My husband and I ate here after our 3 hour flight. Service was quick and friendly. Get bottle water from here not the water from the pitcher, it had a salt taste! I got the Elvis burger which was two deep fried patties with a Jerry jam and cheese and my husband got the delta burger. I believe that was like a regular burger. Both very filling. The fries were yummy. We had the fried pb and j for dessert. A cute Elvis place! read more

Late-night bites, Elvis vibes, and a morning-after coffee moment Can we talk about how ridiculously good the queso was... because wow ‍ Crispy chicken strips, golden fries, unreal queso, and the best bartender keeping the vibes high while we camped out watching the Bears game EP's Bar & Grill at The Guest House at Graceland ended up being the perfect pit stop on our way to Texas--great food, great energy, perfect service the kind you just want to metro talking to, and a little Elvis magic in the background And of course, we wrapped it all up the next morning with those iconic good morning coffees before checking out Honestly... 10/10 stop, no notes. read more

Perfect service!!! Very good ribeye steak and french fries $44. The dip served with the steak was disgusting, but it was in a separate container so it was easily pushed to the side. I got the fried peanutbutter and jelly sandwich to go and took it back to my room. I wasn't impressed. I asked the waitress which dessert was her favorite. The fried peanut butter and jelly was the only one she had tried. She said it was good. I really think you should have the servers try all the food so they can give educated recommendations. read more

Excellent food, service is amazing. Great place to gather with friends and family while staying at the Guest House

My wife and I came in for an early Friday dinner and we both got the salmon BLT, which was solid, it was hot, tasty and filling. The fries were cooked perfectly too. Our service was fantastic and their sweet tea hit the spot for sure $18 no complaints. read more

EP's was the easiest place for dinner for us when we arrived at around 6pm on a Thursday. We didn't feel like going back out since it was so cold so we stopped in and waited about 10 minutes for a table. Their menu is basic standard American bar fare - like flatbreads, burgers, some sandwiches, salads, dips and chips, etc. We went with the Rotel cheese dip bc hubs had never had it. It was really really good. Nothing special, but great. They bring you a TON of chips and they're warm and toasty. I ordered the Cobb salad and added Salmon. I shouldn't have. First of all, it's an excellent size on its own and comes with a generous portion of bacon. Second, the Salmon wasn't fresh at all - which I should've known since we're in Memphis. It tasted metallic and was gross. Large portion for $12 but made the salad $28 and it was not worth that. Without the salmon, the salad was amazing with a delicious cucumber ranch and fresh veggies. My husband loves pizza and flatbread so he ordered the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread and he hated it. It was smothered in sauces and had a nice amount of blue cheese on it but was also the dark meat chicken which he doesn't like, and the bread wasn't cooked all the way although it took over 40 minutes to get the food. Service was an absolute 11. Our server - Leticia I think... was a sweetheart. A real gem. She took good care of us, was funny and sweet, and happy to discuss the menu with us. To finish we had the Banana Chocolate Cake and it is LEGIT. If you get nothing else, try it. Very little banana flavor, it's a fresh, moist chocolate cake with chocolate chips in it and the icing is lightly flavored like banana. NOMS! Solid 3.5 but don't order fish! Ha. read more

It's super convenient, being in the lobby of the guesthouse, but this place is really good. We got the Rotel dip and chips as an appetizer, and it was super yummy. The chips were warm and crispy, and the queso was topped with pico and seasoned ground beef, which was super good. I had the fish tacos this time, and they were very delicious. The catfish was crispy, I liked the slaw and the sauce. My dad got Delta's Burger but with gluten free bread, and this is the second time he's ordered it. He's liked it both times, juicy burger and yummy overall. The ambiance is good and friendly, the servers are nice. read more

Super convenient restaurant in the Guesthouse at Graceland hotel. Service is a little slow but our servers were kind and attentive. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Plenty of seating options, with tables, booths, and the bar. Great prices ($12-$15/ item) for a hotel restaurant, I was honestly impressed. Absolutely loved the fried chicken sandwich with South Memphis heat. Chicken was coated for fry but was more likely grilled. Nonetheless still cooked to perfection. The South Memphis heat really brought the flavor. Wasn't hot but flavor made the difference. Fries were crispy as well. Great place to grab a bite! read more

