I literally had the worst service of my life here in honestly surprised it's still running considering it's understaffed... it was so bad I'm going out of my way to write a review. I understand how it can be when places are understaffed but the waiters and cooks had no idea what they were doing. I had a party of 5 and all of our orders were wrong plus the waitress kept forgetting simple things like giving us our drinks/ utensils. This happened on Mother's Day, I know places get very busy so I went into this with extreme patience. Placed order on yelp grub hub. Showed up on time and confirmed with manager, because I have experienced terrible service at this location before... She said it'll be 2in because they were backed up. Ok. I asked for order 25 min later and she rudely said 2 ordered ahead of me after telling the cooks that I was bugging for my order. 1:30 past the estimated time supplied by Grubhub I asked for my food again... she said my order hasn't even been put in yet. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place or trusting grubhub to place my order again. Warning: Poor customer service plus incompetence to take a Grubhub order. Maybe if you do attempt, triple check and have the manager show you your order on their screen. I got my refund back after being on hold with Grubhub for 30 minutes but I'll never get my 2hrs of Mother's Day back that was supposed to start with a surprise breakfast.... read more

I get that they might've been understaffed, but the restaurant wasn't that busy either. When we walked in the door it took about 7 minutes for someone to even greet us. Finally got seated and the table was dirty & sticky. It took a very long time for someone to even get our drinks. Took even longer for them to get there, so we just left. We were out before the drinks even came to the table. I don't recommend coming here. The location on Milliken Ave. in Ontario is much better. read more

I meant to review this on Monday 8-19. Went there for lunch, my 2 grandkids and husband ordered breakfast I ordered lunch. Our waitress was very slow, we ordered food and drinks at the same time. It took at least 10 minutes for us to get our drinks. I have to say our food must have sat ready for some time, the butter on the pancakes had already melted into the pancakes and my fries were cold. It wasn't even busy. Also they need to turn down the music, if I wanted a party atmosphere I would have gone to Applebee's. Won't be returning to the Claremont facility. read more

He is very dynamic and very complex we love what he does especially with his black polished (which is a %100 real) nails and his wonderful storytelling's (especially the wedding story). She was kind and patient and made sure we all felt attended to all night. She was always there to refill waters and make sure we got everything we needed. Now I'm happy for that because the food was gross, everything was super cold pancakes were super small and ugly but the worst part was the scrambled eggs and fries they were cold and Taste old, like reheated. and the eggs, omg the eggs were NASTY. they had a weird color and seasoned fries from I don't know who's order. This is a shout-out to Earl from Denny's( the one by the 10fwy) he went above and beyond to make my kids smile last night. I appreciate the service and the sweetest gifts. You don't understand how much it meant to my kids my kids 6 & 4 love the machines where you get the plushies and unfortunately I didn't have change and Earl gave my kids some change to try to win lol but they failed and he came out of no where with two little plushies for them. During these covid times I know many restaurants are overwhelmed. I know that we can only do take out. Well let me tell you Denny take out suck! They give you little of everything. We pay full price for a fraction of food. I ordered an avocado burger and fries. I was upset on how little fries are given. McDonald's gives more fries in there happy meals then Dennys. Ordered online and never received it. I tried calling 4 times and phone rang continuously and then hung up on me each time. I had to go to the restaurant in order to find out why and where it was. They had to remake my food plus didn't offer any incentives for anything. I understand it was not their fault for the delivery service, but not answering the phone is worse. read more

Went a few days ago to order some appetizers since they are currently 50% off during happy hour. I sat in the lobby while I waited for my food. After about 25 minutes I asked my waitress about my order. She then told her male coworker to check on my order since she had a rush of customers. He grabbed a bag of food, wasn't mine. I again told him my name, nope, not my order. Again, damn near yelled my name, the waitress came and told him my name as well. He finally said "OHHH!". So dude didn't even get my name? Took him 3 times to finally give me my order. He definitely does not belong working there. Carpets were extremely dirty with food all over the place. They clearly haven't not attempted to clean them all day. Waitress drops straws on the floor then pick them up and hands them to us as if it was normal. If public areas are this dirty then only could imagine how awful back of the house must be. Stay away if you appreciate cleanliness when you go out to eat. read more

We come here to eat and there was only one waitress. It took over 30 mins to get our drinks out and sat here for an hour without getting any food... It was already bad because they told us that it's going to take 15 mins to be seated yet there was so many empty booths... This might be indenpently owned but they are fucking horrible maybe they should go back to corporate and get some tips... Never again!!! When I ordered a dulce de leche crunch pancakes online, I got the pancake in between two plastic disposable plates, taped together. It looked like trash someone was throwing out. Also the pancakes look NOTHING like the pictures. I know you cannot expect to get what you see on the ads or menus but really? I added a picture so you can decide if I am being unreasonable.
