Horrible service! I have been there twice, and both times I got terrible service. I ordered online and my order was not ready when I arrived to pick up. I waited 20 min only to find out that they did not send my order to the kitchen so it was not even started yet. I explained to the cashier/waiter that I was on my lunch break and could not wait any longer. He said it would take about 10 more minutes or if I wanted a refund it would take 24 hrs to be credited. I told him I would send someone else to pick up in 10 min because I had to go back to work. He calld me 5 min later to tell me that they don't have salad for my order. A waste of time!! I am extremely upset with the treatment I received today. My cousin and I (party of 2) had to wait for a party of 6 to get served that came and ordered after us. They did not give any condiments and when I asked it took 10 minutes to get them. The manager then insulted us by stating that he does not EBT, but I don't have EBT, trying to figure if he is inferring that just because I am Black that I have EBT. Oh man...this is the first and only Denny's that I know that has a damn mini club! hahahaha! WOW....this particular Denny's mostly has older black folks hanging out as if this was a "Hughes Brothers" movie scene, it's pretty damn interesting! Aside from all that, this Denny's is no different from the rest of them. How can I define horrible? Let me count the ways. I don't understand how an establishment that isn't busy be so slow in service. For some reason the servers seemed quite hasty in their overall approach of customer service. We basically were told by the hostess to "Go sit at the table over there." She didn't even point towards the table. Then as we sat, I ended up having to go get our menus. Next we were offered drinks, but the waitress seemed irritated that she had to offer anything to us. Finally we ordered our food and waited for 10 minutes to eat. We never saw our server again. I realize that Dennys isn't an upper echelon restaurant but I've been to locations that attempt to treat their customers with more care. We came here to grab a light breakfast only because we were getting a car washed. Not sure who is in charge of training and development at this place but there's a definite need for an assessment. Customer service is imperative regardless of the place. When you're in business and you have employees representing your brand, you should ensure that they do so effectively. Writing this review as I'm sitting at the table waiting for my waitress to take everyone who just sat down's order (after she's taken ours 1st) but has not turned in our order....now she's going to fill the drink orders first, still before the food orders...::sigh:: guess I'll wait.....update you on the rest in a bit. (So far I'm not happy about it) Our food was brought out in a timely manner however, no one came to check back on us. Also when the waitress brought out the hot chocolate it had whipped cream (Which we asked for) but chocolate on top of that. So my aunt asks, does it always come with chocolate at top because I never get any. The waitress actually responded with a blatant lie and said YES!! So the other waitress came and clarified that they do not put chocolate on top, and she took it back and gave her a new one. There was a whole lot more that was wrong with this visit but at this point, it's worthless to even go on. The woman who was running the food and drinks was SO UNPROFESSIONAL it was unbelievable. Kind of bizarre experience tonight at this location. Me and my boyfriend walk in to get dinner before going out, and the im greeted with weird looks (I am dressed up but nothing insane or crazy). Once we're seated a waitress with red hair confronts us, my boyfriend gets a smoothie and I got a water, when they came she puts down both waters and when I go to grab one she pushed the other towards me and says "no, this one is yours" immediate red flags. Why is this water specially mine? She reiterated that that specific water was mine before taking the order. I got a byo burger with a few toppings, one topping being sautéed mushrooms. The burger came and the mushrooms were raw, I didn't say anything because the waitress' attitude was bad and I didn't want to make her upset. She came to check up on us and visibly got upset seeing me drink my boyfriend's water (neither of us felt comfortable drink the one that was 'mine') and gave me a pretty bad stank face. Stopped in for breakfast while waiting on my car to get new tires around the corner. Very busy location, service wasn't the best considering the amount of traffic the location gets. Food is made to order and comes out hot, if the waiter doesn't leave it in the window to long. This is the only location that I know about that has a bar attached to it. My server has a great attitude, and there were no delays in receiving my order. The customer service is not the best. I was just here to grab late night to go food. Upon arrival there are 2 waitresses who are literally holding up the wall as I wait behind 2 customers who seem to be standing in line for a to go order as well. Now I'm not a waitress, but if I was standing there and saw someone standing behind 2 people, I would at least ask hey are you here for to go or should I seat you? And if to go, I would say okay let me grab you a menu