We just returned from a 250 mile trip in the rain and nothing sounded better than a jersey Mike's sub. Aaliyah greeted us as we entered. The store is always clean and fresh. I was surprised that we were the only customers. We told the friendly Aaliyah we both wanted number 13's Mikes way. Aaliyah got busy as she was making our delicious sandwiches, Aaliyah was very friendly and just a pleasant person. Our sandwiches turned out great they didn't last long. This is not your high end eating establishment. However, what they do is make excellent sandwiches while giving top notch service. I'm a fan of #44 with added jalapeños + chipotle mayo & I enjoy it a lot. My wife likes the #4 (with no onions). There is nothing resembling a classy interior but that's not why we feed there. I recommend it highly for the type of sandwiches they make. They are not Subway or a pizzeria but different & better than most fast food places. read more

Foods ok. In my last delivery order, the 20 oz Pepsi that I ordered was missing. The manager refused to make it right.

The service was excellent. I ordered online. The food was ready to go quickly and the staff was pleasant and professional. I got the classic Italian Sub. It was mostly bread. The portion of meat was very skimpy. And the taste was very bland. A classic Italian sub is supposed to be packed with flavor. I probably won't be back. This jersey mikes is located in the same lot as the Ayeres Hotel across from the Home Depot and Stater Bros. The parking lot is pretty spacious and I've never had an issue with parking. The staff is very friendly and greets you upon walking in. Once you enter the restaurant you can order by going straight or if you ordered ahead you can pick up on the left. There are tables to eat on both inside and outside. Their subs are well made and much tastier than other places. I can recommend the original Italian or the chicken bacon ranch. If you opt for the giant size it's definitely enough for two people. read more

I'm not sure if something is in the water here, but this Jersey Mike's location is the BEST I ever had compared to ones in North Carolina and Texas. Bought out by private equity firm Blackstone is usually the beginning of the end of a good thing. Hopefully, Blackstone won't start the usual downgrading of quality to increase the bottom line as the usual progression of these deals. The quality of the ingredients is good and overall they are a tasty sandwich. I love this location. The manager and the rest of the staff are very welcoming and helpful every time. I originally thought my favorite sandwich was the Cheesesteak Sandwich, but now that I've tried the Club Sub Mike's Way (#8), this is definitely my go to sandwich from now on. I usually order the Giant size. I also tried their Italian Sub, but I thought it was just okay. And as for the Cheesesteak sandwich, you definitely need to add some jalapeño to balance out the flavor. The first two times were very good, but not so much the last time. It was just different. I really like this location for many reasons. One its close, Two, its small quaint and nice. Three, the employees are friendly and listen to you. What do I mean? Well I always get the Calif Club. Basically turkey with avocado and bacon Mikes Way. I HATE when they ask do you want the bacon and avocado on it? YES, thats what a California Club is......DUH. They then say Well some customer dont want that on their sandwich. Which I reply, Isn't that just a turkey sandwich then? LOL. This place doesn't ask you stupid questions. What's happened to those great tasting sandwiches? Yesterday I ordered a giant turkey with bacon and no cheese. I got meat that tasted day old and cheese that tasted like plastic and NO BACON! What the heck? To make matters worse, the Mayo tasted rancid! I guess I'll head across the street to Subway for a good tasting sandwich! When it gets busy! The line stacks up. Waited 10 mins before I ordered at only 1 person in front of me. Took about 20 mins to get my Philly cheesesteaks. The location here is a bit tucked away and awkward to get to driving. It is near a few places to eat (chinese) and a nail salon. The store is clean and its decor is neat looking. I ordered the meatball sub here on white bread. I was filling but the bread was not as good as others and the cheese could have been more. The meatballs did not stand out as spectacular but the service was. 5 star service for friendliness and professionalism. The guy who worked there and made my sandwich was quick. He has been there for something like two years and has it down. The time I was there the store was without customers so I guess the place is crowded or empty depending on the time of day. Went to this location around lunch time Friday, December 22nd, 2023 and the customer service was not very good; Was in line waiting to pick up sandwich's and no one asked me what the name was under or nothing and I was waiting and my order ended up being ready earlier and I did not know until I looked up at the counter; I understand you are busy, but you can at least ask customers what their order is under for the name and tell them if its ready or not. First time I been here too, bad experience only came here to pick up lunch for coworkers. read more

this is a bizarre jersey mikes location, at least to me. The food is always solid and the people working are mellow, but the way it's run is confusing. They write down the order after taking it, only to make the sandwich like 10 seconds later. Usually takes much longer than other jmikes to get the food, everyone working there seems to be on a different system. They have a whole second area to make online orders but every time I've been they just use the normal side which backs everything up. They always forget any sides for online orders so whenever I get pickup I just do straight sandwiches. It's not the employees fault they just need a better manager/owner clearly. read more
