**Very Disappointing Experience at Denny's** Went to breakfast today with my family, and unfortunately, the experience was HORRIBLE from start to finish. The AC in the restaurant wasn't working, so the doors were wide open--and there were flies inside. The floors were absolutely FILTHY, and the women's restroom was beyond disgusting. There were clothes all over all three stalls, trash everywhere, and the entire restroom was extremely unsanitary. Our server was extremely rude and not welcoming at all. She never checked on us even once, we didn't receive any drink refills, and she brought us the **wrong check FIVE times**. The cashier wasn't much better, she was rude, on her phone, and drinking apple juice while working. The food was okay, but the portions were very and I mean very small considering the prices we were paying. And then there's the QR code issue... Since when does Denny's not accept a QR code from an email that Denny's itself sent you? What is the point of sending customers a QR code if you're just going to say you "can't accept it"? Overall, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Poor service, poor cleanliness, and an uncomfortable environment. **Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to this Denny's.** Very disappointing. Went to have breakfast here today after my chiropractor appointment. I have eaten here many times but I guess never reviewed. The cooks are very good here.the servers are too but maybe they are just short staffed. Anyway I didnt know you can sub pancakes for free on the All American slam. Got water and waitress never came back. 20 minutes later at the place my order with a different waitress. 10 minutes later a couple came in and place the order. 15 minutes later the couple got their food. The service and server was ok. We got there and we were one of her only two tables there. She wasn't rude but she wasn't as friendly as i'd hope. She BARELY came to our table. She maybe came 2 times to take our order and to drop off our food. After that, it was the kind bussers who helped us out the rest of the night. The food on the other hand was not good at all. Today at 11:45am there's was a lot of empty tables, we waiting over 10mins. While the cashiers just stare at us, they took care of 2 people cashing them out. We waiting but no help, while we waited they were just laughing and chatting. This is the worst experience I ever had at Dennys. My gf and I came in for breakfast. I had the Sirloin Steak and Eggs and my gf got the Chorizo and Eggs. Both were very good! It's a nice, quiet morning here. There has been recently a change in management, which is noticeably evident in the service I received today. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:30 AM. I noticed there were only two servers and many of the tables were filled with customers. One of the servers greeted and acknowledged me, said that they would be right with me . Nearly 15 minutes later I was still waiting to be seated. I was asked for my drink order and waited approximately another 10 minutes till the server came back with my drink and to take my order. My meal came out approximately 10 minutes later. The Buttermilk pancakes that I ordered were lukewarm. The only positive that I can write about is that the food quality was good with the above exception. I'm not sure if I would go back after today unless I could use one of my promotions. I hope things change for the better, as I always enjoyed eating here in the past. read more

Located off the 10 FWY, on S. Indian Hill Blvd. & Auto Center Dr. right by Starbucks. Parking can be a bit challenging if visiting during busy hours (because of Starbucks), but there's additional parking around Denny's building. We visited at noon for late Saturday breakfast, was very busy, and we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The food was fresh, tasted great with that authentic Denny's taste. The restaurant was clean and organized. Restrooms were also clean. Service was efficient. Overall, we had a good experience at this location. read more

I've been coming to this Denny's for many years, but the last 3 times I've gone I've had a bad experience. Perhaps they're short staffed or bad management? Who knows! Just this past Friday, we were seated at dirty table with dry syrup, like a lot, I got a coffee cup with lipstick on it, I got two pieces bacon about 3 inches that were all fat, my eggs were cold, my server never came back to see if needed anything and never got my coffee refilled. Yesterday I was coming home from the Pomona Fair. I really wanted a cocktail and Hamburger but in that area most drink places were closed. I saw Dennys and new I could get a great hamburger deal. So I ordered off the 2,4,6,8 menu the 8 dollar hamburger did not disappoint it was cooked just the way I ordered it. The location was clean and the servers and hostess was ready and eager to work. The only bad part is the location is right off the 10 freeway and homeless people collect on the dark side of the building most times don't mind them and they leave you alone for the most part read more

I needed to charge my phone, pulled off the interstate, and here I was. I was disappointed in the menu, especially as a veg eater. I got a coffee, a side egg and a side of fruit and holy moly. I'd have been better off ordering an actual meal for the price. I was happy the waitress was willing to let me use an outlet and seated me where there was one nearby, but this visit has me realize I am not a fan of Dennys.
