Chandler is about a 40 minute drive for us, that's how much I like schnitzel. Basically what they are calling breaded pork tenderloin is to me a pork schnitzel - it's thin and large enough to qualify for the European culture label. The theme of the place is the Hoosiers sports team, but we weren't there for sports. The service was friendly and prompt, and the cashier noted how popular the item has been since the social media shoutout. My wife got the chicken fried steak and absolutely loved it, said it was one of the best she's ever had and would be willing to go back and get it again. My son and I got the breaded pork sandwich. Now sandwich is a subjective term because what they served us is a giant piece of pork schnitzel, seemed almost 12' in diameter, on a kaiser bun which looked absolutely tiny on the meat. It was kinda funny. So I took the streak knife and cut around the bun. This created a nice schnitzel sandwich, AND you get a giant piece of schnitzel too. It was pretty much everything I had hoped for. Perfectly breaded, perfectly tenderized and thin, perfectly fried. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. It was amazing. I also got the potato salad as a side and it was very tasty. So big thumbs up for this place, we will definitely be going back and I will be getting the pork schnitzel without question.
