It's ok for a quick bite if you're very hungry; gets busy at lunch, rushed order process and difficult to read the menu until you're right at the order stage. I asked for the bread to be toasted, but for some reason that wasn't possible, and all of the sandwich contents were just stuffed in the middle of the bread so I had to rearrange it while eating so that I didn't have bites of just bread. The lack of execution of a build your own pizza model is shocking and the experience was not at all what build your own pizza is supposed to be. Management, please go visit a Blaze Pizza or Mod Pizza asap. The point of a build your own is to walk down the line and choose ingredients. Like any other build your own (think chipotle). Instead you have a walk up and tell the person "what they want" while not being able to see the actual full available ingredients/options in a uniform manner. They also use freshly carved turkey or chicken if you choose one of the those options. DISCRIMINATION Go in to get a breakfast sandwich and was told by some young lady who works there that breakfast was over. Right before me there's a white gentleman who ordered scrambled eggs with the works added in the egg, with sausage and they began fixing his food. So I say, it doesn't look like it to me, you're cooking him breakfast. The lady then whispered to the guy who works there then asked what I wanted to order. I guess she was bothered because I told him that I didn't order fried eggs, so she then says, "next time breakfast is over." So I asked if she had said the same to guy in front of me. I then asked for butter and jelly on my toast and was told that they couldn't do it because the butter and jelly was in the back (it's a very small deli so the back isn't too far). I asked for the manager and was told he wasn't there. I asked for the manager's name and she ignored me. I asked three times and she replied by saying, "I'm helping a customer right now." She refused to give me the manager's name. I go to the register and ask the young lady there and her response was he'll be here later. I then said, I didn't ask when he'll be here but rather what is his name. She also refused to give me the manager's name. She said that she couldn't give me his name. So I asked her name and she stated Jessica. I go over to ask the other lady her name and she looked me directly in my eyes and ignored me. I then took a picture of her because I'll go the extent when it comes to customer service. She then hollers, "that's illegal." Just give me your name! I have had a bagel and cream cheese, coffee, and a gyro here. The bagel was good, nothing mind blowing. It was close to their grand opening so they gave me a free coffee. It was solid drip coffee, better than most offices will have. The gyro was very flavorful, my only complaint was the meat. The portion seemed small. The gyro meat was sliced, and I am not exaggerating, RAZOR thin, and there were about 6 of those on it. So it was very crispy, but not enough meat for my liking. Strange way to make a gyro. Really enjoyed the freshness of the toppings/veggies. Other sandwiches look very tempting to me. When you walk in you immediately see your sandwich meat options sitting in front of you, waiting to be carved to order: turkey, brisket, ham, etc. That's high quality right there, so when I go back I'll try a different sandwich.
