OK, so I've tried there breakfast burritos here before a few times and they were all amazing. This was my first time coming here for dinner. So I tried the Nashville hot chick sandwich and the chili cheese, tater tots. They were both delicious. I'll definitely be coming back to try it again.. I just called placed my order and picked it up got home and it was nicely packaged and still warm .

Hipster vibe. Large food portions. Friendly service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great lunch or breakfast spot when on the run.

Customer service 0/10 Ambiance 0/10 Food 0/10 Placed a pickup order at 8:30, got a notification my order was ready at 8:54 . Upon getting to the restaurant i was greeted rudely by a red headed/ ginger haired associate . She had an attitude before even assisting me . Told me my order was still being worked on because they were behind on a catering order . If my order wasn't ready it shouldn't have been pressed as complete in the system. After waiting over an hour and a half my food was ready. Staff are talking and laughing in the back while there is a line out the door for pickup orders/ doordash etc. customer service at this location is poor beyond compare . Owner of the establishment was there not once did he come out to apologize for the delays or even greet anyone . Staff didn't apologize for the inconvenience or thank everyone for waiting patiently for bad service at the least. Will not return and wouldn't recommend. After waiting the hour and a half food was cold and wrong .

Second visit to this place and it was delicious. If you can wait and have a late afternoon lunch/early dinner, the place is not busy and the service is quick! My dairy-free husband got his questions answered so he could have a pain-free meal. Clean dining room, friendly staff...what's not to like?? Will definitely be back again!

My grandpa is a hot dog enthusiast, so we often visit Dog Haus. Their menu isn't limited to hot dogs. They have sliders, corndogs, and burgers. The chili cheese fries are my personal favorite.

Came here to claim my free breakfast burrito (any kind I wanted) for my birthday. I got the one called Haus. It was good. I was only able to eat half though. It was a lot to eat. The burrito is huge! I also tried the chili cheese fries. Man! The chili has a kick! I ate parts of the fries that had no chili. I couldn't handle it. The fries were nice and crispy by the way. My fiancee had to eat the chili cheese fries since I couldn't handle it.

Went tonight to celebrate national cheeseburger day all by accident. I clicked on an old email about a $5 reward, and the app showed it expired yesterday. I came across the fact that it was national cheeseburger day. I sent it to my husband, and he was 100% down for dog haus, especially since it was BOGO for their haus cheeseburger. We placed an order on the app, and my husband went to go pickup our food. He, excitedly, came home with the burgers. I started eating mine right away because the baby in my belly was hungry lol. Sadly, his burger had onions, and he can't eat them. He went back, and Christian helped him again. He was the one that helped him earlier. Christian was doing everything back there by himself. He was super apologetic and got his burger to him right away. It was perfect the second time around. Thank you, Christian! And thank you, Dog Haus, for a delicious cheeseburger to celebrate tonight!

The food is good, no doubt about it. The cashier suggested to me that I could use the kiosk to look at the menu as well as place an order, so I did. When I ordered my corn dog, it asked what dipping sauce(s) I'd like and listed the cost of each one. So I paid about 49 cents for mustard. I thought that seemed really stingy of them. When we started eating, my friend said he wanted some ranch, so I dug into my purse for some quarters to buy his ranch, but to my surprise, one of the ladies working the counter kindly asked what I needed and just gave it to me. So, if you order at the kiosk you will pay money for dipping sauces. If you order with a human being, your dipping sauces are provided at no extra charge. Got it. Weird. Whole meal costed around $75 (sheeeeesh).

Came in at 8am, the place was fully staffed but they were slammed w large Togo orders boxes of burritos being made. It took almost an hour for us to get our done in order. We weren't in a rush bc we were killing time, worth the wait our food came out hot n fresh

So I sat waiting for order after checking at counter and being told it wasn't ready. 15 minutes later after watching folks go and come, I go back to counter only to told, "oh I didn't see the order" this is not a way to start the new year. I'm not letting folk get on my nerves this year.

First time eating here. Had planned to go elsewhere but it was closed so we decided to give this spot a try. Cute spot. It was empty when we got there but there was a steady stream of orders being picked up. We ordered from our table using a QR code. While waiting for our order we took advantage of the games they had available. My cousin enjoyed the Oahu Chicken and a breakfast Burrito. The chicken sandwich was a 7/10 good flavor but could have used either more sauce or some sort of spice. The burrito was a 7/10 as well and needed more avocado and less salt.

Ask the Community - Dog Haus - Carson

Hi, are your chicken and beef burgers halal?

Yes! Both our chicken and beef are halal.

Is the chicken and beef hot dogs halal certified?

Hi Sadia, our beef dogs are halal certified. We do not carry chicken dogs at the moment, but we do have turkey dogs.

    Do they take cash?

Yes, we take cash, card, and contactless payments such as Apple Pay.

Do they serve breakfast burritos at this location?

