as you'd expect from a Denny's. I've never had to wait long periods of time for service or food as other people have written about. I'd say this is one of the nicer Denny's I've been to in terms of cleanness. They are sometimes slow bringing the bill but never with the food or drink refills. I've mostly gone at night time but a couple of times in the afternoon. Never had any problems that I recall. Food is fair compared to other Denny's. I don't know why but the food here isn't as "good" as other Denny's. It doesn't seem as fresh and as put together as other places. read more

The worst experience I've ever had. I was there for over an hour waiting on my food. I asked to speak to a manager but was told he was busy in the kitchen. I work in the restaurant industry and would never complain unless it is warranted. At my job, the whole tab would have been comped for such horrible service. But here they refused. They offered a slice of cheesecake which I didn't even want. Then I asked for change for a $20 to leave a tip and it took them about ten minutes to find change. Just the worst. I recently ate there. I had the fish and chips. I didnt think at the time, but being that I have a shellfish allergy, that the fish would be cooked in the same fryer oil as the fried shrimp. Friendly staff...but they are always short handed which makes service slow...the kitchen is incredibly slow and food always has an issue...over cooked..under cooked...it's rare I ever go here and have a seamless experience. Came here for dinner since we were short on time and it was close to our hotel. I decided to order the Fit Slam - egg whites with spinach and tomato, fresh fruit, turkey bacon and an English muffin. When our server brought our food he said he would be right back with my English muffin. Well my English muffin never showed up. I let the guy at the register know this and he said that he would take it off my bill but when he did nothing came off because it was part of the meal. After waiting for a simple turkey club for 25 minutes, the waitress came out and informed me that there was no more turkey. Didn't have time to wait so decided to leave. After visiting lou turks up the road i stopped by for some much needed breakfast. Service was ok from a gal by the name Aunt Edna. I ordered the big dog special. Yeah i was hesitate at first. But figured why not. The food made it to the table in 15 mins. The hot sausage was a nice . the hash browns were greasy but i eat them. Maybe i should not of. Horrible horrible experience!!!! Staff is unprofessional manager is very !!!! I had two takeout orders placed,one called in at 1127 and one placed at the restaurant when I arrived to pickup the phoned in order at 1135. The manager took my order at 1135 and said it would be about 20-25minutes. I finally left at 1245 aggravated without my food because they failed to provide adequate service. My food was not ready after waiting over an hour!!!! This Denny has incompetent management that trickles down to the employees. Why is it so difficult to provide decent service. Over an hour wait on takeout and my food still wasn't ready!!!! Don't eat at this Denny or any other Denny. This is a pure reflection of the company and their incompetence!!!! read more
