I've been here to this location a couple of times and each time it has been very nice, clean , and organized! the workers are always helpful and prepared. Good quality sandwiches here and they come out perfectly thanks to the great employees ! I love that the meat and cheese are cut fresh for each sandwich here, and you have to get the Mike's way because it adds that juice and flavor to the cold subs. I love the black cherry soda and the spicy pickle chips on the side to pair !

Staff: They had nice staff. Quality/Quantity: Good quality and fresh sandwiches here. Standard sized sandwiches so nothing unique about this. Value: Fair Overall: The experience was good with only one hiccup. When ordering I asked for no cheese. Luckily I was watching as the prepared the food as they added cheese.

The food is great! Normally, I wouldn't make a review but I felt really off put during my recent visit. When I went up to order (mind you I'm the only physical customer), no one said anything and finally the staff looked up and I didn't know what to do so I just started ordering. He said nothing the entire time and looked upset. When he passed it on to the toppings, that staff member also just ignored and mikes way? He said it like it was a bother to him. It was almost as if I had just walked into an unspoken fight before I walked in. So awkward and made me uncomfortable and I'm also young like the staff- so It was quite odd.

Normally, there's an amazing woman constantly cleaning up but neither she nor anyone else was present. There were several messy tables that needed cleaning. Urp. There's something magical about this location that was sorely missing today. The Hat's Pastrami Dips and onion rings are a rare treat but today felt like punishment. We will come back when we start Jonesing for pastrami but don't think it'll be anytime soon. Our arteries may thank us but we are bummed.

I crave In-N-Out and this location is convenient near home and the freeway. My typical order is a Double Double Animal Style with Fries and extra Spread. Same great taste and still more affordable than many burger joints especially compared to NYC. For a family of 3 it cost us $21 (3 burgers and shared fries). Notes: We came around 11:40am before the lunch crowd. There was only one person in front of us. By noon the line was nearly to the door but they had 3-4 cashiers so the line moved fast. I was also impressed by the staff: one cashier explained the secret menu to a guest, another worker walking around cleaning tables was making sure the guests were enjoying their meals, and another worker was making friendly conversations with other guests and they were laughing it up. All the workers were friendly, attentive, and professional. The restaurant continues to look clean even with the high foot traffic. Many tables indoors and some outdoors. Bathrooms too. When our order was ready, the worker gave us an In-N-Out hat and extra spread. Great service all around and once again, happy bellies!

I should probably say that I arrived at about midnight, so there were only a handful of patrons inside. No need to deal with rush hour crowds. I also was coming from the Irvine train station, where the Amtrak train I was on had broken down. So, I was also very hungry. I ordered a double double with cold cheese, both raw and grilled onions, mustard-fried patties, and chopped chilis, plus a fry light-well, and got a pink lemonade and 7UP mixed soda. Everything came out exactly to a T, was super flavorful, and also really affordable at $12.07 total. The place was a bit dirty, but it was also midnight on a Sunday, so they'd probably been slammed for hours. Nothing crazy though--I still enjoyed it. The place is also really large, one of the bigger In-N-Out interiors I've seen recently, which kind of reminded me of the store in Apple Valley. Overall, really good In-N-Out location. P.S. Thanks to Christian my cashier who got everything correct and was super friendly and helpful above and beyond my order.

You will pick up way better quality chicken fingers at their hot bar for about the same price. The taste is exactly the same, but the quality is just unmatched comparing to this place. So now I can say I've been here tried this, but will never be back and I don't recommend this. Also, what's up with that itty bitty tiny side of coleslaw? Can that thing be even considered a side dish? Again, just go to Whole Foods and load up on it. I don't understand people who choose Raising Cane's, sorry.

And we definitely felt the warmth in there. We also ordered some soda, which was just a soda machine with some lemonade dispensers on the side. The mango lemonade was horrendous and way out of balance. The "soda" was basically tasteless carbonation as if they forgot to refill the soda machine with the soda syrup. After 30 minutes, we noticed that they were fulfilling the big ticket online/delivery orders first. We were STILL the only people at the restaurant WITHOUT food. All of this would have been annoying but acceptable if the food was good. However, it was very unremarkable. The food was somehow salty but flavorless, despite the considerable amount of spice. The chicken was more oil than crunch. We ordered the crimson burrito, chicken and waffles, and half a dozen chicken wings. 2 stars because the crimson burrito was somewhat enjoyable and the sauce was good.

I got there just as the order was predicted to be done, but I ended up waiting another 10 minutes, which was fine for me. It's a sparsely decorated sandwich spot, with a little bit of seating, but it's clear this is a grab-n-go type place. After picking up the sandwiches, I cut both in half and ate half of each. I can't really remember what I got, but that was kind of besides the point anyways. They offer a variety of breads, so I opted for dutch crunch and a regular french roll. The dutch crunch wasn't as good as others I've had from other notable sandwich places, but the french roll was great! I liked the construction of the sandwiches, as they were tightly wrapped and not over-stuffed. Good ratios and not too large as to not be able to wrap your mouth around it. But as for the content itself, I just wasn't blown away. It was perfectly normal, but I didn't feel anything beyond that. As a lunch place, I feel like it's a good option if you want a sandwich, but if you've got something closer to you that is marginally similar, I'd head there first.

My mother raced down to the store since closes at 6pm on Saturdays. She made it with 15 minutes to spare. A couple of older ladies were sitting in a booth eating. Behind the counter was a female putting stuff away and a male scraping the grill. The male took her order and she ordered a cheesesteak, an italian, and a club sandwich along with some fries. Upon ordering the club sandwich the male behind the counter told her they were not serving any sliced meat sandwiches. She asked do you mean cold sandwiches and he replied yes. He then proceeded to make the cheesesteak and the italian but not the club. He never cooked any fries and they appeared in a metal to-go container. The two sandwiches he did make were ok but the fries were the nastiest fries I have ever tasted in my life. They were clearly old fries, not even reheated. You should be ashamed to serve a human being that garbage. Now on to why we will never be back. Your posted hours of operation are 10:30 to 6pm on Saturday. You should be open those hours, not putting stuff away and telling customers you cant make them food because you want to close up shop early. Furthermore the bs excuse you gave was clearly a lie as you made the Italian sub which has 3 different kinds of sliced meat and I have never once seen anyone slice meat on the spot to make a sandwich at Philly's. You had no problem making 2 more sandwiches for the gentleman that came in as our food was being bagged up so logic says the time she came in wasnt an issue. That was before your posted closing hours. I felt like crap because I talked them out of getting The Hat, your competition right down the street and then your service and your food SUCKED. As I said, we wont be back. I hope you closing up shop early was worth it.