while you wait. Well I didn't get any of that here. Just 2 waitresses staring at me as I stood there with no menu. Today I brought my family, whom are visiting from out of town to Denny's for breakfast. Now normally I have a wonderful experience however today EVERYTHING has been wrong. We waited Alamo an hour to receive COLD FOOD. Literally all the food was cold, I spoke with a manager to get the food re-made and they tried to reheat the cold dishes or not heat them and a served them on new plate. Are you f'ing kidding me. So not only are you going to bring everything to the table cold but then replace the cold food and pass it off as fresh food. Get the he'll out of here. Three times a charm...hopefully! I had an awful experience when I placed an order from this restaurant for their online menu "The Meltdown". They failed to accommodate my request to substitute their regular french fries for the seasoned french fries so instead of having it delivered by my doordash driver they wanted me to come down to pay for them to upgrade some fries I won't be ordering here again in the future because the other Denny's locations were accommodating to my request for seasoned fries. I was about to just cancel the order because of your negligence then they would've never gotten any compensation from me instead they were just throw the food out the trash anyway. They should at least consider editing their menu so they can have that season fries as an option and charge whatever they want to upcharge instead of having to customer come down to pay for it. read more

WAITRESS WANTED A PROBLEM WITH MY ELDERLY MOM! CURSED AT HER NOT KID FRIENDLY!!!!!! I come to this dennys often, but this has to be the worst experience ever. Morning/lunch shift is beautifully trained and good with satisfying the customers. I can say the exact opposite of the night shift. I went on a Friday night with my family of 10. We went and sat down and when our food was served we started to smell cigarette coming from the bar area. I do not appreciate the heavy smell of cigarette when I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have asthma. I brought this problem to the managers attention, which came out to be a "no we do not allow smoking" even though my aunt went over and peeped her head in the bar area and she saw them smoking. After a couple minutes of the cigarette smell, the bar area started to blast music to the point where I couldnt talk to my grandma who was sitting right next to me. We asked to close the doors, and they did but another waitress came and slammed them open, and rolled her eyes. After the second time we asked them to lower the music, they did but for about 2 minutes then they raised the volume again. The third time we asked again and it was getting really upsetting because my grandma has hearing aid, they ignored us. ONE OF THE WAITRESSES WAS STARING AT MY MOM, AND MY AUNT SAID "is their a problem?" AND SHE SAID "Yes there F***** IS" AND ROLLED HER EYES. We then said we wanted to leave and not pay for the food (which was hardly even touched) and the manager (tall black man) yelled at us that we couldnt do that. We started saying we were going to leave when they finally offered us seats at the other side of the restaurant. I asked if we would fit and they said yes, when we got there the high table was in my aunts face the whole time while eating, and my mother was halfways in the kitchen area. I then asked for the OWNERS number, not the manager because I knew he would give me his own number, and he looked at me and walked away. I honestly cant believe how bad of an experience this was when I come here so often and always enjoy the experience in the day. Unfortunately I will be contacting corporate dennys and BBB. I was not impressed with this Denny's, when I first walked end to see where my party was I wasn't greeted by anyone. I had to approach the waiter to ask where the area #bar was located he wasn't at all cordial was very cold. I went to the ladies room the bathroom wasn't clean it lacked toilet paper told the bus boy he gave me a silly look and said he didn't know what to do. I ordered a Bourbon Bacon Burger, instead of bourbon sauce I requested mustard was told by Jan that he wouldn't put mustard on my burger also the fries were cold had to send them back. Jan is a asset to Denny's she showed professionalism and grace how she took care of me. I give Jan five stars. Not sure if I will return to this Denny's in the future. read more

I thought I would take advantage of the free delivery promo so I placed an order for delivery yesterday 10/9/19. It came 20 minutes later than estimated and was cold. I am not even 10 minutes away...why? Then...what I ordered according to the online menu and what I received were not the same. See the pictures attached. I would never pay over 10.00 for the sandwich I received. I'm surprised it even left your store looking like that?! When I called and spoke to your manager Antonio, he didn't seem concerned. I told him my concern and also the turkey was grilled and it doesn't show it in the picture online. He said it does come grilled and he isn't sure if it's on the description. Well from what I can see on the description, it isn't and I wasn't given an option.  I am very disappointed in the quality of the product, the lack of concern and the delivery time.
