Service was friendly and they even brought our order out to us when it was ready. My only gripe was that the air conditioning was busted and coincidentally it was a hot day outside. They had some electric fans running indoors, but a meal just isn't as enjoyable when you're sweating while eating. I also downloaded their app and besides the ordering function, I didn't see any reason to use or keep the app because Wienerschnitzel doesn't appear to offer points or rewards accumulation, membership deals, etc. Having said that, I'll be back next time when I'm hungry for a hot dog!

I know all these details cause the window was wide open and you didn't even acknowledge the mistake, the wait, or your attitude. Hoping today was just a bad day for you. It happens.
