Ciabatta Egg & Cheese Sandwich minus the cheese and any taste
Crystal P.

The quality of their food is horrendous. I got a Parthia excise of an egg and cheese sandwich, with the world's thinnest slice of egg and no cheese .. just bread and egg and paid an a ridiculous $7.50 for it .

Cheddar broccoli soup and avocado chipotle sandwich

Yummy broccoli cheese soup! Great place for a quick sit down. Food is okay, just your typical sandwich, wraps and soups place. I think the convenience is great! Good customer service as well.

Turkey and cheddar sandwich

This specific location is very good and everyone who works there is so nice and accommodating. I don't find that in the one in mission Viejo. I love their French onion soup and their broccoli cheddar soup. I also love their turkey and cheddar sandwich. Their coconut macaroons are so god to. I'm also part of their sip program and it is well worth it.

False advertising

Did the half and half combo, got a turkey bacon (asked for no cheese and got no bacon) and a soup, the deal says for 9.99 yet I was charged 17 and some change. I called to ask what happened (wasnt going to say anything untill they didnt give me the bacon I over paid for) the cashier had no idea what was going on and pretty much said your out of luck. Paid 17.51 for a sandwich that looks like youde get a 711 and a cold soup, see pic for details. If I was at an airport or Disneyland land I could understand this but were not

The lunch special is a really good deal. You get to pick two half portions for $8.99. You can't get lunch anywhere for that price. The food tastes fresh, but nothing is special about the food. Nothing is special about the service either. Like a fast food restaurant that you order at the counter. This panera has a big dining area. It is quite busy during lunchtime. HAPPY SANDWICHING!!

This is my local Panera Bread. I've been coming to this one for awhile and more so now with their sip club subscription. Parking can get pretty rough at times so I normally park in the center of the shopping plaza and walk a few steps to the restaurant. This one is pretty clean compared to other Panera Breads I've been to and they always seem to have a full staff that is friendly and helpful with top notch service. Most of the time the pickup orders are ready in the cubbies along the wall ready to be picked up without the need to ask the kitchen when the order will be ready compared to others where you need to let the staff know you're there to pack the order.

This place is really dirty and the service was bad. It was truly one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been in.

5 stars for the goma matcha latte and milk bread with crunchy pearls!…read more The goma matcha latte 5/5 had a black sesame paste that was like the black sesame version of smooth peanut butter! One could probably eat it by the spoonful! Such a complex flavor complement to the matcha latte. The matcha latte (4/5) felt fairly strong (I estimate 4g at least), and the mango puree tasted real/ fresh but was nothing special. However, I did like that it was not too sweet. Caveat: I am partial to mango/coconut milk or mango sticky rice matcha lattes. The goma matcha was worth the $8 pricetag. Tip: Matcha Mondays=10% off matcha drinks! The mango one maybe was worth it due to the amount of matcha, but I do feel like I could make it at home. The milk bread ($5.50) was soft, with a delightful bursting sweet cream filling topped with those shite pearly crunchies-- unique and delicious. I also loved the kinako an pan (sweet bread with red bean filling, $5.50) because of the nostalgic flavors, but also because the azuki bean had a nice crunchy sugar quality. It was on the drier side the day after purchase, but I enjoyed it. Service was cheerful and speedy. The space is pretty large with probably as much outdoor seating as indoor, and there were a few open spots at 1:30 on a Monday. Parking was plentiful in the shared plaza lot with some shady spots. I would drive back just for that goma matcha latte!! Also to try a few other breads or for a nice friend date spot to sit outside.

You order at the register and they'll bring your order to you when it's ready. I got the hojicha latte and added sweetener. The flavor was really good but it was all ice and not fully filled the cup. Felt like without ice it would have filled a shot glass. I got the chicken pesto which was delicious. Had great flavor and portion and I enjoyed the salad it came with. The mango cream bread had a good amount of cream and the filling was delicious. The chocolate cookie was good but so hefty. I ordered the matcha cheesecake and original cheesecake thinking it was the soft and fluffy texture but it had a thick consistency. The matcha was good with a very strong matcha flavor and the original had a slight lemon flavor. I enjoyed all the food and sweets here, but a bit disappointed with their drink portion.

The restaurant in Lake Forest has plenty of seating in indoor and outdoor, and the staff are really nice. On this occasion I had Fries with pastrami and it was delicious! It is a little bit greasy, and I would've liked to have been able to order a smaller fries, because I ended up throwing away quite a bit of excess fries.

The generous portion of small size onion rings were barely warm. Not good at all. Normally, we would have gone back and asked for fresh ones but we eat so few, we let it go. Our drink order never made it on the ticket. We went back and were cheerfully assisted. Finally, the dining room needed attention. Normally, there's an amazing woman constantly cleaning up but neither she nor anyone else was present. There were several messy tables that needed cleaning. Urp. There's something magical about this location that was sorely missing today. The Hat's Pastrami Dips and onion rings are a rare treat but today felt like punishment. We will come back when we start Jonesing for pastrami but don't think it'll be anytime soon. Our arteries may thank us but we are bummed.

Came here last minute as we were nearby! So glad we did as I finally got to try this place…read more My husband got the Pastrami Breakfast Sandwich (no pics as it was so good - he finished it ASAP LOL). With it came some potatoes and those were YUMMY! We're picky on our potatoes as some places either make them too soft or dense. These had a nice crunch and still fluffy in the middle. I got the Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes! It comes with two per order and was very jiggly. The pancakes were soft, fluffy, and airy. The strawberry sauce and cream on top that it comes with added a nice acidity and sweetness. Then to finish it off, some nice actual strawberries. Will come back to try more on their menu!! Service was fast as well and the staff were helpfully on suggestions to try :) Plenty of parking as well in the area as it's in a shopping plaza.

Easy to order, super friendly and helpful staff, not a lot of space inside, so be ready to order and move on out to the many tables outside the area. Parking, a pain in the butt as usual in California. This is also a tight parking area, so be ready for it. Drinks were good, I would not give the Vietnamese coffee the best review, but it was good, just not great. The food though, excellent! Definitely loved the pancakes and I was able to try the carne asada quesadilla which was out of this world. I would highly recommend this spot and the food was great. Inside of the restaurant is cute and cozy! PROS: Great Food Options are small, but they are made to perfection Lots of drink choices Good seating options inside/outside CONS: Parking Small spot, so can be difficult to find seating
