I said, "Thank you," and walked away. I completely understand that working with the public can be challenging, and everyone has bad days. This was an easy casino to access both from downtown Carson City and it was easy to get back on the main highway. While all of the Reno/Carson City casinos seemed pretty similar to me, I appreciated this one due to the non-smoking area. During my four days in the area, I experienced many casinos, and I couldn't get away from the smoke smell in most of them. In this casino, there is a well-ventilated non-smoking area just to the right side of the front door. I popped in there and would have felt comfortable for a good period of time without being bothered by smoke. For those who enjoy gambling and may be affected by smoke, I highly recommend that you visit Fandango and see if you enjoy the experience as much as I did.