Yes we do! We started them 3 weeks ago!

Why are you closed on Mon and Tues now?

    No we are not!

    Are the tater tots vegan?

Hi Katherine, Thanks for asking your question.…

My Buddhist wife is a VERY strict vegan. Doesn't want her veggie patty or v-sausage cooked on a grill shared with meat. Any hope for her? If not, would you sell us uncooked Impossible Burger patties that we could cook at home?

Hi Paul, Thanks for reaching out to us.…

Can I choose "protein style "?

Yes, lettuce instead of bread. Yes you can

So your veggie burger is vegan?

They say the pattie is vegan. However, the King's Hawaiian Rolls are made with butter and eggs.

    Is there vegan option here?

Hi Robin, Thanks for reaching out to us with your question.…

You need to make reservations in advance for a table. It overlooks the track so that was entertainment for the kids. I wouldn't say it is necessarily family friendly, especially small kids, but our kids were fine dining there. They don't have a kids menu but the chef was able to make the kids some simple things they loved - pasta and cheese!! The highlight though was the Porsche shaped butter. That was THE absolute coolest thing ever. It came in a little dish with the bread. My kids and I loved it!!! It was a really nice touch to our meal. The food was really exceptional. One of the best places I've dined in a long time - even including Michelin star restaurants!! The dishes were so beautifully and delicately prepared - we had the octopus appetizer, the homemade pasta dish, the heirloom salad and Ofocurse we couldn't pass dessert! Dessert: if you are a tiramisu lover like me you MUST try the tiramisu-choux. It's a whole different take on this Italian dessert! Overall this place was absolutely INCREDIBLE. From the ambiance, to the service, to the delicious noteworthy mouthwatering food you totally need to come here. I already want to come back next time we visit !!! We got there early so started off with a cocktail. We both tried the 917 Old Fashioned which was delicious and they sear the 917 and Porsche logo which was super fun! They start off with pretzel breads with cute butters shaped like Porsche cars! They do have a couple chairs in front of the host table as well as a bar area. Bathrooms are back towards the host area. For starters, we got the Parker House Rolls, which comes with truffle butter, local citrus honey, and grana padano cheese. These rolls were so fluffy and flavorful. We also ordered the hummus, which was so rich and creamy, and the oysters from the raw bar. For the main, we ordered the Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop, Fish & Chips, and the Wedge salad to share. And let me tell you, that everything was so good. The Smoked & Glazed Pork Chop came with a whole show, where staff would bring out the dish in a smoke-infused glass dome and open the dome when presented on the table so we can smell and see all the smoke. Not only was it beautiful to look at, but it tasted just as beautifully. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the rainbow swiss chard, cheddar grits, candied pecans, and avocado honey helped balance out all the juiciness from the meat. They use haddock fillet for the Fish & Chips, which was fried to perfection. The Wedge Salad is what actually knocked my socks off! This was one of the best wedge salads that I've ever had. It had your key ingredients: iceberg, buttermilk dressing, red onion, crumbled egg, tomato, bacon gastrique, blue cheese, dill, chives - but something about this salad was different! It was so refreshing, flavorful--just everything you want in a dish. We ended the dining experience with their Peach Cobbler Hand Pie, which came with streusel, pistachio crumble, salted caramel, and vanilla ice cream. Can't wait to go back when I'm in the area!

