The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was $12 and consisted of 3 small shrimp, one of which was missing bacon. We each paid $35 for the scallop dinner, which was LITERALLY 4 small scallops on top of some type of purée that was so sparse it was barely there, with two cherry tomatoes cut in half. The service was terrible, the manager kept telling everyone it was his last night as he scurried around trying to make up for the understaffed Friday night. We won't ever do this again. read more

Stayed at the hotel previously but didn't get to eat here. Made it a point to try it this time and I'm happy I did. Crab cakes were a little small but the salmo dish I had as an entree was a good sized portion. It took longer than it should have to get seated since the place was empty but the service once seated was excellent. I even had dessert which is rare for me. Ill definitely eat here again next time I stay at the hotel. read more

Nice place with a classy atmosphere. We tried the deserts my wife picked the S'mores cake while I tried the Strawberry Short Cake. My wife's cake was smoking hot but short on chocolate. My Strawberry short cake was ok. The staff was nice it was a very cool with Elvis songs playing in background. read more

I am a restaurant snob and was not expecting much from this hotel restaurant but boy was I wrong. The New York strip was divine, the fried okra was the real deal, delicious tomato bisque, really outstanding. The sauces were spot on too. Would eat here any time. Don't be fooled by the simple menu, it is executed with real care. Stephanie our waitress was as nice and courteous as they come. Will eat here each day of my visit. read more

We only had breakfast, so that's all I can offer a review on. Most breakfast meals were priced around $12-$16. The Buffet was $16.95, so for the price, we felt the buffet was a better offer. The food was exactly what you would expect from a hotel breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs, breads, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, biscuits and gravy. The buffet menu also states "Omelets to made to order.". We assumed, as we've experienced at other hotels, there is an omelet station. We made a plate and wanted to ask our server about an omelet. She was nowhere to be found Never checked on us until it was time to drop the bill. I asked, and she said that we had to order the omelet through her. So nice of her to tell us when we ordered the buffet. Glad she went the extra mile to take care of us. *sarcasm* This was a general theme of all the waitstaff we encountered at the hotel. Take an order (very unenthusiastically), drop food, bring bill. That is it. Skip the breakfast here. read more

We were staying at the Guest House and after a long day at Graceland we just didn't want to leave the hotel. Big mistake. The menu only had 3 entrees, 3 appetizers, and 3 desserts. The bread plate had 2 rolls from the freezer and 2 pieces of corn bread. Corn bread was good. I ordered the fried chicken "aka Dried Chicken" which came with macaroni pasta and runny cheese sauce. My husband ordered the salmon which was good. Service was ok. read more

If you have plenty of time and no where to go -would recommend. They are horribly SLOW and FORGETFUL. Honestly VERY disappointed. Hopefully they can improve on their time management or have more waitresses/waiters read more

Family dinner was great, our server Candice made it a dinner to remember with her joyful personality! Food was amazing and so was the dessert! We will be back to see Candice! read more

Ouch, this place is a lame excuse of a restaurant. Wow...... how can you mess up breakfast, funny you should ask..... Service was so bad I thought I was waiting in line at the DMV.....or post office....kids had buffet, they could not find an edible thing. Cheerios is what they ended up eating. Eggs Benedict - the biscuits was older than Elvis. Not even a runny egg yolk could make that biscuit palatable. The taste police should be out there checking in on this atrocity. read more

Disappointing for EP signature hotel restaurant fare...both EP Grill and Deltas overall are disappointing I regret to say...I live and work in Memphis...I have eateh at EP Grill several times...(also in the hotel) this should be an exceptional experience food wise but isnt...i guess because they have a captive audience from Graceland...Now the details, I had a guest who flew in to visit...after being picked up from the airport, we ate breakfast there last Tuesday, options are either from the menu or buffet- (i like having the choice there ) - ( the buffet is $20.00 +) we ate off the menu...food arrived luke warm...not a good temp for eggs and toast selections- soft poached eggs arrived hard, had to send them back, eggs came back a second time better but not soft, toast wasnt "marbled" rye as advertised, lots of bacon and the coffee was good. Service started out slow and curt, possibly because i asked a lot of questions about the menu prep and sent food back that wasnt cooked to my order request... but picked up and became friendlier closer to the time we were getting ready to leave...overall, this place, Deltas, missed it on all levels for me...and although convenient...i doubt i would give it a repeat performance OR any type of applause...nor would Elvis I would be willing to bet. read more

