Freshly roasted coffee bean, from different parts of the world. Staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming to any question. Been buying from them for years. Always the best!

Whole bean Fresh roasted coffee

5 star FRESH local roastery & cafe!! The owners and employees are super cool, super friendly, and they also have probably the best coffee & best prices anywhere! Grab a fresh espresso or drip, & an amazing just roasted bag of whole beans or ground coffee for all your home brewing needs! This place is a hidden gem!! If you're a coffee lover, you don't want to miss stopping by! They also love cars, so that's an added bonus!

Amazing coffee and espresso. Don't miss it. Each cup and bean is a unique adventure you won't find anywhere else!

Nice coffee sacks as souvenirs to take home.

Been buying roasted coffee beans from Delta for 7 years and I have to say they have some of the freshest beans at very competitive price. There are lots of varieties to choose like Central, Southern, Africa (Brazil, Columbia, and Sumatra are my favorites) including flavored and unflavored, light, medium, or dark roast, buy blend or whole beans. Beans are roasted daily so they're always fresh!!! This is a small, family operated business with great and friendly service at the counter. This is a small shop and kinda hard to find but just Google map the address to find the shop.

My favorite coffee destination for literally everything! They have a wide and diverse selection of beans from all over the world, at different roasting levels. I recently had my Gaggia Classic Pro Espresso machine cleaned, and pump replace which they did for a reasonable cost and made sure it worked perfect. Not only is this the best place for buying beans or anything coffee related, but I love just hanging out and learning more about the whole coffee world from the amazing staff like Julian. The place!!

Price as of August 2024

Best service and price for coffee in orange county. Freshly roasted in house. CHRIS is the best.

I love my coffee as fresh as possible. It took me a while to find great fresh coffee beans. This is probably the only place in California with the most pure and fresh coffee! You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this place!!

The lifeblood of our office is our Expobar Espresso machine and sadly after 10 years of daily use and multiple quick fixes it went down for good and wouldn't even power on anymore. I tried to find a repair company near by but nobody wanted to fix one little machine without driving it to LA or San Diego. I called independent coffee shops and asked them who they use for repair and service but non of them would come out either. By luck, i found this place on google. I called and left a message figuring it would be another dead end but Chris called me back after about an hour. He knew exactly the machine i have and exactly how to fix it. I jumped in the car and dropped in off on Friday at lunch time and had it back in my office making coffee on Monday! Not only that, he gave me a free bag of coffee on my way out. To make it even better, I think I made a new friend. We talked for probably an hour about cars and I met his son. All in all, just an awesome experience. I love working with honest and smart small business owners. They are truly appreciated! Thank you Chris and see you soon!

Came here twice. Love the variety of coffee, as well tea. I really like how the beans are roasted fresh. The aroma coming from the Kona nut coffee smells so good, I literally can't stop smelling the bag Will come back soon!

Look at that Crema. Not bad for the first shot on new beans. Gonna fine tune it next.

Excellent fresh roasted beans from all over the world. Only open M-F til 4pm Always ask what the fresh roast of the day is and grab some of those, you won't be sorry.

They're constantly bringing in new coffee and it's always so good!! Highly recommend this one... go before the run out!

Grea value coffee! Freshly roasted, more traditional style dark leaning roasts. I use these for espresso and I'm content with the quality!

Ask the Community - Delta Cafe Roasting

Is there a half-caf or decaf?

Yes there is!

Is the roasting style more of a dark oily roast or a city roast?

Standard roasting style which most likely depends on the bean variety. They have many varieties, light to dark.

It's a good place to get very fresh roasted beans by the pound but they will also grind them for you, if you ask.

They're also in the same building as a church, so get there early on the weekend or sit in line and enjoy the atmosphere. There's a friendly crowd there. For our drinks, we got two signature drinks: *lucky matcha* and *cookie butter latte* They're both on the sweeter side but still good. They live up to the name and description. You're able to taste the marshmallow in the matcha and the biscoff and cinnamon on the latte. For food, we got *avocado toast* The bread was very fresh, thick and moist. My favorite part was the pickled onions. I'd definitely get it again. And the *breakfast burrito* is okay. Nothing outstanding - they did tell us they get them made a day before and they warm up upon order.

Easy, friendly, familiar in the best way. I don't come in often enough, but every time I do it feels like I belong here. Jim, the proprietor, is a big reason why, welcoming from my first visit. Matt, pictured here, I see more often on my Saturday runs. He's present minded and clearly cares about his customers and his craft. That energy carries through the whole space. Great coffee is one thing, but great music seals the deal. Today Matt's playlist was from 1946, and it somehow fit perfectly. Relaxed, cool, curious. Also the latte he brewed was on point - rich, smooth, and the just-right temp. And he refilled my own three jars with whole beans, to help with my goal of sustainability. I originally found Wilson Coffee through my connection to Chris and Jessica, the former owners of Amis de la Terre, a zero waste shop that I (and their many followers) still miss. There's a shared spirit here. Community minded and intentional. I'm really glad this place exists. One thing you need to know is this place is small. Like I would say if you could fit six people in there you'd be doing good. That being said, this place has some of the best coffee I've had! Most big name corporate coffee places Overkill the roasting of the beans. That makes coffee bitter and almost screaming from milk and sugar. I ordered a latte, and it was one of the smoothest coffees I have had in my life.. Plus the atmosphere is very laid-back and cool, you definitely don't feel like you need to have a tie to come in here, or spend a lot of money. The coffee is very well priced, and just a general cool place space to hang. Bottom line? If you are a coffee fanatic, and getting tired of the big corporate chains out there, you would do well to check out Wilson Coffee Roasting Company.

It made the whole dish feel elevated while still being really comforting and satisfying. The eggs Benedict were another standout. Serving them on top of a fresh croissant instead of the traditional English muffin was genius. The croissant was buttery and flaky, and it paired perfectly with the poached eggs and hollandaise. The space itself felt bright, cozy, and welcoming, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our visit.
