I brought my little son to get a burrito and their curly fries. As usual, we enjoyed our food. But as we were eating, an elderly lady came walking in and unfortunately fell near the cash register. One employee was sitting on the ground holding the lady the way a daughter would hold her own mother. The other employees were checking on the lady and making sure emergency responders were on their way. The kindness with which these people responded was something I am glad my son was able to witness. Yes, the food here is great. The people are even better.

Caved and wanted to try the new Steakhouse Burger. Was in the area coming from the Home Depot nearby and stopped to stuff my face with this monster burger. I came in a little under an hour before noon and the restaurant dining room was pretty empty. The drive-thru, however, was a different story. The lady who took was super nice with a smile and everything. She asked if I wanted to try the Steakhouse Burger and in my mind I was all "heck YEAH!" Didn't say it out loud because that would've been embarrassing, but if my wife was there I probably would've lol! She gets all my secondhand embarrassment after all. I'd forgotten they actually walk over to your table with your tray! I'm so used to just walking up to the service desk. LOL! But yeah, if you're reading this and this review isn't too old, definately try the Steakhouse Burger! It's HUMONGOUS! I felt so full afterward and their drink sizes are ginormous compared to Mcdonald's'. Didn't need to use the restroom so I don't know if it was clean or not. The dining room was clean and everyone was so nice. Told the lady the burger was great when she came to visit LOL! They have coffee dispensers out where the fountain drinks were so I made myself iced coffee to go. So if you want unlimited coffee, give it a try! I sure did! read more

The red onion and crispy onion strings really gave the whole sandwich an oomph. The horsey sauce confused my brain, but it was cool to try something new. I'm guessing it's some mix of ranch and horseradish? It reminds me of sour cream. The meat really reminds me of 99-cent Buddig deli meat, but maybe because it's such a struggle meal that it was comforting to me. Clean dining area and friendly staff as always. Food: We ordered 4 Spicy Deluxe meals. The chicken sandwich lived up to the hype - whole breast filet, juicy, crispy coating with just the right amount of heat. The Pepper Jack cheese melted nicely, and the lettuce/tomato added freshness. Waffle fries were classic - crispy outside, fluffy inside, lightly salted. A few notes for those who prefer lighter or less sweet options: 1. The buns are slightly sweet - both the white bun and multigrain brioche contain some sugar. If you avoid sweetness entirely, ask for "white bun, unbuttered" when ordering. It cuts down the sweetness noticeably. 2. Watch out for sauces - Their signature sauce, Honey Roasted BBQ, Polynesian, etc., all have added sugar. Go with Mustard or Zesty Buffalo if you want minimal sweetness. 3. Grilled Chicken Sandwich is not in the default meal combo - You'll need to customize on the app or tell the cashier separately if you want the non-fried option. Our table ended up with all fried sandwiches this time - delicious but heavy. Next time I'll order a Grilled Chicken Sandwich for myself. 4. Default drink is Coke - The meal comes with a medium Coke. Swap it for unsweetened iced tea or Diet Lemonade if you prefer. Price: 4 meals came to $55.99 after tax (~$14/person). Reasonable for fast food. Verdict: Great fried chicken, perfect for a treat. But if you have specific dietary preferences (no sweets, no greasy), make sure to customize at the counter or on the app. The default setup might not suit you. I'll try the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Mustard next time - sounds more my style. Rating: (4 chicken nuggets - worth a visit for fried chicken lovers; light eaters need to customize)