Service at breakfast was incredibly slow and inattentive today! One of us ordered from the menu while the others chose the buffet. The menu order took forever! The others were long since done when it arrived. Neither coffee nor water was ever refilled during the meal. We practically had to beg to get any service. Won't be back to this lackluster restaurant anytime soon, or ever, probably. If you go, just assume you need to do everything yourself. That will be a good assumption. Nobody will help you. read more

So far, so bad. It's Easter morning and we have brunch reservations at 11. It's currently 11:09, the doors are locked, someone is loudly vacuuming the hall, and you can see workers frantically circling the dining room. Will update once inside. read more

We chef our the guesthouse at Graceland and enjoyed a delicious dinner at delta's kitchen. The service was excellent. Our server, April, could not have been more attentive and engaging. She was poised, well spoken, and had a wonderful smile. I started with the watermelon salad which was excellent . My dining partner had the fig salad. I couldn't help but snag a bite. The burrata on the salad was amazing. the salads were each big enough to be a meal in and of themselves. However, we decided to indulge and each ordered the salmon which was perfectly cooked. My pet peeve is over cooked salmon . Thankfully, the chef and delta kitchen delivered perfectly cooked salmon and I was very pleased. Both myself and my dining partner very much enjoyed our meals and look forward to returning. read more

While staying at the Guest House, we ate breakfast here for three mornings. Although pricey (about $20 per person), we ate here because it was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food items such as oatmeal, grits, cereal, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. Juice and coffee are included. Our family are small eaters but if you have a hearty appetite, it should be worth the price. Service was excellent. read more

The service is friendly but extremely slow! The portion of food is not worth the price. We waited 10 minutes just to give us water, 20 more minutes for our food and 30 minutes for desert and they were not busy at all. Also we never received biscuits while we waited. The food was good but not worth the price or the wait. So unless you have a lot to talk about I'd go somewhere else read more

I'm not sure they know what they are doing for breakfast here. Ordered the buffet with an egg omelette. The waitress forgot to order my omelette and after waiting about 20 minutes I asked her to check on it. Another 15 min wait so I decided to eat more buffet food and they didn't restock the food. I asked for some bread and they never came back. Very poorly managed. Staff needs training. read more

We had breakfast here purely out of convenience. We were staying at the hotel and had an early tour scheduled for Graceland. The buffet is $22 a piece - this is not posted anywhere and we were not offered a menu. I doubt we each ate $5 worth of food. Unless you are eating here for free, save your money! read more

Food had flavor, but there were many things wrong for the price. 1. 5 minute wait before we were greeted 2. Water no ice 3. Ordered gin and tonic, no gin and no ice. He did correct this 4. All meals that came out took forever and they were not busy at all. 5. All meals that came out were cold or mildly heated at best. 6. Service was lacking 7. Watched people sit themselves as they were not greeted by the host/Hostess For the $240 bill I expect better. Will never eat here again and advise others not to either. We wanted to enjoy a good meal and not have to drive anywhere after a 7 hour drive. We should have found a local bbq joint instead. read more

Service is absolutely horrific - was seated at a buffet for five minutes asked multiple people for a simple thing - silverware and each person walking by said our server would be right out... sad to see this quality service at what is said to be a good property to stay at read more

Menu writer deserves 5 stars, food in the restaurant 1-2 stars tops. My wife had the shrimp risotto, "colossal tiger prawns" blah blah. From what I see in the grocery store, these babies were small to medium at best. Because I wasn't that hungry, I ordered a small plate "locally braised quail". Quail was a minuscule portion and what meat I could find on the bone was dry. Service was horrible even though restaurant wasn't busy, obtaining a cocktail was nearly impossible, and the pricing was expensive. A resort of this caliber should do better. I should have come to the lobby at 10:00 for the PB & J instead of dining at Deltas Kitchen. read more

