"Toasted" egg and cheese wrap. NOT toasted at all. Steamed and soggy. Hash browns inside were undercooked. Terrible.

Love this location!! Always friendly, food done right, store is always very clean. Not a fan of the computers that corp wants customers to order on, but the workers are always very nice and walk us thru it.

    Carne Asada fries??

DoorDash order completely wrong. I ordered the Carne Asada fries and got this instead?? Everyone has their bad days but this is ridiculous. Always order from this spot but I will reconsider going forward.

Good food. Tasty filling burritos. Nice crunchy tacos. Great crinkle fries! Excellent service. Clean Interior. It's the best Del Taco location I've been to. When you're hungry and craving this kind of fast food and happen to be close by, make this a stop. And don't forget to grab some sauce packets.

I love del taco usually but i've never gotten a burrito this small and poorly made. Truly disappointing seeing one of my favorite fast food places going so down hill. $10 on a burrito i could've gotten for 5 dollars cheaper at taco bell. Do Better !!!

I ordered some tacos, and this place by far makes the tacos with the most meat and cheese. Other spots are cheap with the meat and are mostly lettuce

Day time is a 5 star. I always get great service and food. Came in at 8pm on night of 5/27/22 and it truly is a night and day difference between day and evening shift. I ordered a loaded asada fries that was pretty good. I also ordered a Del Taco that was horribly disappointing because it had the same amount of ingredient content as a value taco. I knew right away by weight that the taco was "light". I brought it up to the front counter and told them that this Del taco was more like a value taco in a Del taco shell. I continue to eat my loaded fries. I sort of hurricane stuff looking and talking about why I brought the untouched and uneaten taco back up to the counter without requesting a refund. Not once did the supervisor or manager on duty approach me to see if they could do anything. I'll never ever go to the Del Taco at night again. I'd rather eat rotten food from the street than to ever go there at night. The daytime lunches are the best times because the customer service is awesome and the team really cares about the customers.

Yelper Anna B. was stunned when she learned I had never been to a Del Taco. So were my co-workers. Was I missing something? I finally went for my first time and learned I wasn't. Those meal deals are the easy way to go the first time you visit a fast food place. I chose #1: 2 crispy shell ground beef tacos with crinkle fries and a drink. While most of the workers behind the counter seemed jovial, the guy I got at the register was exceptionally morose; it was as if the moment I walked in he suddenly realized the big picture of his life - "I...work...at...Del Taco...". My food came up quickly. It was all okay as far as fast food goes. The fries were of the soft variety which I'm not overly fond of. The ground beef in the tacos was too salty but the quality was good. I used to work with the wife of a guy who procured the beef for the Del Taco chain and he was mighty proud of the fact that it was good quality beef. They packed the tacos with lots of shredded cheese and a few teeny tiny tomato tidbits. When I was a kid my mom would go to the grocery store and get some hard taco shells, hamburger, a block of cheddar to grate and then chop up tomatoes, onions, lettuce, etc. and make tacos which we tiny gringos swooned over. Del Taco brought back childhood memories if nothing else. Well, check Del Taco off my fast food bucket list.

Chicken Quesadilla Snacker with hardly any cheese and no chicken. Great. Thank you Del Taco!

I love del taco but this one is terrible. Unfortunately, it's the only one close to my work but this will be the last time. I usually order off the value menu because I like the items. Almost every time they screw up my order by forgetting an item or not adding enough cheese or chicken. In today's case, I ordered a few items along with a mini chicken quesadilla snacker. I received a quesadilla with maybe 1 teaspoon of cheese and no chicken. Cheese wasn't even melted. What a disappointment. I don't expect much since it's from the value menu but this is a disgrace. Never coming here ever again. Update: now that I think of it. A lot of the del tacos do this. This is why I'm transitioning over to Taco Bell. They at least keep it consistent.

We have our go-to Mexican joints down here and typically stick to them, but recently had to add La Tia Tacos to our rotation. La Tia Tacos in Foothill Ranch, is in the town center's food court where Rubio's used to be. La Tia's is bright and airy, colorful and modern. The restaurant space has dining inside and outdoors in their own patio as well as the food court seating. There is an awesome salsa bar off to the side. The salsas and veggies are all home made from scratch. They're absolutely delicious. Refillable drinks are available at the soda fountain, some in bottles at the register too, but the star beverage for me is that fresh brewed tea. I have to get a large cup every time in case they start closing up and toss it out, which happened once. What we've ordered: 1) quesabirria tacos - 5/5. They have a special plate that comes with three quesabirrias and consome for $11.99. Add fresh chopped onions and cilantro, squeeze some lime, dip and enjoy. So good. 2) blackened shrimp taco - 5/5 3) carnitas taco - 5/5 4) la tia bowl with carnitas - 4/5. I liked everything about this but wasn't a really huge fan of the sauce. 5) la tia plate with carnitas - 5/5. I enjoyed this one. Comes with beans and rice. Perfect with the red onions and the marinated carrots from the salsa bar. Served with corn tortillas. The menu has a lot to offer and is bound to have something for everyone in your party. Since discovering La Tia, we've literally been there almost every week. I still have a lot of other food items to try and I'm sure we'll get to that. I ordered the two-item combo with rice and beans and went with the shredded beef hard shell tacos. The tacos actually had good flavor, and they were generous with both the meat and cheese. My wife ordered the chile verde burrito chimichanga style, and that's where the experience dropped off a bit. The pork had very little flavor and, considering it's supposed to be simmered in chile verde sauce, it was surprisingly dry. Service was good. We went on a Friday night and the place was fairly busy with a mix of dine-in and takeout orders, but everything moved along smoothly. That was exactly our experience at Chuponsito Mexican Cocina. Every employee we interacted with was polite, attentive, and on top of everything. The ambiance was perfect, especially with the real Spanish/Mexican music playing in the background instead of random modern playlists. It gave the place a very authentic and relaxing vibe. There's also plenty of parking, which already makes the experience easier before you even walk in. The setup was simple and smooth, you order your food first, find a table, and they bring everything out to you. Service was quick, organized, and friendly the entire time. For food, we ordered the chicken quesadilla for my daughter, my wife had the green carnitas burrito, and I ordered the chile verde plate. There's some real talent and creativity going on in the kitchen. Gas station food has no right being this delicious and the fancy presentation and plating was a pleasant surprise. You can enter through either door and the cafe is 4 small tables at the back of a gas station. You order at the counter and after we were seated we got some freshly fried chips along with a delicious bean dip. The breakfast burrito is definitely a contender for the best in Orange County. I went with bacon and sausage and the combination of meats, sauces, and potatoes was perfect. It had a great balance of flavors and textures and managed to be decadent without being overly fatty or saucy. The grilled exterior and presentation added to the experience. Salt levels and seasoning were great for all the ingredients and the sausage was particularly good in the breakfast burrito. Their eggs Benedict was also well executed with the poached eggs perfectly cooked and an excellent hollandaise sauce.