As Alison C. pointed out, "Chinollo is very unique because it's the owner is Cuban born, Peruvian raised and of Chinese heritage, so the menu is a mix of Latin American and Asian fusion." All credits to them for this because the menu makes so much sense in that light. There are 2 different and super convenient ways to order: If you want to talk to someone, you can go up to the cashiers; if you don't want to talk to anyone, there are 2 self-service kiosks. While there is seating indoors, I've always come after work hours and at that time, it seems to be primarily a to-go restaurant. I've been slowly working my way through their Wonder Bowls option - and what I've tried so far are: 0. Base options: Rice, ancient grains (mix of quinoa and other grains), raw greens, garlic noodle, or even a half-half combo of any two options. I agree with Belle C.'s comment about the garlic noodles in that it's "not garlicky enough for me, but maybe it's meant for the white American palate)". Go to any Asian restaurant, Chinese, Indo-Chinese, Viet, and the garlic noodles have tonnes of fragrant & noticeable garlic in it while this simply did not. I like getting rice or ancient grains (for extra fibre) as my base over the greens or garlic noodles. Overall, a great spot with fast & lovely service, healthy & delicious portions of food (enough for two meals for me), and delicious drinks that I recommend especially for to-go orders after work. Also lovely for workers nearby to sit down or get something quick, filing, and tasty! 1. Baja Bowl (GF, RV): Choice of base. Black beans, sweet corn, avocado, cashew-chipotle sauce, pico de gallo. Choice of free-range chicken, organic tofu or pulled pork. For steak add $1. Other choices of protein also available. I love getting this with tofu for an extra dose of fibre from veggies; that sweetness of sweet corn with the salty-creaminess of the black beans go so well with the creamy sauce. 2. Farm Veggie Bowl (V): Vegan. Choice of base. Best of season grilled vegetables, cashew-chipotle sauce, hydro watercress. Add black beans on request. Available: add protein of choice. One of my favourite veggie bowls; I do recommend adding the black beans for more fibre & protein. Such a delicious and filling bowl that's fresh. 3. Chico Cubano (GF, RV): Choice of base. Pulled pork Cuban style, mojo criollo sauce, black beans, red pickled onions, parsley, sweet plantains. other choices of proteins available. This is my absolute favourite dish specifically because of the black beans; I enjoy it so much that I've been asking for a side of them as well. It's a heft portion of pulled pork as well and 3 chunky plantains cooked to perfection. I do there was little bit more of the picked onions to cut through the fatty pork as well as the mojo criollo sauce, but other than that, if you get a bite of everything, it's delicious. 4. Saltado Peruano (GF, RV): Choice of base. Sauteed onion, tomatoes, huacatay sauce, aji panca, cilantro, potato fries. Choice of free-range chicken or tofu. For steak, add $1. Other choices of protein also available. The huacatay with the steak, onions, and tomatoes is so fresh and filling; I like to dip the potatoes in the aji panca after a few bites of everything else. The potatoes are a thick cut, so it can become a tough bite at times. Pro-tip: Eat this one right away as the potatoes can get soggy pretty quickly. I do wish they gave more aji, but other than that, a delicious dish, especially with steak (which I prefered over chicken or tofu). 5. El Koreano (GF, RV): Choice of base. Grilled certified angus steak, baby bok choy, cucumber, gochujang, house kimchi, sweet umami glaze. Other choices of protein also available. I've had this, but I can't say it's my favourite; I would personally go get banchan from a Korean restaurant and enjoy that as a "bowl" than this. There's something about the house kimchi that I don't enjoy as much as I do from Korean establishments. My real complaint isn't about the food, but the to-go container; since it's not plastic, it gets soggy very quickly and loses shape from all the food in the container, causing it to scrape into the food when I use a spoon or fork to eat. My go-to drink is the Zingy; the blend of tartiness from the lemon, the bright punch from the ginger, and Its ingredients are: Fresh ginger, lemon, mint, pineapple, cayenne pepper, raw organic sugar, sparkling water. My partner likes the honey lemonade, especially because you can adjust the sweetness, and actually taste the honey. Its got freshly squeezed lemon, raw organic honey, organic raw sugar.

You could tell seaweed salad was frozen as it was still icy in the bowl, but the day was so hot (they didn't have AC on inside) that by the time I was halfway through my meal it had warmed to the perfect temperature. Overall a great place that seems well loved by customers!

This place popped up, and it was happy hour. So we thought why not. We got lucky and found parking close (rare for that street). And walked over and immediately loved the vibe. We walked in and were greeted immediately, and then brought upstairs. The decor on the way up was awesome. The old school nature, with paintings and abstract vintage pieces.. love. It felt like we were in an old industrial building. We were surprised that it was pretty empty when we got up there. We sat at the bar, and love the decor upstairs too. There's a view of the street from up there as well that's beautiful. The bartender greeted us fairly quickly, and we each ordered a speciality cocktail on their happy hour. Both were delicious. I will say that the prices are a bit steep for me. Very glad we came during the happy hour. But really want to return to try the food and more drinks. Maybe on a special date night out!

One of the women (I missed her name but I believe her birthday is today) working there helped me find seating for my party. She was gracious enough even with there being little to no wiggle room- so shout out to her. Our servers were great, appetizers came out hot and delicious. I think we ordered 4 rounds of Brussels sprouts Drinks were tasty- highly recommend the espresso martini with a side of vanilla ice cream. Overall had a great time and appreciate the customer service!

The indoor and outdoor seating areas are very spacious, which is a plus for me. Even though it was moderately busy the night we went, the outdoor area still felt spacious enough to offer an intimate vibe while we enjoyed our drinks. The service was nice; the staff were attentive and friendly. You pay at the counter for your drinks and take them back to your seat, just like at a standard bar. I'm not sure if I should be relieved that I didn't order any food that day after reading some reviews. I've seen some people complain about sanitary measures and the temperature/quality of the food here. Hmm... next time I stop by, I'll probably just grab drinks and then head over to In-N-Out lol. On another note, the drinks were good! I forgot which IPA I had, but it was nice. My boyfriend went for his usual michelada, which he enjoyed. Overall, SoCal Vibes is a laid-back, industrial-style brewery that offers a spacious, dog-friendly outdoor seating area. For that reason alone, I'll probably be back soon. I'd recommend this spot to anyone in the area looking for a chill place to grab drinks. Cheers!