I've eaten here several times during my many trips to Graceland. Most recently, we ate here for dinner before going to the theater inside the hotel to watch that night's Elvis concert/documentary playing. I say that, because we had to be there by 7:00 for the show, so we arrived at EP's at 6:00. I had forgotten how slow the service is, so that's on us - we should have arrived at 5:30 or earlier in order to make the 7 pm show. I remembered when it took awhile for the server to greet us and take our order. We ordered drinks from the bar and 2 appetizers as our meals. I also requested some water with the drinks and the server said, "of course!" Several minutes later, we received our appetizers from a different server, then a couple of minutes later the drinks from yet another server. It was like our original server just disappeared. Near the end of our meal, she quickly walked by and checked on us without stopping, but I reminded her of the water. We got the water after we had finished. Then it took forever to get our check... by 7:05 (already late for the show), I was scanning the room for her. I found her at the bar and just took my card and check to her to ask if she could run it. She was so kind and apologetic, so I'm not angry. Now, the food is always outstanding - the flatbread pizzas are great, the salad is good, and the guacamole dip was wonderful. The Blue Hawaiian drink was especially good and I don't really care for alcoholic drinks. I think the pineapple juice covers most of the alcohol. It's such a good place to eat and if you're staying at The Guesthouse and don't feel like getting out, it's the ticket for sure. Just be sure to allow for plenty of time when eating here. read more

Good restaurant but the service is terrible. Nice folks but they just don't get it. This restaurant is in The Guest House at Graceland. I'm surprised that management doesn't keep an eye on their service. The more expensive restaurant at the hotel, Delta's Kitchen, also had poor service. My grilled cheese was good but it's like a big fried bomb. Interesting way to make it. Salad with salmon was very good according to our friend that had it. My wife enjoyed her flatbread pizza. read more

Food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. A lot of options to choose between which was nice for our group of 15.

We had dinner at the EP Bar and Grill our first night and the restaurant manager was serving wine to the table next to us. She spilled wine everywhere and it went all over my husband's legs, my purse, all under our table. The manager said a quick sorry and continued to assist the table next to us while we sat their sticky and then had to deal with a smelly floor cleaner mop that was mopping all around us while we tried to eat. It was disgusting. I expected to be offered a new table and a little more courtesy for the mess that she caused, but the manager kept her attention on the other table and we had to endure the cleaner smell while trying to eat. We both had salad and I could not eat after losing my appetite with the floor cleaner odor. I will add that our server Joy was very sweet but the experience was subpar. The 3 star rating is being given due to the convenience of location and late hours of operation. I want to give a shout out to the peach cobbler which was very good but was also very expensive at $10 for a small cup. Taxes: We ordered 2 salads, one wine. one soda and one cobbler and our bill totaled $77 ( with tip). What we did not realize was that there were 3 separate taxes added to bill that totaled almost $10. read more

They're unprofessional, not prepared & rude-- sat 3 kids at 8pm -- told them we wanted ice cream only. Brought over menus and crayons. And then the manager said they "don't have any ice cream... they ran out!". Had 3 crying kids 8 and under. Not even a bit of remorse or care. Didn't try to offer cookies or anything. Did not care! NOT family friendly. read more

We were here in Guest House of Graceland and looking for place to eat. We found 2 options. This or more fancy place to eat was only place eat. We ordered fish taco and margaritas flatbread what we got was buffalo flatbread with fish strips with fries. I asked them they made a mistake with one dish since it did not look like tacos and sure enough they replaced that with fish tacos that we ordered. I also realized after dinner that when I referred back in the picture in Yelp and realized that we did not get margaritas flatbread we ordered. Buffalo chicken I think we got was dripping with tabasco sauce that we did not care for. I am given 3 stars for mistakes made with our orders completely. Fish taco was good however. I was kinda disappointed with mistakes made with our order, but I would not avoid this place. read more

My daughter and I dined at EP's Bar & Grill in early summer 2023. We were staying at the hotel, so EP's Bar and Grill was convenient. I remember enjoying my meal, but I don't recall anything standing out . Likewise, I enjoyed atmosphere, but there seemed to be too few servers to handle the crowd. I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't bother me to wait. However, had I been pressed for time I would have been concerned with the length of time it took for the server to greet my daughter and me, take our order, and deliver our food. Overall, I would recommend dining at EP's, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. read more

