Earl is the best server ever. best french toast and best service ever!! come in late night and you'll be taken care of for sure!

My mom and I have been on a recent late-night food hunt, and we've found ourselves coming to this specific Denny's over all other diners. The both of us have come to be quite fond of Earl (Person in Charge), who has become our favorite server: attentive and sociable. As for food, my mother and I have come to enjoy the bourbon chicken skillet, as well as the classic Denny's sandwich the "Super Bird". If there is any room for improvement, I'd say to be more conscious about the temperature of the steaks. Like, when ordering a medium-rare, to actually make sure it is medium rare and not medium well - which seems to be a problem with most diners, not just this location. From the moment I entered this establishment, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor by hostess Sandy. I ordered to-go and she made the experience smooth, quick and easy. I don't find too many restaurants where the customer service stands out and compels me to write a review. Unfortunately, that kind of experience is pretty rare these days. I ordered at 437pm 3 spaghetti meals with meatballs and a child's chicken dinner online. I showed up at 5 pm. Restaurant was a quite and no one waiting. No cars on parking lot. Lady expediting food said order wasn't ready. @520 she says we don't have meatballs. I said come on you had me here waiting for this amount of time and you couldn't even tell me. I demanded a refund and lady said she can't as her manager is not it . I asked who the manager was and she said Armando. When I called back at almost 6 it was a female manager. I asked for a refund and calling back at 730 for a follow up as not showing anything yet. I will never visit or buy from this location since I've had other issues in the past. I placed an order for to go, and the cashier forgot to charge me for my hash browns. I asked one of the other people in front if I could get hash browns and she apologized then added them to my order without hesitation. That was fine and I was content, but once I got home I realized they charged me for my eggs but didn't give them to me! Not only was this annoying but when I ate my food it was already cold, despite me living 2 minutes away. The food should've been hotter but it seems like they just had it sitting out for a while. They also gave me an extra order of pancakes that I never ordered. I don't even eat Denny's but made an exception this one time. Guess I won't anymore :| read more

This Denny's is the best I've ever been to. Eddie is an excellent waiter, prompt courteous, and attentive. We are from out of town and this was close to our hotel. We ate Saturday and Sunday. We were traveling from out of town, stopped into Dennys, it was crowded, we got right in. We got the best service we have gotten from any restaurant in a long time pre Covid. Our waiter was Eddie he was on top of things the whole time. He was great! He was so busy,he still managed to give us great service the whole time! We would definitely recommend this place. 0900 08Nov19 Been sitting waiting to be served and numerous customers (5)have been sat and served before myself and my wife. Went to the front and asked for help they said they only have 2 servers. Still waiting been passed by at least 2 servers and a manager. Spoke to the manger as we were walking out. He Explained the situation that they were short servers and there was a miscommunication. I dont need to here the excuse just need a solution to the issue. Still doesn't help the situation when not one server stop to check if we were helped or needed help. I get we might not be their table or in there section but we are people as well as customer. No team work was shown by these employees and I am very disappointed. This is likely one of the better Denny's locations I've been to. I stopped by here with friends after arriving in the early morning at the Ontario Airport from a summer trip to Vegas. It was average breakfast fare, with standouts from their pancakes and poached eggs (one of my favorite style of eggs). The coffee wasn't weakly brewed and had a mellow, bitter taste with each sip. I usually add a couple of creamers and maybe one packet of sugar... because what's a decent cup of joe without a hint of sweetness?! The customer service was great! Our server checked up on our table a good amount of times and consistently filled up our coffee mugs. This is a Denny's I will be inclined to visit again! read more