Five star service - Demetrius was amazing! Attentive & friendly - he was absolutely fantastic! Unfortunately, food was subpar, especially for prices. I ordered the ribeye ($40) with broccolini (for an extra $5 per the menu). I received a ribeye with undercooked broccoli (not broccolini). Steak was good, cooked as requested, but nothing above average. The chive biscuits were a delicious guilty pleasure - similar to Red Lobster biscuits. Wine selection was very good, prices were a tad high ($9-12 avg). Actually had to get a courtesy refill on wine bc of a fruit fly incident - there was a strange amount of fruit flies hovering around my plates during the meal. Tried the molten chocolate cake at my server's recommendation - it was good - very rich & too big for one person! Overall, it was a nice evening meal, but I don't think it's anything above your standard chain restaurant (Longhorns, TGIFridays, etc.). Hotel bills as a 'fine dining' restaurant, and while the decor is lovely, and the menu & service suggest fine dining, the food does not. It has a lot of potential, but on a slow night, doesn't seem like the kitchen tries very hard for the prices. If you try it, ask for Demetrius. You won't be sorry! read more

Demetrius was FANTASTIC. Extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, as well as helpful and accommodating. The three of us ordered steaks and the oyster starter, and they were all incredible. Demetrius recommended the oysters, and they did NOT disappoint! The food was great, but the real treasure was the waiter. If you're lucky enough to get him as your waiter, take the time to actually talk to him; he's creative and wise beyond his years. Thanks for making our night, Demetrius! read more

I was looking forward to trying this place. Four of us went. The hostess seated us. After that nobody came to say "hello", fill our water glasses, nothing. I even waved over a waitress who was working a different table. She just smiled and went the other way. After twenty minutes of never seeing our server, we left. Completely unacceptable at a fine dining restaurant. read more

I honestly wish you can rate negative. This food place is supposed to be nice. We are still here. It's been an hour and a half to still just get our drinks and appetizer. My husband and I had the breakfast buffet. It was "ok" at best. The sausage gravy was very disappointing. They do have made to order eggs and omelets - but my husband's eggs that he ordered over medium had runny WHITES - just gross! The service was even worse. I had to ask THREE different people for silverware!! The ladies at the table next to us said they had the same problem. They finally got them themselves (inside a cabinet behind the buffet!). If they had been in plain view - I would have done that too! Why would you serve food and not bring silverware?!? They also brought coffee and no cream! By the time I got cream, my coffee was cold! Do yourself a favor and skip breakfast here!! read more

I wish I could rate this with no stars. That's how awful it was. We were staying at the Guest House for the weekend and chose to eat dinner at Delta's Kitchen on our night of check in. There was hardly anyone in there, that should have been a clue. We waited at least 10-15 minutes before a hostess even appeared to seat us, again they weren't busy, there were maybe 3 tables of people in the whole place. After being seated it took forever to have our order taken, both of us ordered the filet for $35 and the smashed potatoes, mind you everything is al a carte. It took forever for us to get our food and the waiter didn't even come back to check on us. Our medium ordered filets were burnt. I'm talking black crusty charred burnt. I waited for the server to come back but since he didn't do so in a reasonable time frame, I attempted to cut the burnt side off and eat the steak. I couldn't chew it. My husband was starving but some how managed to choke his down. It was so bad that there was a couple seated next to us shortly after we arrived who I could hear complaining about the service and their food upon receiving it too. They actually got their food before us even though they got there after us. They even started laughing when our food came out and started a conversation with us about how horrible the whole experience was. When the finally did come back all he did was pick up my full plate, I had pushed to the other side of the table, and put it on his serving tray. He proceeded to discuss dessert when I pointed out to him that my steak was burnt and I couldn't even eat it. He said oh it sure is I'm so sorry it's my fault for not coming back to check on you. My husband informed him that even though he ate more than half of his 7 oz burnt up steak it was only because he was starving. The waiter left saying he would see what he could do and came back wanting yo give us the $6 smashed potatoes for free for the trouble. When he asked if that was okay I said no I don't think I should have to pay $35 for something I couldn't eat. In the end, they took off my steak and I left hungry. We will never go back to this restaurant. read more