This place is really bad. I saw the reviews but when you are staying in the hotel, there are not a lot of nearby options. We stopped in for drinks and food with some friends. Service is really slow. If you are seated in the bar area, which is difficult to distinguish from the non bar area, you have to go up to the bar to order. No one comes to you table in spite of the fact that there are at least five servers right next to the bar hanging out and eating chips, talking and laughing with each other or just standing there with their face buried in their phones. They had a single bartender and she was struggling to keep up because it was very busy. I don't blame her but I do blame management for their server model and understaffing. The food is awful. We had the bbq nachos which weren't disgusting but it basically tortilla chips from a bag topped with that cheese sauce that come in a bag for convenience store nachos, some pulled pork, jalapeños and then what tasted like a very popular brand of bbq sauce. The big issue was they were barely warm. We also ordered a fried chicken sandwich which is actually grilled, fish tacos, wings and the jumbo Vernon pulled pork sandwich. The fried (grilled) chicken sandwich was just dry as a bone and looked awful. However, that wasn't the worst dish. That honor goes to the wings. These wings were not fried but I think baked. I say baked hoping that is what they did but honestly, I would wager they had been microwaved. Absolutely unappetizing and unappealing visually, they tasted worse. No seasoning at all. So, for $15 we got 3 chicken wings stacked on a nasty looking piece of buttered bread. A friend had the fish tacos and he said he was surprised but they were actually good. He said it was the sauce that was the best part. In fact he said they could leave the fish off and call them cabbage tacos as long as they left the sauce on there and they would still be good. What about the jumbo Vernon pork sandwich you ask? Well, it never came out and once the guy put our food in the table, he was gone and no one ever came back to check on us. I got my bill and they had charged me $15 for the Vernon sandwich but the thought of trying to get a corrected bill given the speed of service, I just paid it and left. If you want a drink, they are fine, but I would eat before you get there. read more

Super cute and convenient bar and grill in The guest house. We were seated right away around 8:30pm on a Thursday. The place was busy but not packed at that hour. They were out of several drinks so I had water. My husband ordered a beer, I think it was like $5? We ordered the fried pickles to share and they were delicious! I know, I know....most people have probably tried these. We have not. Until then...they were so freaking food! The sauce that was served with them was so good, I'll be recreating that at home. Although the pickles burnt the crap out of our mouths we didn't complain and it didn't slow us down. Guess we were hungry! We ordered the Memphis burger to share and although it wasn't a standout burger, it wasn't bad at all. We barely touched the shoestring fries but they were especially good when dipped into the sauce from the fried pickles. I loved the guitar shaped basket. Super cute touch! Our server was nice enough and very attentive. The meal wasn't cheap by any means but it wasn't outrageous either. It's to be expected when traveling. There are a lot of taxes though! read more

Are here due to convenience at the Graceland guest house. The service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. The food was average at best. When I asked about some of the dishes on the menu, our server had no recommendations. She didn't come around to pour more water. We had 2 flat bread pizzas. Server asked for cash tip at the end because they can't collect tips from credit card due to the restaurant hiring staff that isn't owned by the hotel, basically a 3rd party company. read more

We were heading into Mississippi on Black Friday. We thought about going to the Peabody but it was hotel guest only that day. We decided to get away from the crowd. We did succeed in that. There were only a handful of customers when every other place was packed. One highlight was that despite having a group of 9, we were able to be seated immediately. The service was really, really bad. I don't think our server spoke any English. When somebody asked a question about an item, she just stood there. My 14 year old niece ordered a virgin pina colada and received one with alcohol. When we called the manager/bartender over, he said that she didn't mention that to him. When the food came out, some people were just skipped because I don't think she understood their order. Despite those issues, the food was all decent and it did come out pretty quickly so I'll give them a second star for that but I don't think we'll be back. read more

I blame poor management and training at this restaurant. The servers and hostess did not know how to properly greet / talk to guests or manage their tables (we noticed other guests having issues with their food / service). Located inside the Guesthouse at Graceland we ate here twice during Elvis week the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is quick/sports bar style with some formal seating. The first time we went I enjoyed the quesadillas which are listed as an appetizer and Rotel/Queso Dip which were phenomenal I crave this food now on a daily basis the second time we went I enjoyed the Presley Burger which was equally phenomenal with a delicious Fried Cheese block and ham on a burger what more could you want. My wife enjoyed the chicken tenders both times and found them delicious. We will be back here for sure. read more

Firstly I wish I'd seen the other reviews here before I decided to go for the convenience (as I'm staying here) instead of getting a taxi into Memphis. To quote another review, "this place is really bad". The positive - the waitress was very friendly. Unfortunately that is where it ends. Drinks served in plastic glasses - no reason why as when you ask if you could have a real glass for your wine, it appears. The guacamole and tortilla chips - whilst the guacamole wasn't that bad (probably the highlight of the whole experience), the tortilla chips were clearly out of a bag. The buffalo sauce chicken wings, only come with buffalo sauce if you ask for them. And as for the quesadilla's - just avoid - greasy tortilla's with tasteless beef and cheese. To finish - save your money - spend 20mins in an taxi and go somewhere much better! read more

OK - it's food when there's no other safe places around.* If you're at Graceland and inside the fence at the hotel, you'll have to eat at this place. The food is OK, nothing exceptional but not bad, and you'll pay a premium for being stranded on an island. If you are visiting, be sure to bring in your $10 parking ticket becuase they will validate it 100%. That makes the $14 turkey burger & fries a bit more palatable. One thing for sure - server John was very attentive. *NOTE - Do not venture out to seek food - maybe OK within a block of Graceland where there's not much anyhow, but beyond that it is a very dangerous area. read more

Well we tried the EP's bar and Grill despite the bad reviews. It was the convenient choice given we stayed at the hotel... Sadly, The bad reviews were spot on. Instead of writing a boring review I will just put the highlights down of pros and cons: Pros Quickly sat down, no waiting The hostess was very friendly The waitress took our order quickly as well That's where it ends... cons: Ordered burger with fries, fries were cold, I mean COLD. Burgers had no sauce even though it was supposed to come with "Elvis" sauce Ordered the "quesadilla" off the appetizer menu. What showed up was three folded corn tortillas stuffed with so much cheese that there was just grease pouring out of them. Instead of a quesadilla, they should've called us three GREASY tacos. They did give good meat portion in the fake quesadilla but man, let me tell you it looked like a microwave frozen item was in the back of the freezer for 10 years.... You could feel the grease squeeze like water into your mouth on every bite. Overpriced bad bar food for sure. Please spare yourselves and go offsite. read more

Food was overpriced for what it was. I'd rather eat at Applebee's or TGIFriday's. It was just....sub-par. We ended up here twice during our stay, once for lunch, and again at night to hang out at the bar. Both times service was awful. When we sat we were greeted, order taken, never see servers or bartenders again unless you wave them down. The waitstaff is simply there for a paycheck, not to provide good customer service. Drinks were alright, but trying to order another drink is a joke. I shouldn't have to ask 3 times to get another drink. My bartender should see my empty glass and ask if I want another. For the prices you are paying here (which I expected from a hotel restaurant!), the qualify of food and the service makes this place an absolute joke. read more

Don't ever go to EP's Bar and Grill. The food was absolutely horrid. The salmon sandwich was a tasteless, wet, drippy slop, as was the tacos that we didn't order. We had a late flight, so we came into the restaurant at 10:35 pm. Instead of nicely sharing that they were closing at 11:00 pm and that we would need to take our food to go, we were told to hurry up and order. Or, the kitchen staff would get mad. And, because we came in late, we were told that we had to take the food elsewhere to eat. The waiter was actually saying hurry up and tapping his pen impatiently, as we were trying to quickly look at the menu. Oh, and yes, we were stuck with nasty tasting tacos that we didn't order. Since our food was put in a bag, the door was opened and literally closed/locked behind us, we had no opportunity to share that the order was incorrect! Elvis would have rolled over in his grave and would have been ashamed of this restaurant carrying his name. read more

We came in to grab some lunch after checking in. We were seated and it took a good 10-15 minutes for someone to ask if we had been helped. She took our drink order and we didn't see her for another 10-15 minutes. The waitress came back, she slammed the drinks down and left without bringing all of them out. When i saw her again i asked for straws, she literally tossed them on the table. The food finally came out after another 10 minutes. As i was breaking a chicken tender apart i found hair in it and at this point we decided we were done giving this place a shot and we wanted to leave. We let the waitress know we weren't eating the food because of the hair and we were leaving and she came storming to our table yelling at us whoever hasn't had a bite didn't have to pay but anyone who took a bite had to pay and we can't just eat food and not pay. Two people had taken a bite to try the food, including my daughter who i was sharing the chicken tenders with. I was not about to pay for hairy food and the worst service i have had in a long time. We requested a manager immediately as we were not paying and this waitress stepped to the side with her supervisor. We walked over to speak with the supervisor and the waitress continued to argue with us and complain that she was by herself with all the tables. I tried to be sympathetic but this girl kept arguing with us. She was sent to a break. I felt bad for her, she clearly was over worked and frustrated but yelling at customers is never okay. After waiting more time the manager came down and apologized and told us we did not have to pay. It was a weird day experience to say the least. Staff could definitely use a tune up. Speedier service, kinder tone and way less attitude and also no hair in the food would be a good start. read more
